This place was very accomodating. We came from Alaska on medical. My husband had surgery and we stayed two weeks. Staff was very professional yet very empathetic. They always greeted us when we were coming and going and always asked for updates on his progress. I always felt safe here and it felt downright homey. Loved the free laundry and always had a great cup of coffee brewing.

A quaint hotel just opposite Hilton Garden Inn, it has cute toilet wallpapers that is rather english style. Clean toilet and rooms, it serves great breakfast. It has everything from hard boiled eggs, yogurt, various drinks (soy, vegetable, cranberry, coffee, teas), cereal, hams, cheeses, and breads. Its service staff is good. Good for both long and short term stay. No smoking smell whatsoever. Great place. Downside- dark color carpet makes the place a little drab

We stayed in the king suite and it was great! The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious with a large fridge. Very quiet room. My only complaint was when we checked out they charged us 3 times! However, it was resolved promptly and everyone was friendly and helpful.

We arrived after 11 PM as we went to a Mariners game that ended late. When we arrived the doors were locked and nobody was at the front desk. There was a guest waiting outside who had been ringing the bell for about a minute before another guest swiped his card and let us in at which point the girl working the front desk came out. She checked me in but wasn't the least bit welcoming. She asked for my name and ID then handed me the room card and that was the extent of my introduction. She didn't ... Read more

bed not very comfortable. Wifi sketchy. much tauted cinnamon rolls at breakfast non existing. When they finally appeared ( when we were done..) my husband grabbed and said it was practically raw dough. No icing... for the price, the breakfast was below par. Also very crowded and no cleanup of spills . I think we can do better if we stay in the area again.

The shower was disgusting. My feet were sticking in the slimy grime. The problem probably started because the drain didn't drain well. But gross, I had to complain to get it cleaned and then it was just better, not "clean." The drain still didn't drain though. :/ They offer free transportation. They ask for two hours notice for rides. Even when I scheduled a day in advance, they were late.

I disliked my stay very much and regretted that I booked this hotel. I got in late (midnight), was very tired and hoped that I could get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, this did not happen. The room felt old and outdated. I asked Melanie at the front desk to give me a room away from the elevator and away from any ice machine. My room ended up right next to the elevator! Since the room was a suite and the bedroom separate and thus away from the elevator, I let that go. One reason was th... Read more

When I opened the door to the room my jaw dropped. There was a full kitchen, a living room, a full bathroom with a tub, and a seperate bedroom...all for $169. The bed was really comfortable, there's a desk in the livingroom with an ethernet cable available to plug in your laptop, a small tv in the livingroom and bedroom, and a full size refrigerator in the kitchen...not the mini fridges like in other hotels, a two burner stove and even a dishwasher. The location is about 2 miles from the airport... Read more

I worked and lived at Larkspur while on Renton May and June. I am older female and was treated like a very special guest. Staff were all friendly, kind, and greeted me warmly. I only wish I knew all to name! Jamie, Seth, Yelena, and Nina helped me personally. Room 424 is at the end of a quiet hall as I requested. Service, housekeeping, breakfast, free dinner on Wed. evening were all exceptional. My room was always clean. I felt safe here. I would recommend this property above other exten... Read more

We had a 6:00 a.m. flight and needed to leave the hotel at 4 to be safe. No where in all the website booking process did they list that the shuttle was not a 24/7 operation. We had to pay for a taxi to get us to the airport. FAIL. The rooms are fine and the place is clean but the value and location go out the window on this deal. We stayed there to be away from the airport yet close enough for a quick shuttle ride. The $20 taxi killed the whole value.

It was a good deal considering how expensive hotels in the area are. Little ways away from downtown Seattle, but worth it. Lots of space for everyone there. Comfy and clean. Everything was in order and the staff was great.

Quick check in and out. The spa = hot tub has been out of commission for what looks like a long time. I can't remember a hotel that served a free breakfast that had as it's main item - luncheon meats, but here, that's what they do - just different. What we were surprised about was that they did not change the sheets or take the used towels - perhaps a cost saving measure?

Located in an industrial area about 20 minutes south of Seattle, this is a great place to stay. The rooms & beds are comfortable & the rooms are quiet. A full size fridge & small stove top make sure almost condo-like. There's free washing machines & a small fitness room. There's also a nice outdoor patio with a grill. Fresh cookies nightly from 5-9. Our only complaint was that the breakfast was not well stocked. No matter what time we were there in 4 days, many of the foods were miss... Read more

My husband and I booked a weekend stay at the Larkspur Landing in Renton for our 6 year anniversary. We had many activities planned for the weekend throughout the Seattle area. Here's my thoughts: 1) The location is perfect; although we were about 25 minutes, with some traffic, away from downtown, I liked the fact that anything we needed was nearby; grocery store, places to eat, gas station, shopping, and the freeway. I've stayed downtown and parking was a PAIN and expensive, I didn't have to th... Read more

