Vallets staff is rude and unprofessional. Especially Mike. Rooms are not clean. White sheets are discolored and had makeup stains. Room service menu said stop serving drinks at 2am and it's actually 12am. I got a suite and paid way more than the room and service was worth.

Was there to Evie work related systems and compete in a triathlon of engineering obstacles. The meet and greet was a bit weak, with bar food, and when returning to my room found the menu for room service to be way over priced... mac n cheese at $14? There is a Wendy's around the corner....

Stayed for four nights while brother was having a company convention, wifi is spotty at best, no car rental on site or massage services. Equis restaurant closes early at 10am for Bfast. Shops nearby are nice, Macy's, Nordstrom etc. good shower, and housekeeping. Not my first choice while in the area again.

My husband and I stayed here NYE due to a special code that The Parlor provided. Very convenient location if you plan to stay around the Bellevue shopping area. The hotel is rather large as it shares space with other retailers. Check in process was quick and easy. I checked in online prior to arrival and went to the front desk for the keys. We did self-park and it was free since it was a Saturday night stay. There were plenty of parking spots available. Our room was on the 9th floor fairly... Read more

The hotel was fantastic. The staff went out of their way to make it a special get away. The location is perfect, right in the middle of a great array of restaurants to choose from. Can't wait to return

Wife and I had a wonderful visit for NYE 2017 with the Parlor Live rate. The hotel service made up for the horrible service at the Parlor Live at the comedy show. Our room was great but the wall was a little thin between us and our neighbour.

We had an awesome 5 night stay at Hyatt Regency. Had an from the amazing view of Lake Washington and the Bellevue Square from the 21st floor. We upgraded to include the Regency Club which was totally worth it. All the Concierges at the Regency Club were so attentive to our needs. The kids looked forward to going up there for breakfast and late evening appetizers. Mervat took such great care of our entire family and greeted us by names by day two. Such amazing service and pleasure to be aro... Read more

Had a great time. Look forward to visit again soon. Great holiday family fun. Had dinner delivered to our room. Went to snowflake lane. Ate lunch and breakfast there at 13 coins. Walked around and shopped.

My wife and I overall loved the Hyatt, but our experience at the 13 coins put a serious damper on our evening. The bartender was extremely rude and obnoxious, to the point I left without a drink. My wife was sitting out by the fireplace in the Hyatt while I was attempting to get us drinks and more than a dozen people were out there complaining about the bartenders rudeness, and not getting a drink. When they heard me complaining to my wife, they all agreed it was a serious damper on our evening... Read more
