This hotel has a clean, smart exterior which extends into the interior. Our room was clean with cozy and very comfortable beds. The HVAC unit is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The extensive breakfast is great as well as the beautiful rooftop terrace. A Black Bear Diner is across the parking lot. And there are walking paths directly across the street.

This was my stay at this hotel. Pleasant surprises abound in this particular hotel. First was the rooftop garden, which sports lights for experiencing some serenity during a cool evening. Better yet, bring a bottle of wine and food and someone to share it with. Also, this is the most greenest hotel i have seen with solar panels on the roof, way to go. Another pleasant surprise was the number of staff that truly like their job and had a friendly smile around every corner. Now for the bad, breakfa... Read more

We stayed here for an extended 3 weeks as our townhouse was being renovated and really enjoyed it. The rooms are roomy, comfortable and clean, the swimming pool and spa very good, and the management and staff friendly and excellent. The breakfast bar and coffee really makes the morning start off on the right foot. We highly recommend the hotel to our family and friends as well.

the pluses are still there: clean , quiet location, eco roof with rooftop garden, solar panels. when we checked in we were told of a special promotion: go without room service for one day, and get extra points ( I don't think we were told the amount...). we opted for that, after all, we got thereSunday late afternoon, and believe in saving the environment ... when we realized Monday night, that we also wouldn't have any coffee, we asked for some at the desk. no room service again on Tuesday. The rooms were clean, the hotel is right next to a restaurant and there are several restaurants nearby. The breakfast was about the same as other Holiday Inn Expresses. The business center has a computer but no printer available which was not convenient. The pool area is small. Staff were friendly. Price is high for the area and value. Probably would try a less expensive hotel next time but would be happy to stay here again.

Employees are still the friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Check-in and check-out were very smoothly. Housekeeping very helpful and friendly (especially ?Amber). B-fast still good, despite the pancake machine being a little funky. I believe a Waffle maker would be a good thing. Had yogurt, muffins(blueberry, banana, choc.), good OJ and apple juice, scramble egg, bacon, turkey and pork sausage, biscuit and gravy, English muffin, bagels, milk (choc. and reg.) cereals. This was a great hotel-easy to check into after a long day of hiking. The pool and whirlpool were wonderful to relax in. The rooftop garden was cute and was lit with small lights at night. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices-we loved the cinnamon rolls!

Convenient location with a restaurant literally in the parking lot. Downtown shopping is close by. Hotel is super clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a rooftop deck which is really cute but no water views -- would be great with small group of friends, etc. Bed was comfy! Offered breakfast but wasn't able to take advantage of that so I have no rating there.

The Holiday Inn is located on the east side of Sequim so you have to take the first exit. Easy to find and lots of parking. The front desk staff were very nice but I did have a problem checking into my room. For some unknown reason there was an issue with the way that I made my reservation and they had to resolve the problem before they could give me my room. After about 20 minutes I was given my room keys. I believe it was some kind of computer problem. Not a good way to start my stay at ... Read more

My wife and I recently spent three wonderful nights at this hotel and found it to be one of the highlights of our two weeks in the West. The staff was super friendly from the front desk staff to the maintenance man who introduced himself in the elevator and asked us to call upon him if we needed anything (which we didn't) - all was in perfect working order. We had a great quiet stay. The only problem we had is the toilet was not flushing. It overall overflowed twice. Looking for a place to stay when attending the Lavender Festival or the Irrigation Festival? I highly recommend this hotel. Great for families, including teenagers and small children. Breakfast is included and there is a family restaurant next door. There is plenty of parking and the road noise is minimal. To guarantee the quietest stay, ask for a room on the top floor.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was huge but clean and both the shower and beds were great. We love this hotel just outside the town of Sequim. The staff is great and the hotel is clean and well-maintained. We cycled the Olympic Trail to the hotel and they let us keep our bicyles in the room. Two bikes in the room fit nicely without feeling cramped. This motel offers everything you need for a good night's rest from traveling. The room was clean and roomy, the bed was comfy and linens were good, and the bath was large with appropriate towels and toiletries. This hotel was lovely, comfortable, and the staff was very accomodating. The swimming pool and hot tub were a hit with my kids and the free continental breakfast was quite good (many choices). This is the last place of 4 we stayed during our 7 day vacation and it was definitely the best. Large, clean, airy rooms. It is right on a main road into town but we did not notice any traffic noise even though our room faced that side. The hotel has great appeal for being newly built with nice rooms and great pool but in truth, it's becoming gross. For a hotel with great potential it is disappointing for the guests and truly letting itself down. The rooms looked nice.