This hotel is located near the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. It has been around for quite a while. The rooms are tired. Breakfast is minimal, but enough to get one started. The front desk is understaffed, particularly when large groups are staying there. I asked for a king bed in advance, and was promised a king. Upon arrival, no king was available. A better choice is the Hilton Garden Inn next door. The Larkspur Landing shuttle to/from the airport can only serve 6 guests. If yo... Read more

There are many other choices in the area that are cheaper and provide the same level of comfort. I checked in at around 9 p.m. on a Sunday night and the first room they gave me, the air conditioner didn't work and the TV was unwatchable. I called the front desk and after 11 rings the desk picked up and said they would be right up to give me a new set of keys. I waited 20 minutes and finally picked up all my stuff and hiked down to the front desk and waited another 10 minutes for someone to fr... Read more

I booked this room online for my son who is a F1 Boat Racer, and his entourage. They are racing at the SeaFair Event. I booked the room over a month ago. My son called the hotel yesterday to confirm everything, and was told everything was good and they would see them today. They arrived at the hotel only to find that they had given away their room, because the card I used to "hold" the reservation didn't go through. I booked this hotel because it is close to airport and has 24 hr shuttle bus service listed on website. In addition, I had called 3 days prior my arrival date and talked with front desk about my late flight. The girl just told me to call hotel for shuttle while waiting for luggage pickup. What turned out, when we were finally arrived airport past 11pm, I was told by front desk, shuttle only runs until 10 pm. I was really pissed. Stayed overnight to be near an appointment. Had expected the spa area to be open but it was drained, green and in need of repair. Could have been under renovations, I suppose. The snack bar area was also locked up for the night and no options for food except the front desk cookies. Luckily, the hotel just across the parking lot has a terrific restaurant. In retrospect, I should have stayed there instead. The room was dated and in need of being renovated. Could have been cleaner. It's nice to h... Read more

I'm only giving this hotel four stars due to the small van they use for their airport shuttle. Otherwise, the staff was very accommodating and the rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was wonderful. I can't remember when I've had a better night sleep. Other reviews mention road noise but we did not hear any. Maybe because we were in the back of the hotel in room 135. Maybe that's the trick to a quiet room. We arrived after most restaurant deliveries had stopped for a Sunday night. Without a ve... Read more

We had a suite room that had a full kitchen. That took away from the usable area of the room. There was a large table that was probably for eating but took a lot of room. The TV was along side the bed so you had to lie on your side in bed to see it. Not much room for suitcases. The breakfast area was horrible. Very small that meant you were bumping into other people. There were only 4 tables and two couches in the room to sit and eat. The breakfast was continental and nothing hot. They ... Read more

Celebrating my husbands birthday thought a trip was in order. Booked Larkspur for the king suite & the hot tub/pool. No working hot tub or pool, no offer to lower room rate. Suite was nice with the exception of the cool air is not vented into the Master Suite .When the window is open you hear nothing but freeway all night long. Breakfast was just ok needs improvement. This was a bit disappointing. Check in was professional and seamless.

This is a well-appointed all suite motel in a very attractive building. The breakfast was well done, but they need to about double the seating. If they simply remove the sofas and replace them with tables and chairs, they will eliminate that issue. BUT DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE. We waited nearly 90 minutes at the airport upon arrival and had similar issues each time we needed transportation. Given that, the woman who drove us could not have been more pleasant and helpful.... Its our go to hotel for every trip to Seattle, so that is about once every two months. Hotel is still good, although it is starting to show its age a bit, but they do keep it kept up very well. Maybe a refreshing exterior paint job next year or perhaps it just needs a good pressure washing from all the NW rain. My aunt and her sister stayed at the Larkspur when they came to visit last summer. The ease of access to both freeways and restaurants made this the perfect location. The handsome accommodations and well laid out floor plan made the suite feel like a homey oasis for a few days during their visit. We will definitely recommend this hotel for future guest and we know that my aunt plans on staying here next time she comes to visit.

I spent one night while traveling with my 9 lb. dog. The room was clean and comfortable- mini suite, so a small kitchen, desk/dining, comfy chair & a very comfortable queen bed. Location is great, yes you do hear the highway, but the value and conviennent location make up for it! I would definitely stay again! Breakfast included, which I haven't tried yet.

I booked this property through Delta along with my flight. When my flight was delayed a day, I assumed the hotel reservation would be altered as well. This was my fault. When I got to the hotel, the guy was very rude, said my reservation was canceled, and they could get me in a room but it would be nearly double the price. I decided to look elsewhere. Looks like a very nice place, but they need to work on their customer service skills.
