Stayed here for 5 days. Hosted a small conference there. The staff was great. Very helpful and courteous. The meeting room was very nice and worked perfectly for our needs. The restaurant next door, the Emerald Room, was closed for lunch. My participants and I had to walk 3-4 blocks for lunch. This is a little inconvenient. Infact, it is a several block walk to any attractions and resturants. I did eat breakfast at the restaurant a few times and both the service and food were great. The gu... Read more

3 night stay. Big room with most things one needs. Good bathroom. Didn't use hotel gym or restaurants: too busy. Location great for tourists. I don't like 3pm check ins. Far too late in the day. And they refused entry to my partner until I arrived. Pricey, but that is probably Seattle.

We found hotels in Seattle to be quite expensive. After much consideration we chose this and have been very happy. We arrived very early, in fact 9am and were given our room immediately. This was much appreciated. Room large and well appointed. Has a microwave too. We like the fact that the window does open a little. We have walked everywhere from here. Downtown, Seattle Centre, Market Place, Pier for lunch and aquarium. Great liquor store on corner close by. Wine from everywhere and tastings as... Read more

We stayed there for 6 nights. The front desk was polite but couldn't help us with our question. We were surprised to see that they charged 2 dollars for Seattle tourisms. There was too much noise during the night coming from the up floors. The hotel doesn't have a breakfast option (coming from Europe we are very used to have this option in the hotel). Wifi was very very slow.

Located right in the business district and quite spacious rooms. The restaurant serving breakfast was also good, but it was located in the adjacent building. Still okay to grab breakfast and leave. Unfortunately no decent view from the rooms, so better to keep the curtains closed.

We stayed at this hotel on our way back from our cruise to Alaska. We arrived early and had planned to drop off our bags but they let us check in early. The front desk staff is excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and had refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee and even some plates/utensils. There is a restaurant next door but we didn't try it - no free breakfast and parking over night was $19.

Great hotel, good location, several coffee shops, drugstores, and restaurants w/in walking distance. Best bet tho' is to uber to Pike Place area and the Needle. Awesome places- enjoyed an inspiring cup of coffee at the top of the needle. The Holiday Inn shuttle guy (pick up from airport) was rude. Treated it like it was an uber ride. Sorry- when you call and I say I just landed and have to pick up baggage- I really can't make it to the door at which you are waiting in your allotted 3 minutes ... Read more

My family and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Seattle on Dexter during the Seattle Rock n Roll Marathon. Front desk staff Ray and Niva assisted us during our stay and were absolutely fantastic. Ray especially was so personable and helpful and the fact that we still spoke of how wonderful he was to us, speaks volumes. Thank you... Read more

This is a typical Holiday Inn - rooms are big and nice. Parking adds another $18 to the bill, but we checked in late and got to stay in our space until 6 pm the next day. It is about a 10-minute walk from the Space Needle and EMP. Limited restaurants in the immediate neighborhood - you're going to have to walk/taxi if you're going out anywhere other than hotel restaurant (standard, uninteresting fare).

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly yet the parking garage was kind of creepy. All of the parking is for compact cars so if you have a pickup, good luck with that. It's quite a ways to walk anywhere in the downtown area, so you would be better off taking a cab to get around unless you're used to walking. The staff is very helpful in calling cabs for you though. The beds weren't all that comfortable.

Another perfect Holiday Inn stay. The front desk staff member was probably the most friendly I have ever experienced. Not only she let me check in 3 hours early, she carefully explained everything about the hotel, upgraded me to a great corner room on the top floor, and kindly gave excellent suggestions for lunch spots. The room was fantastic - a two bedroom suite. It was very clean and had a mini kitchen with fridge and microwave. Not often do you see downtown hotels with a kitchen. The locatio... Read more

We are glad we didn't have to park here since the parking lot seemed to be difficult to maneuver. It was hard to get to the hotel due to construction in the area. I'm sure this will improve. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, Internet connection is good, the room was spacious, towels better than average. The negative was the room temperature. We couldn't lower the thermostat any lower than 76. Ugg. Not a good sleeping temperature in an hotel room.

Holiday Inn Seattle Downtown is close to the Space Needle and the EMP Museum. It's clean and offers all the regular amenities of a Holiday Inn. There's a ton of construction around this area due to Amazon basically buying/owning this part of town. The only downside to this hotel was the gym was very crowded. There's two treadmills, but one of them short-circuited while my husband was running on it. He would have fell off if he wasn't an athletic person so be aware. The first day I was unab... Read more

Stayed at the Holiday Inn on Dexter the night prior to a cruise to Alaska. The hotel is located in an older section of town that is being renewed, so there was a lot of construction in the area, but we did not notice any excess noise. The room we had was large with a separate living area from the bed. Very nice. The room had a small kitchenette type setup (no stovetop or oven) with a sink, microwave and refrigerator. A good if a little old at the seams hotel. Good rooms including fridge and microwave. Close to Space Needle with a 10 minute walk and the monorail into town is next to the Space Needle. Easy walk to Pikes Market in about 35 minutes and not too hilly. Whole foods and many restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Onsite restaurant not too bad. I would stay again.

I was in Seattle recently for work. The room was spacious. No issues with staff, all were pretty friendly. There is a restaurant next door and room service available. I was hoping to see more restaurants around the area, but there is a Walgreens within walking distance if you forget essentials. There is quite a bit of construction going on in the area, but it wasn't bothersome. It was good stay. The only issue was the price. I thought it was too pricey for a Holiday Inn.
