situated in the middle of it all, this classic landmark hotel is very well kept and classy. The rooms are very unique in that they are very well maintained with attention paid to pretty much everything, the auras are fabulous! The best part perhaps is coming back after a day of Seattle's hilly streets and active waterfront, to simply put a wonderful hotel provided robe on and enjoy a glass of wine or a decadent snack while looking out of the beautifully framed windows and out into the Seattle ni... I originally thought we were staying in a DoubleTree/Hilton Hotel in Seattle - but nobody told me this was formerly a Gentlemans Club built in 1917?! The place oozed the grandeur of the period, from the stylishly crafted rooms, sofas ... down to the elegant sepia toned Bar/Lounge where you could sit by the large roaring fire and order some fine cocktails, wine or even the best Straight Rye Whisky around. A magical Hotel to visit.

Beautiful property in the heart of downtown Seattle. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and always helpful. The bar in the lobby is a great place to unwind in the evening. This property is a gem that shouldn't be missed!

We were pleasantly surprised with the Arctic Club in Seattle. It is charming, very cozy and inviting. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The Luna restaurant had good food and service. We will definitely be back!

The entire atmosphere was amazing. I love older hotels and this one has so much character. I was disappointed in myself that I only booked one night accidentallly and had to move to another hotel for the following night.. Next time this will be the place I stay.

Now, I must admit I am biased towards Hilton properties, but they have never let me down. This place is my vision of the Pacific Northwest from a long gone era. From the décor to the staff uniforms to the aesthetics. Our room had exposed wooden beams and an old school office door for the bathroom. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly, except for the surly bartender, but even that had its charm. Room service was prompt and professional. I can't imagine not staying here again if I visit Seat... Read more

As a frequent business traveler I stay in Hilton properties and am at the highest status level. Comparatively speaking I generally don't particularly like them (my old company was aligned to Starwood, which I like). They are reliable, but always boring/bland to the point where I go out of my way to find another place to eat, find other ways to kill time away from the hotel, etc. and getting two bottles of water as my 'reward' always seems cheesy. BUT The Arctic Club is not that; despite bein... Read more

The Artic Hotel has retained the history of the original building and ambiance of the founders from the gold mining era. The Polar Bar feels and though you are sitting with those bearded gentlemen as you sip your classic cocktail. The rooms are generous in size and the staff if friendly and welcoming.

The chain seems to have a special affection for the Arctic Club; it is very well run; they just spent a million bucks on new "Walrus" themed carpeting, and the staff seems really anxious to show the Arctic Club to its best.

For a moderate price, I was provided with an excellent room in an older hotel that has been well-kept, updated and turned into a warm place to stay. The staff was excellent. The room service breakfast was excellent. The pub food was very good. I enjoyed a comfortable stay during a challenging business trip to Seattle. My thanks to the staff.
