Clean, well maintained! Great breakfast! Drinks were a little overpriced, but everything is expensive in Bellevue :)! I was very pleased with the service and they even upgraded our room for free because they didn't have a standard King when we checked it. Very nice!

We came to Seattle for a family wedding downtown and the suggestion was to stay at the Monaco Hotel which is very expensive. Instead we rented a car and stayed at the Coast Bellevue Hotel. It was a good decison because we saved a lot of money. The property is very well located--near the highway and in a neighborhood with a lot of services, food, drugstore, salons etc. The hotel has a good breakfast and a heated pool and other amenities. This is an older hotel and shows some wear around the exterior edges but my kids and I had a fencing tournament nearby and were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, the pleasant rooms comparable to pricier hotels, and the really fantastic breakfast provided. The carpet in the halls and exterior paint/repair are the biggest areas that show wear but we're not a factor for us. The lobby is really nice and the hotel is located in a great area, but the rooms and hallway are seriously in need of renovations. The smell of the room is sort of old, there are popcorn ceilings, stains on the walls and covers, and the carpet is worn out. This hotel has a lot of potential if they some money into it.

My husband and I stayed in Bellevue because it was cheaper than Seattle. But you get what you pay for. Our room was clean but when we first walked in there was an odor of mold than I think they tried to mask with baby powder. Luckily there was a window. Breakfast was a disaster. We waited about 10-15 minutes before an attendant brought out more plates. By then almost everything was gone and this was at 9:30. They said breakfast was until 10am. Spent two nights at the Coast Hotel. Excellent location in Bellevue and very convenient to Seattle, Mercer Island, and Issaquah. Plenty of parking, comfortable room and bed, nice exercise facility and pool and good continental breakfast. Excellent customer service. For the price, this hotel is fantastic. Will definitely stay here the next time we're in the Seattle/Bellevue-area. One recommendation -- the internet is quite slow and could use some upgrading.

Got this hotel through Priceline bidding. Hotel hallway, rooms and other interior parts are dated and need renovation. Our mattresses are way too soft. Location is convenient, staff is helpful, breakfast is okay. Price is reasonable. Be careful when you bid on Priceline as you may end up with this one which is less desirable than what you expect.

We had to change rooms because the window and casing were covered in black mold (room 204). The front desk staff is exceptional, but a better maintenance staff needs some training. This is an older, remodeled hotel, and was overall comfortable and a good price. We had issues with mold in the shower around the shampoo dispenser, and dirty corners everywhere. The lobby looked beautiful but unfortunately the rooms are in major need of an upgrade. Our room was so dated that it looked dirty even though it may not be. My friend and I requested to have room beside each other but was told by the guy at the reception that it was gonna happen. If you're just looking for a place to hang your hat for a few days this place fits the bill. The rooms are older, there's some cracks in the finish and peeling paint, but the rooms are clean as are the sheets. Beds are comfy enough. The bar downstairs has some pretty solid food if you like burgers, and the beer selection is decent. Overall I'd say if you can get a deal on the room and aren't looking for a 4-5 star its a fair value.

The bathroom counter was very low and uncomfortable. The rooms just need to be updated. I paid $167 a night and it was not worth it! I wouldn't have paid over $100 a night for this place.

Hotel has had upgrades with nice touches. Overall property is older but rooms were nice, clean and had nice amenities. Staff was very helpful and efficient. Buffet breakfast included and met the typical morning buffet standards.

This hotel is now called The 116. It has a good location on the old "Auto Row". One minute to I-405 a 5 minutes from downtown Bellevue. The property is clean and in good shape, but is showing it's age. They are starting renovations, which I expect will earn it 4 stars when done. The bath was good size. The mattress was new, but too hard for me. The hotel was full when we stayed, but it was still really quiet. The staff was great, but a little more attention to detail by housekeeping whe... excellent service and food-room was clean-easy to locate when arriving from airport-close to many local businesses-renovations being done had no negative effect on stay at all. All employees very friendly and helpful-did not use pool but thought that area was well maintained and pool looked very inviting

Room 304 was clean, beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the bacon and eggs (and the kids loved the baked goods selection for desert). We came for a tournament on Mercer Island, found the hotel good for team sports groups too as it has a large lobby and huge dining area.

