From start to finish we were treated with the best of care and personal attention. Hotel rooms were fantastic, views are amazing, location was fab. Lots of nice touches including a courtesy car that was available to pick you up or drop you off anywhere in downtown, called them to pick up my daughter from downtown when she was feeling tired and they were there within 10 mins no fuss! The quality of the hotel added to what is a fantastic city to visit.

I stayed at the Pan Pacific for a business trip. I had never heard of the hotel, but was more than pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The staff was courteous and incredibly helpful, and the bell staff was quick to assist and grab a taxi for me, or offer the shuttle (which was a nice sedan) to a location within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. The rooms were modern and the layout was nice - there was a "window" type opening between the bathroom and the sleeping area. Nice large tub and separat... Read more

I was looking for a very special way to propose to my long-time girlfriend and stumbled upon the Pan Pacific Seattle for their great in-room view of the Space Needle. Upon inquiring for a booking, the service agent (Ali) very kindly set everything up and even recommended restaurants near the hotel for us to explore. When we checked in, I found out we had been given a complimentary upgrade to their Denny Suite room. My girlfriend was thoroughly confused but it all became clear when I got down o... Read more

Well situated, very helpful staff. Driver service! This was the best, as it was our first time in Seattle. He was very helpful and we felt like having a private guide. The room was spacious and the bathroom was excellent. There was a construction side just opposite our bedroom. We appreciate this is not there fault but it would be good if they mentioned this before going to the bedroom. No discount was offered for the noise disruption. We didn't complaint anyway, as my husband dislike to do so. ... Read more

PAN PACIFIC looks beautiful and welcoming -- with tasteful contemporary art, live plants and pride in service! A pretty outdoor dining and relaxing area beckons as a staff member welcomes you. Pan Pacific Hotel is a really great hotel to stay at if are looking for a great hotel. The location is really amazing. Within minutes you can be to most destinations around the city. Another huge plus is you can see the Space Needle from the rooms all around the hotel. The staff are also really amazing & accommodating. The rooms are truly amazing with the Jacuzzi style bathtub & beautiful showers. I wish my stay was longer, but all good things have to end sometime.

We stayed at the Pan Pacific Seattle June 8-12th. The hotel staff is fabulous. They are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We used the hotel car numerous times and the drivers were great to give us tips and information about the area. The room was clean and had an awesome view of the Space Needle. The hotel is in the Amazon District and is in close walking proximity to many of the places we wanted to see. Highly recommend!

May be one of the most friendly and helpful staffs of any hotel we have stayed in and we travel a good deal. Rooms are very comfortable in every way and nicely laid out. Great bathroom. But mostly we were impressed with all of the staff, who helped us in every way they could and went out of their way to find answers to questions if they didn't know the answer. They were responsive and always friendly.

A nice place to stay. Although, they should really rethink their engineering of the design of the shower. The water travels along the top of the raised ledge that the glass and door are attached and then goes straight out on the floor between the wall and the door. Almost went in to the carpeted area outside the bathroom. When we arrived and checked in, it was early in the day and after an overnight flight. We desperately needed showers and after discovering this design flaw, we used up all... Read more

The hotel is slightly on the edge of the downtown core, which had it's positives and negatives. It's about a 15 minute walk to Pike Place Market, same to the Space Needle, 30 minutes if you want to walk to Pioneer Square. Still, it's a quiet and safe neighborhood, but I got the impression that all of downtown was like that. We booked a Space Needle View Suite in the $400 price range. It was my first time staying at the Pan Pacific and I loved it. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming. The rooms were large, bed extremely comfortable and most importantly, it was very clean. The bathroom was huge and I really loved the turn-down bed service the hotel offers. But for me, one of the best things about this hotel is that it sits on top of Whole Foods market! The location is also fantastic; only a 20 minute walk to Pike's Market! I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed in July on a business trip with wife and 4 month old in tow. Check in was a bit slow and the room was ready a bit later than the promised check in time, which wasn't ideal with a tired 4 month old ready to nap. The front desk staff did their very best though, and were extremely friendly. We had a suite with a balcony. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Convenient having a whole foods right outside the door! Used the car service for local meetings and th... Read more

We just returned from 4 days in Seattle. This is a lovely smaller hotel, located basically in the center of town. You can walk within 15 min. to most places. The rooms are contemporary, very nice, large, with a great bathroom that had its own thermostat that made the room nice and warm if you wanted it! Nice staff. Our room faced the Space Needle, which is the best view. Luckily, there is a Starbucks right next door because there is no place in the hotel to get a quick bite. And they hav... Read more

Stayed at the Pan Pacific at the beginning of September for a business trip. The hotel is in excellent condition and I felt that the staff were very warm and helpful. The room was decent sized with a large bathroom that had a large bathtub and a stand up shower. The valet were very quick to get my car when I checked out early in the morning. Besides the comfort of the room, the thing I liked most about the hotel was the location. 15 minutes walking to both the Space Needle and the market. On t... Read more

My first time at a Pan Pacific and it will not be my last. The room was large and very comfortable, and the staff was exemplary and very helpful and friendly. Being right in downtown and straddling two busy streets, it was very quiet save the occasional siren which is just part of city living. My room had a great city view overlooking the courtyard and could also see the Space Needle. Also appreciated the special discount for Oregon residents (extended also to Washington and BC residents), an... Read more

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights for a business trip. It's located in downtown with great views of downtown, including the needle. It's near a bunch of shops, including starbucks and above Whole Foods. Check-in and check-out was simple and quick with great customer service. Once you check-in, they give you map of downtown and go over a few highlights of the hotel and downtown with you. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special (champagne and truffle delivery, with a card signed by all the staff on duty during our first night AND a very nice little drawing of the skyline) and welcome. Stunning modern hotel in a perfect location. Went to visit our daughter who had recently moved to Seattle from the midwest. She lives in the Capital Hill area so this was this perfect location. Service at this hotel was very attentive. We had a Space Needle Suite and it was spectacular. It felt more like an apartment, and was well priced for all the amenities. We had 2 large flat screen TV's . The bedroom could be screened off from the private sitting area. You could lay in bed and see The Spa... Read more

We stayed at the Pan for 6 Nites and I can honestly say every day was a new surprise with the housekeeping. Coffee re- supply very inconsistent where different items missed each day (like creamers or the coffee cartridges themselves !). Other days no hand towels. The hotel has great amenities: Hermann Millers desk chairs, small yet openly designed rooms and modern decor. The location is steps from both a Starbucks and a Whole Foods. Other attractions are easily reached on foot. This place could easily rise to be a 'must stay at hotel' by just consistently taking care of the small things: instead of giving one person slippers, extend it to giving slippers to both occupants. The same went for the turndown service: one chocolate, one water and no replacemen... Read more

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was something we really liked because you were close to many of the local attractions, yet the courtyard entrance made it feel secluded and away from the city traffic.
