Pick a room away from the Main Street for a quite room. Don't miss the evening social. Always clean rooms and the hotel staff is so helpful and nice. The hotel is a little distance from pike market, but close walk to the space needle area just up the hill.

We chose this hotel b/c it was close to Pier 91, from where our cruise was starting. The location for a short stay was perfect. We had a lovely view of the water from the front of the hotel (where our room faced). There is a waterfront park/walking trail a short walk across the street from the hotel. We arrived late and left early - a one-night stay - and it was perfect for our needs. Out the back of the hotel is the Queen Anne Beer Hall - a super place to have dinner if you can stand the n... We didn't realize, when we made a reservation, how far this hotel is from the areas we wanted to visit in April, 2016. It's a 15 minute walk to the Space Needle, but far from Pike's Place, the ferries and other attractions. We spend a considerable about on Uber rides. The location, on a fast moving 4 lane road, would have been mitigated had the hotel been lovely. Unfortunately, it was so incredibly dated, dingy and dark that I was surprised that the reviews here were good. Our room, which was a... Read more

Not particularly central and in need of updating. We had a prepaid voucher from the travel agent we booked through but this was either misplaced, lost or ignored because on returning home to the UK we found our credit card had been charged $887.40. We have still not been reimbursed in spite of producing copies of documentation.

No surprises here. Clean, spacious room within walking distance to many attractions (though many uphill) Mary who was at the front desk was very helpful. Unfortunately, I have to report that another person at the desk (Sylvia) was not all that helpful and told me to come down and look for a brochure myself. (She could have walked over and checked them or offered to if she was busy at that moment.). She also didn't smile or greet.

We stayed here the night prior to a Alaskan cruise that left from pier 91. Great location to walk to space needle, the water, Seattle center, pike market, and downtown. We had a 2 bedroom suite, which was very spacious. Good family hotel, and the breakfast was actually decent, considering a hotel buffet, which is not my favorite.

Stayed here whilst visiting Seattle on business. Only stayed one night as hotel not in close proximity to corporate offices. Parking available. Pantry for those late night snacks! Suite was clean and hosted a kitchen. Bathroom satisfactory. There was quite a bit of road noise from the corner suite but that can't be helped. At times you wondered who the hotel were trying to attract. Was it regular business or just "people" looking for a cheap one night.

The sofa bed is so uncomfortable that I'm still recovering from a neck and back issue from sleeping on it for 4 nights I would not stay here again due to the comfort level of the room. Staff was nothing special, stood there for a minute before they stopped chatting and looked up to help me check in.

I stayed at this hotel before my cruise to Alaska. I was welcomed by the front desk who were very friendly and helpful. I was happy with the room, very large with living room, bathroom, kitchenette and bedroom. Complimentary breakfast was very good and even better was the manager's reception each weekday from 5pm to 7pm. Complimentary wine, beer and appetizers which were definitely enough for a full dinner! Small gym and laundry in the basement were nice and overall had a very positive experienc... Read more

We stayed 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, employees nice and very helpful, and most of all...the location! We were within walking distance to many of the downtown attractions. The Space Needle and Seattle Center were just 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again

Hotel is good by itself. Nice location, helpful staff. Fairly clean and well equipped. It is the food that makes the whole experience much worse. Maybe it's me but for over 200$ a night I'd really expect a decent breakfast. Quality ingredients, fresh vegetables etc. Instead you have a lot of processed and tasteless food. Barely some fruits. I won't be surprised to start glowing after living on this for few days.

Stayed here for 5 nights on business. I was a bit hesitant to stay here based on the reviews, but decided to chance it because it was across the street from where I was working everyday. I had a pleasant experience. Employees were nice, room was very clean, and then bed was very comfortable. As other people have mentioned, the furnishings are a little dated. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, evening dinner was pretty good, although limited. I wouldn't really call it dinner. Not really many f... Read more

We stayed for the Blue Jays series and had a wonderful time, short hop to the monorail and then using the transit it was a quick ride to the stadium, must remember the monorail closes at 6 so we had a bit of a walk on late games.

Easy hotel to travel in from SeaTac. Get the link light rail to 'westlake' and it's a 5min walk upto the hotel. Hotel clean and welcoming. Staff on the front desk very helpful on arrival. Room was spacious and clean. Coffee and tea available 24/7. Shame they don't have regular milk rather than 2 options of flavoured milk! Breakfast is available both hot and cold option. Hot a little basic - sausage patty, tater tots and plain omelette. Would stay here again.

Free parking and WiFi. A very nice hot breakfast is also included. Within a 10-15 minutes walk to the Space Needle and Monorail to downtown. A pleasant stay overall.

We spoke to Jayson who was very helpful. When we arrived at the hotel our room was ready. We were checked in by Kameishi who was very nice. She was very outgoing and friendly. I travel to Seattle six to eight times a year and a few years back was booked into a Homewood suites by a travel agent...I have never stayed anywhere else as this chain does it right. I don't think it is luck that I have always had great experiences checking in. They have changed rooms for me a number of times and no attitude. I like Homewood Suites a lot because it feels like you're at home when you're on the road for work. My room was a small apartment vs just a bed and desk, and the evening happy hour and morning breakfasts are nice compliments to a day of business travel. I also used the gym a couple times and it had everything I needed. The staff was also super kind. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and spacious. There is no pool or hot tub though. Breakfast and evening reception was very good. There is a really nice walkway along the water at the back of the hotel. Great one night stay with space needle, pikes market and a great local oyster bar within walking distance. Charge for parking, which I find irritating, but was able to park right in front on street for free. Friendly staff helped with printing tickets and local dining suggestions. Great complimentary breakfast. Get an upper room facing the water and watch the cruise ships, seaplanes and ferries come and go. Perfect place to start or end a cruise.

While not quite downtown, this hotel is a short walk from the Space Needle and a short cab ride from most of the major attractions in Seattle. One side of the hotel is on a quiet tree-lined street and the other side faces a busier street but those rooms may have water views! The hotel is good for price and location in Seattle (a fair amount of restaurants and shops are around as well as grocery stores, post office and exhibition center all within walking distance). However the decor of the rooms, though clean, is somewhat dated from about 10-15 years ago. It would also be better if breakfast had some healthier options like non-sugar-added yoghurt and more than just fruit as a healthy alternative. Gluten free breads and hard boiled eggs would be better.
