"The staff 'forgot' that our room was already taken and issued another guest was given keys to our room. My wife was partially undressed when the man used his key to open the door and saw more of my wife than he should have! The room was smaller than expected and the road noise was very loud (we kept the air conditioner running to drown out the noise). On the plus side, the location is excellent and withing walking distance of the Space Needle and other attractions."

"The rooms were small but they were clean, the pool and hot tub were great and so was the breakfast. The street noise was a little much. Beds were comfortable."

"Our 'view' room of the Space Needle was 75% blocked by a view of another hotel and alleyway. The noise from people walking on the floor above was awful. The pool and hot tub were very pleasant. TV channels were limited. Parking garage was a pain to get into and the card reader seemed to be finicky. The front staff was overwhelmed."
