The rooms are clean and elegant and the beds are very comfortable. The location was great beside the mall and we went for nice walks up the hill to the grand homes with lovely gardens in the area. Also loved the coffee shop below to get the day started.

We were here for a wedding. Prior to our arrival, the hotel staff sent us an e-mail about our arrival time to try to get the room ready for us. We arrived earlier than check in time. The room was ready. We forgot to include our membership number. We sent a e-mail to the hotel coordinator. They took care of it. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Booked this hotel at the last minute on Memorial Day weekend. Only double available was CLUB LEVEL, so took that thinking at least we will have club level amenities. Was told at check-in that we will be on the club level, but will not have access to the club level amenities since I was not a Diamond member. The hotel was clean, close to shopping and eateries. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking and valet check-in were a nightmare (might just be because it was a holiday weekend).

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. This year, I made the HUGE mistake of staying at the coast bellevue hotel nearby in an attempt to save some money, but it ended up being a huge regret. The Hyatt is 100% worth every penny, and although I am a Seattle local, my boyfriend and I like to do staycations and the Hyatt will always be our go-to from now on.

From arrival to departure, the staff was very friendly and looked to see what they could do for you. Both check in and check out went without any problems. I arrived considerably early for check in, yet they had a room ready for me. As for check out, not sure if I went pass their normal check out time, but I had to leave unexpectedly ( mid day) because of delivery of our grand child. Only thing which bothered me was the cost for overnight parking: either valet or self. However if I had stayed ... Read more

So my stay at the hotel was overall positive. The room was standard; clean and fairly nice. The guest rooms are perfectly fine and I think make up for the major drawback of this hotel: it's an absolute zoo on the weekend. Th actual guest room portion of the hotel is totally fine. I couldn't hear any noise at night, no loud music, no partying. The lobby, though, is a completely different story. There are a number of bars and clubs in the hotel and in the adjacent area. When they let out, it's a ... Read more

Completely satisfied with our stay here. We remarked to each other that the staff was so nice, "It was like we were in Boise." Boise is our home town where people are generally and genuinely nice and pleasant. The interior of the lobby is gorgeous and dramatic, well appointed and comfortable. Having never been to Bellevue, we didn't know what to expect. We thought that maybe Bellevue was Seattle's red-headed step-child. Not remotely. We had a truly lovely time at the Hyatt viewing the fireworks and relaxing. The staff was amazing and we apprecaited their extra touches as well as all the extra amenities in the room .. toothpaste, charging station, etc ... unfortunately, the room itself felt more like a B hotel than an A. It just didn't match the lobby or the overall feeling of the rest of the hotel. It was stark and felt dated.

Stayed four nights in Hyatt Regency Bellevue during a conference. Room had an OK size and had a traditional American decoration (a bit old fashioned compared to European style). Same for the bathroom. Showering in bath is something I do not like but is standard in a lot of American hotels. Location is great. Next to the mall and lots of restaurants. The hotel was quite nice. If you have children the regency club room is a must. The club room has a open refrigerator with drinks and snacks which help the day run smoothly. Also you can then take the skybridge across the street to a bowling alley, arcade, and move theater. Also if your a mom and have a few minutes, there is a amazing multiple story shopping mall. The location is easy to get on the 520 or the 405, so makes for easy traveling.

Hotel was very nice but I needed to change the reservation. It took 3 tries calling and talking to 3 different people to finally get the job done. This should have been an easy thing to do!!! We had breakfast in the restaurant at the hotel and I'm afraid I would have to give it a D rating. The hash browns were cooked in oil that had a terrible taste to it as did the eggs. Sausage was very dry tasting.

Stayed 4 nights on business trip. Room quality, amenities and facilities right on Hyatt standard so if you stay in them elsewhere in the world this will be on point for you. Number of eateries and bars in the area which are quite lively from late afternoon and well into the evening. Good restaurants located in and adjacent to hotel that caters from sushi to steaks. The Hyatt Regency Bellevue tends to fill during many weeks, making it hard to obtain a room. There are two factors for this: first, proximity to major east-side based technical companies like Microsoft and T-Mobile, and the second is an outstanding meeting space which offers rooms of varying sizes for just about any size group.
