Good location with abllity to walk to Convention Center, shopping and dining. We were able to check in before noon, which was much appreciated. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, but the muffins were inedible. Ample free parking and easy access to 405

We ended up staying here because our reservation at another local hotel got messed up and by the time we found out the first hotel could not accommodate us for the length of time that we needed. The hotel 116 could at a very reasonable rate. It is very clean with good daily maid service and a very good complimentary breakfast. Also free parking. It is very convenient to everything in Bellevue.

The hotel was quite poor. Proce/perfomance ratio is not Ok there. Breakfast is poor, choice of food is awful. Cockroaches in the bathroom. On positive side - personnel is professional and very friendly. Location is good enough, 5-7 min to walk to downtown if Bellevue.

Stayed here for a few nights while working in the area. The rooms were just what you'd expect. Nothing fancy, but everything you needed. The breakfast was quite amazing. I was very surprised by the offerings. Eggs, sausage or bacon, cereals, oatmeal with toppings, danishes, juices, etc... The staff was attentive and the property taken care of. Conveniently located next door to Chik-Fil-A. Parking was free and plenty. Just add a pool and it'd be perfect to bring the kids.

This place was ok. It had very nice looking entrance but the rooms and halls were really dated. The walls in the rooms were very thin. We could hear the tv in the next room. The beds at pretty firm so for me with a bad back I slept horrible! They did say to expect some added construction noise since they were renovating but we didn't hear any of that. Hopefully when that is done the rooms will be better. On the plus side they do offer a shuttle until 9:30pm that will take you for free anywhere ... Read more

I Can't truly had a great overall experience. My wife was in Bellevue to have surgery at Overlake hospital. My stay was extended by some unfortunate setbacks my wife experienced post surgery. It was a very stressful time for me but the hotel staff eased my stress by the genuine care and concern they showed. The staff alone make this hotel a great and memorable experience I would have loved to take many of them home with us. I understand this facility was acquired by Coast not that many months ag... We booked this room(Got a great price through hotwire hot rates) to cover a night while furnace in our house was broken. The hotel is in a great location - close to the highway, downtown Bellevue and right next to Chick-fil-a(My daughters love it). The room was clean, just the right size - everything worked out as expected - heating, Wi-Fi etc. They offered free complimentary continental breakfast which was well stocked and was great. Would recommend this place.

I stayed a couple of days for an interview, the breakfast was good and service was pretty good as well. The staff was warm and friendly, helped me with any inquiries I had. I encountered no problems nor any unpleasantness whatsoever. IT is not luxury by any means, but pretty good for a great price.

Comfortable. Staff helpful and cordial. Entry updated. Rest of hotel dated, but clean and functional. Good price for location. No issues. Less convenient as to access to downtown Bellevue as I-405 has to be crossed. I would recommend.
