We stayed here for the Paul McCartney concert at Key Arena. Only a 10 min walk! Very clean, friendly and quiet hotel! Take advantage of the roof top view at night, it's spectacular. Bring a bottle of wine, grocery store just 2 blocks away, and enjoy the view. Parking was around $18 but worth it. One of the cheaper parking costs for Seattle hotels. I recommend getting there earlier, even if you can't check in, for a parking spot. Secure parking, you need the room key to get in. They are accomadat... Read more

We didn't need our car all weekend as everything was so convenient & close in this neighborhood. Very close to Key Arena, Seattle Center with the Space Needle, Emp museum and the monorail to downtown. We took in the Star Trek exhibit at the EMP and enjoyed a film at the SIFF Uptown theater right across the street from our hotel. Within a one block radius are numerous excellent restaurants and the Metropolitan market which is open 24 hours also has great food. The hotel charges $18 per night for ... Read more

The hotel was very clean. Good supply of Starbucks coffee, tazo tea and popcorn in the room. Rooftop view is a plus. Good supply of coffee and water with lemon in the lobby. Great location - if you start craving for food - just go out and almost everything is just around the corner - pho, burgers, supermarket, pizza and more!

My sister and I stayed here at the start of a Washington trip. The room was very comfortable and clean. We particularly liked that there was a kitchenette for which they would supply some dishes so you could microwave something, etc. Coffee and cold water in the lobby was another plus, as was the location.

I recently stayed here with my wife. The hotel is in a great location. Perfect for the main tourist spots, walking distance to the needle. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely sized. Everything was in pristine condition. The room had a kitchenette which allowed us to have cold drinks on hand. I stayed at this hotel for two nights in June 2016. Hotels in Seattle are very expensive in June and this one was about $225 a night which is among the least expensive decent hotels I could find. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was a bit small and not fancy but it was clean and comfortable. There is a rooftop deck with a great view of Puget Sound and the sunset and the hotel will provide you with wine glasses so you can sit up there and have a glass of wine. Nice. We stayed here recently and had a very pleasant experience. We were allowed to check in early on a Monday and our room was clean with a comfy bed. The bathroom is large and spacious but I found it a little odd that the toilet seat had no lid. The Mediterranean Inn is a modern hotel with a modern feel. It's best attribute is the terrace on the top of the hotel 6th floor. There is a 360 degree view of Seattle in all it's glory. The rooms are very normal to any chain room with an added bonus of a wet bar with frig and microwave in the room. The bathroom is clean and large. The beds are not the most comfortable, but the linens are cozy. The ac runs cold.

Incidentally, for seniors the fare is $1.00 per ride. The neighborhood has some great restaurants,... Read more
