We stayed 2 nights at the Hyatt House. Great, convenient location directly across the street from the Space Needle, EMP and Children's Museums, and the monorail. Hotel was very clean. Room was very modern and had every amenity you could need. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice selection.

Top notch customer service, clean, safe. We had a suite with a separate bedroom and full kitchen. It was an inside unit, which turned out great as it was soooo quiet! Loved the rooftop deck when the weather was cooperative. Breakfast was plentiful. Lots of options. Free shuttle to destinations within a mile - gets yoyvto Pikes or Monorail for the stadiyms. Tons of dining nearby. Oh and did I mention directly across the street from the majority of the Seattle attractions?

Our room was on the third floor, facing the Space Needle. Amazing view. I really liked the layout of the room. The kitchen area was good sized with an island and stools. There was a tv area with seating, and then the tv could be rotated around to watch from bed.

Even though I'm a local I stayed here with a group before a cruise. Right across from the space needle and they offer a shuttle for the downtown area. Because its across from the Monorail station it makes getting downtown super easy. New rooms with electric shades, refrigerators and microwaves. While rooms are slightly smaller the furnishings are top notch. The breakfast buffet is great with an omelette bar and lots of fresh fruits. Lobby bar and restaraunt is very reasonable and good. My wife and I spent three nights at Hyatt House before our Alaska Cruise in late May. We were very happy with the cost, location and condition of the facility. Our room faced the Space Needle right across the street--what a great view! Although not in Downtown Proper we had no transportation issues. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a mile radius. We even used the shuttle to take us to the cruise port on our last day. I had no idea when I chose the Hyatt House how centrally located it would be. It is right across from the Space Needle and Chiluly Gardens. The Hyatt House is surrounded by green space and trees with food trucks in a nearby park. You can walk, Uber or take the monorail to to many venues, shops and restaurants. The rooms are very nice and a very good buffet breakfast is included in your stay. There is also a laundry facility and kitchen if you prefer to prepare you own meals.

We highly recommend the Hyatt House Downtown Seattle. The location is great... directly across the street from the Space Needle. The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, the complimentary breakfast is excellent, and the staff treated us well. The complimentary shuttle is another huge benefit. It will take you anywhere within a one-mile radius of the hotel, which reaches most of the popular attractions in the city.

We stayed at this hotel for the St Patrick's Day Dash in Seattle due to its location. It is a nice hotel, right across the Space Needle. We stayed in a suite... it actually had a full kitchen! Including dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, etc... Perfect for a family staying for a few days. Our room was facing other rooms, so when you open your blinds, you will see all the other rooms... kinda creppy, so beware and request a room facing out to the street. We stayed here wilt our grandson and his Dalmatian dog and we had a terrific stay! Julia was joking with our grandson about how big the dog was and he thought that was great, everyday when we got back to the hotel he was looking for her to talk to about what he and the dog did, and by the end of our stay he was hugging her goodbye. Housekeeping was also terrific, never ran out of anything. Keep up the good work

Visiting Seattle with my partner for an overnight stop on our trip down the west coast en route to California. The hotel check in staff were immediately unhelpful. I don't like the complexity of the car park and how badly sign posted it is. They should make provision for some limited parking whilst you check in but instead they leave you parked in front of the gate in limbo whilst someone in the party runs in to sort it. You could do a lot worse than this hotel if you're spending a few days in Seattle. It's in the downtown area, just across the road from the Space Needle. Our room included a kitchenette which would be handy if you were staying for a reasonable period but we only used it to make cups of tea. One downside is that the cleaning staff would run the dishwasher for two dirty cups - a waste of water I would have thought. Great hotel, friendly staff. My room was like a small apartment with a kitchen, table, living room, etc. Very spacious and great views of the Needle (which is literally across the street). The housekeeping staff was very good and consistent when it came to servicing my room. My only complaint was that the food selection and quality weren't great - but there are plenty of good choices nearby so this wasn't really an issue for me.

The Hyatt House is the perfect place to stay if you want to be in the mix in Seattle. In less than five minutes, you are at the space needle, emp museum, pac science center. The staff there is great and very helpful. They have a hotel shuttle that runs 24 hours a day and will drop and pick up within a mile radius. Perfect for those who want to travel without spending money on parking downtown, which runs on average 8/hr. This would have been a five star, if it wasn't for the slow elevator.

We were present at check-in time and that may have made a big difference. Stay #2 (April): We arrived later in the evening. Our room was right on the same level as the monorail! Could the monorail folks look in at us? Not sure.