Easy Uber ride from SeaTac airport. Had to find the restaurant, but once I did the free continental breakfast was worth the hunt. View of towers downtown. Older property but a great stay none the less

It's nice hotel to stay for a week. Whether a business purposes or a family stay. Staffs are friendly and greet guests warmly. Great location just right off 405fwy in the heart of Bellevue, plenty of things to do and restaurants to dine.

The restaurant food was good, but the menu was a bit short. The hotel now offers a full breakfast but it is very limited. The hotels was reasonably priced and close to where I needed to be, but need a makeover. I would like return if needed to be in the location again.

I was stayed here for a conference and this was my second visit. It is older and going through some renovations but has a clean room. I would recommend bringing your own pillow though...I was a bit frustrated with the shuttle service. They require you to reserve a seat in advance and it picks up and drops off every 1/2 hour...I reserved a 4:30pm and it didn't come till 5pm...had to stand in the cold wondering when it would come. The two times I called they said it was coming...

Hotel has a fantastic location. This was the main reason for picking this Hotel. Staff are friendly. Hotel guest accommodations are really in need of refurbishment and not just cosmetic works. This property has real potential, but needs help. Wifi good and complimentary breakfast a nice touch, with friendly staff. I would return based on location only. It is a true shame a major renovation is not done, only cosmetic works.

Comfortable bed. Clean but aging room. My co-worker's room smelled very musty. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel is in the process of being updated so things could change, but right now the rooms are overpriced.

This was one of many annual visits in 5 years, to Bellevue, staying at the Coast and attending the WorldMark Owners Conference. The room misfortune was unfortunate. Erin Wilson and her staff members, Jake and Bruce give it and I their best attention affordable at the time.

Check in went very well. The lobby is still dressed in drab tones of gray and in the rainy months, makes it a bit depressing. The former wine "sampling" is gone as well as the baked potato night with nothing replacing it. The 2 business internet computers used to be in a separate room (like most hotels) but has now been cut by one computer and it is located at the front desk. Never mind the people peeking over your screen while they check in. Purchased by "116" there was exterior painting g... Read more

We were checking into surgery the next day. Great mattresses, quiet rooms, huge tv. I was able to use my airline mileage program miles. I did have a shipment sent to the hotel. No one knew anything about it. After getting the name of the person who signed for it, we were able to find it. They are in the process of remodeling.

Lobby is nice and very modern. We had a room with two bed . The beds were too springy, furnishings were out dated, and carpeting was also dated. We didn't take advantage of the continental breakfast. Nothing more.

The hotel needs to be updated - the rooms are clean, but old. The fitness center is terrible - small / no TV. The buffet breakfast was OK, but NO variety from day to day. the scrambled eggs were not replenished often enough = always seemed to get the dry eggs at the end

This is a decent hotel, if a little outdated. It seems to have a case of mistaken identity in that it's got a bit of boutique hotel flair, wrapped in the shell of what appears to be an old holiday inn. The restaurant/bar is nice, but has a bit of 1990's contemporary going on. The room that I stayed in still had a tube TV that was in a giant cabinet, and struggled to bring in any good channels. I also had an adjoining room and the people next door were very loud, and the adjoining door didn't see... Read more

Also when I initially booked the room, the reservation person on the 1-800 number got my dates wrong and when I had an opportunity open the reservation e-mail, I called to change this and explained the dates were wrong. I was asked by the person who answered the 1-800 number "WHY DIDN'T YOU OPEN THE E-MAIL BEFORE THIS TIME" Needless to say I was appalled at the rudeness of the person and said I was busy and didn't have time to open it, and that wasn't the problem, the problem was the first per... A few years ago the Coast seemed drab. But this time they've made changes and it is so much better. Perhaps the staff has always been good. I don't recall, but they have excellent staff now. The room was clean and comfortable with a small club chair with foot stool, plus a table with two chairs. And a desk and chair. Restaurant staff went the extra mile.

Stayed at this hotel for the weekend to visit family, thought the quality, location and price were reasonable. The room was basic but had a nice view of the downtown Bellevue area and was convenient for visiting Redmond and Seattle. The complimentary breakfast also had good variety and a spacious sitting area. The only concern I had was that I did call in early and request a courtyard room, which the front desk stated that they had not only noted but chose a room for me on the second floor. Ho... Read more
