This hotel is convenient to the SeaTac airport as well as clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is great. Getting picked up from the airport needs to be improved as it took over 20 minutes and it may be confusing which Hampton van to board.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, which is a huge plus in a city with terrible traffic like Seattle. It took under 19 minutes to arrive at the rental car return. The room was clean with adequate bathroom. The bed mattress however was quite lumpy and soft/ Breakfast was the usual motel fare with some fruit and cereal choices. There were several hot options. Good for a quick bite before flying. Overall the strongest thing to recommend the Hampton is location.

Easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room and bathroom were much larger than expected. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The one small negative is that the complimentary shuttle from the airport took a very long time to arrive. SeaTac is a huge and very busy airport so some delay was expected, but my wait was nearly 30mins.

The van driver on the early trip to the airport was not doing his job! He did not ask which airline we were flying on. He dropped us all at the lowest level, and told everyone to get off. I walk with a cane and had to go up to find Southwest and then walk almost to the end of the terminal. A very tough walk after knee surgery. Pls. speak to him!!

Perfectly clean rooms, quiet hotel, great breakfast!! I had a hard boiled egg and oatmeal with mixed nuts and raisins with fresh fruit- so good for a hotel breakfast. We will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Seatac. Just be aware that the shuttle goes to the airport every 30 minutes so plan accordingly :)

We arrived at the airport and were met by a friendly shuttle driver who quickly took us to the hotel. We needed to go to a drug store a couple of miles away and asked about getting a cab. The front desk clerk was kind enough to tell us that UBER was available and for a much less expensive rate. She showed us how to access the service and we were on our way in minutes. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was more than adequate.

We have stayed here several times now and the level of service is solid. The location is easily accessible to SeaTac Airport and the freeways. Shuttle service is available. There are a few restaurants in the area, but if you have a car, you can go anywhere. The breakfast is good and the general, overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. We had a hotel/shuttle package that included transfers from the hotel to the cruise port and cruise port to the airport. However, it is not the same on the service from the hotel to the cruise port and cruise port to the airport as reserved times must be made with only two choices on the return (9 and 11 a.... Coffee and apples were available at all times during the day. Dave's Diner was just around the corner for supper. They had typical diner food along with some salads and specials. This stay was a fantastic one with staff that is courteous, with shuttle service that is prompt and convenient to get across. The rooms are spacious, neat and comfortable. The facility has decent amenities like hot breakfast, pool, fitness and a large lobby/wait area. The shuttle service offered is an added advantage to get across easily to and from airport and train station. Awesome experience overall.

This hotel is convenient to the airport and meets the Hampton Inn qualities. The breakfast bar is quite extensive and the staff are very friendly. There seems to be construction surrounding the property so be sure to ask about outside morning noise.

Stayed here twice this summer. The staff is friendly and very helpful! The rooms are large and clean. The hotel Shuttle will pick up at the airport/train station - and also take you to local restaurants and then pick up afterwards. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast has hot and cold selections and are refilled constantly. Nice lobby with coffee and big screen TV.

We try to stay at Hampton Inns when they are available in the area we're traveling. They provide a good breakfast with great coffee, Half and Half, clean rooms, and complimentary internet. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. This Hampton Inn provided all the above. Excellent hotel!

We loved staying here. It was close to the hotel and the shuttle to and from is amazing!! We live in Washington but stayed here so we could be shuttled to the link and used that to get around. Wished they had a hot tub to soak our sore feet, but otherwise great experience.

We usually find Hampton inn a sure thing, and this one had the usual comfy beds, great pillows and clean rooms. Bewilderingly incompetent front desk staff, which was remedied by awesome customer service at the national reservations line. Getting towels and rollaway (as included in reservation) delivered to the room took repeated calls. Room was nicely appointed, except for lack of seating. For a two queen suite, reserved for three adults, there were only two chairs - one desk chair and one ar... Read more

We had to stay an extra night in Seattle after a cruise due to flight scheduling conflict. After over a week on vacation we did not need to spend a lot for just an overnight stay. We saw this hotel near the airport online and booked it for the price. Once there I thought this was a brand new facility, it was that new looking and clean, only to find out it has been there 4 years already. It had a big comfortable room, double Queen beds, and a very nice bathroom. Only thing missing was a room safe... Read more