We stayed at Hyatt House Seattle prior to a cruise. We rode the Link Light Rail from the airport to the Westlake Center and then called for the hotel shuttle. We should have rode the monorail from the Westlake Center to the Space Needle. You can see the hotel when you get off the monorail and it is an easy walk downhill even with luggage. They have a very nice free breakfast with omelet bar, much nicer than most hotels have. They also have board games that you can borrow, which were a real hit with the family. The Hyatt House brand is an excellent match for a leisure traveler or budget conscious business traveler. It is nice to have a well-located, larger sized, room that offers freebies like wifi and breakfast. This hotel is no different, and is an excellent, if not exceptional representation of the brand (in my experience). The rooms are very fresh and comfortable. Ours ran a little on the tight size (studio), but comparatively, the room was well sized and comfortable enough for two people. The roo... Read more

I booked a random weekend getaway with my friends and we stumbled upon this very clean, modern place to call home for a weekend. I was expecting a standard room with no views, but I was given two queen beds and a view of the space needle which was a nice surprise. Hyatt House did not disappoint and they provided quality for a 3*. This hotel was a 3.5* in my eyes.. What a gem. Very comfortable place, the room is big and lighted well, well planned and there is a kitchen. Quit, the beds are very good. Disadvantages: the breakfast is on the low side, the parking is very expensive- it's better to find somewhere around(on the average it's 7$ outside, and in the hotel- 35â?½).

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Hyatt House Seattle. The front desk was so accommodating, they had recommendations for restaurants & things to do, they also helped us if we needed directions to places we also wanted to visit. There was also a shuttle that we relied on to get us around, it was great! Thank you Hyatt House Seattle.

The room was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The only two things I missed having in the room were: 1. A safe in the room to lock up valuables and 2. A lighted, magnifying mirror attached to the wall in the bathroom.

We walked across the street to the Space Needle, EMP museum, Chihuly Garden and Glass center, and Pacific Science Center. Gates Foundation exhibit is 3 blocks away. Location is excellent. Staff is very friendly and tries to help you navigate the city. They have a shuttle that will take you one mile in any direction and that includes the fish market and aquarium and downtown.I just tipped the driver. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Happy hour has specials and try the wings, they were terrific. ... Read more

Stayed on this hotel for a business trip, but it allowed the trip to become a sight-seeing one. The room faced the Space Needle and EMP museum. The room was cozy, had all amenities (it was a "house" room with kitchenette, fridge, microwave). The place is very clean and modern, and the staff were very accommodating and understanding when there was a charge issue with my corporate card. The place has free shuttles to downtown Seattle, and is within walking distance from a lot of tourist attraction... Read more

This was my first time staying in a Hyatt House property. I was duly impressed. Usually, when I stay in Seattle, I stay in the main downtown hotel district near the convention center. I decided to try something a bit different. This hotel is, literally, in the shadow of the Space Needle and next to all of the museums in that area. There are also many restaurants in walking distance. It's a nice change of location. The hotel itself feels new, clean and modern. The rooms are very nice an... Read more

Hotel was in a great location to a number of museums near Seattle Center. Great view of Space Needle. The patio on the roof was also a nice touch. You could shop at Pike Street Market and then use the BBQ grills to cook a great meal. The made to order omelette was great and included with the room. The room was clean and modern and had a full kitchen. The hotel also had parking available. Staff was very friendly. Walking distance to most of downtown.

limited restaurant offerings, however the complimentary breakfast is very good. Decent bar. Housekeeping staff have limited English skills so if needing something you may need to call the front desk. Despite the language barrier with the housekeeping personnel, the staff was very accommodating and customer driven. We would choose this same hotel if going back to Seattle.

Came for a Seahawks game with friends. Picked for location by the space Needle. Big con was no parking and had hard time getting to front door. They gave us the wrong room at first. I had booked 2 queen beds. Since there was three of us we wanted two beds. They ended up not being able to accommodate us but got us a king with a pull out. We booked through 3rd party vendor. And the hotel said that they will not guarantee what you asked for through those sites. So when we got in the room ... Read more

Great stay. Room was perfect. The bed was a joy to sleep on. What made the hotel even better was the proximity to everything. You can walk just about anywhere. But, if you are in Seattle to go to a Husky game & a Seahawk game as we were, here is what you do. Take the monorail to Westlake Center and then the Subway to either game. 4 minutes on the monorail and 8 minutes on the subway.

The kitchenette also came in handy as we have a young boy. Breakfast was also very good. Staff was welcoming, awake, and attentive. On top of all this the hotel also provided shuttle service! We will definitely choose this hotel next time we need to stay over night in downtown Seattle.

My almost 2 and almost 4 year old boys, our nanny, and I, all stayed at the Hyatt House hotel. At first I was disappointed because there was no valet parking. Parking the car was not possible without checking in. There was no where to park in front of the hotel as the check-in zone to park was full. Therefore, we had to park across the street at McDonald's and register in order to get the needed parking garage card. Once at the reception desk, we were treated with outstanding service. The...