Perhaps one of the nicest Hampton Inns we have stayed at in a number of years. The staff as well as the room were beyond reproach. We were next to the airport, making it easy for us to find our way around. Underground parking was clean and easy to move about. The only complaint about the facility is access - ingress and egress is problematic. I hope the hotel is able to resolve this problem. Driving south on 28th Ave. South requires the driver to make a U-turn at South 204th Street, then c... Read more

We spent a night here before embarking on Crown Princess cruise to Alaska. We were warmly welcomed and given several choices of how to get to the Pike Market. The hostess, Sammie Reyes, was very helpful as we checked in and later, extremely valuable. I left my purse by the table where we ate breakfast, and she found it!! would not have been able to go on my cruise without my passport!! The beds were very comfy, the room was clean, the breakfast had LOTS of choices. They also arranged for ... Read more

This hotel is a great facility. We had a suite, very large, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was very good, but heavy traffic. Get there early! The staff couldn't do enough for us. My guess is that an awful lot of their business is from people flying in, staying the night and flying out the next day. There are also a lot of people that are there in preparation to board a cruise ship. Alaska Cruise ships depart from the area, too. I got some bad advice from someone that travels to/fr... Read more

Great post cruise stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The hotel still smells new. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Bedding was soft and comfortable. Bathrooms big and great water pressure. Breakfast was very good and the staff kept up with the very busy crowd this day. Each staff member we came in contact with was very nice and friendly. Would stay again!!

Stayed here post cruise. We were here for just one night, but the hotel and staff were exceptional. We took a shuttle from Vancouver to SeaTac and the hotel shuttle picked us up from the airport. When we checked in the front desk staff was excellent and provided us with a list of all the places the shuttle would take us (will not go to the mall though). We took the shuttle to Denny's but it was so close and the weather was nice outside, that we decided to walk back. There is also another shut... Read more

This hotel is just wonderful ! This place is clean, the employees are nice and helpful and the most importantly close to the airport and offer underground parking. They offer an area shuttle that goes to nearby restaurants and the shuttle is very efficient. We waited 5 minutes to go and less than 2 minutes coming back. We stayed in a king room and the bed was very comfortable and has a huge bathroom. This was by far one of the better airport hotels that I've had the pleasure of staying in. I booked a standard room with king size bed, which was spacious, comfortable, and most importantly, clean. The24 hour complimentary airport shuttle was very much appreciated for my early flight out the following morning.

This is a nice hotel that offers complementary shuttle service back/forth to the airport. They also offer complementary shuttle service to various restaurants within a short distance from the hotel allowing me, a single traveler, to eat dinner a short distance away, have a drink, and get a ride back to the hotel safely. The continental breakfast was the perfect start to my day. The room was comfortable and the complementary wifi had enough juice for me to work and go to online school-it wasn't n... Read more

I specifically reserved this for 2 queensize beds and a rollaway for my family and to my surprise the beds were full sized and they refused to add the rollaway because they said it was a fire hazzard. Most other things were okay but that made it uncomfortable given the makeup of my family. I've seen other reviews with this complaint and apparently Hampton believes it can call full size beds queens without any shame. Layover in Seattle on way to Glacier National Park. We had time to take the trolley to get an overview of the area before starting our walk. We enjoyed pikes market and the water front area. No car was required, hotel shuttle to the Link light rail station worked out OK. The fare is reasonable especialy for seniors. Airport hotel location was what we needed.

Hotel staff is professional, the rooms are clean and complimentary breakfast is more than enough. Shuttle service was on time. I would stay there again. The downside is the hotel price is high for this star level. I understand it's close to the airport and that drives the price up but it's still too high for the rating. The hotel decor is a bit dark in the hallways and rooms. Overall I give it a Very good rating.

I wrestled with my rating for this property. If I had the flexibility to give it 3.5, that would have been better because 3 is almost too low and 4 is too high. Pros: This property is near the airport, and quite convenient for late arrivals and late departures. My room was clean and comfortable. The underground parking was a nice touch. Cons: It is in a dicey area, with the rail system right outside of the window. Whenever someone above me flushed, i heard it rushing by. What tipped th... Read more
