We came for a weekend getaway, arrived Saturday afternoon, checked in and was surprised by how big the room was - bedroom with TV and desk completely separate from the bathroom and closet with were both down a hallway. Bathroom had a very deep bath, would have loved a soak but we ran out of time. Big shower with multiple shower heads, separate toilet, sink with L'Occitane toiletries. Everything high end, including the TV built into the bathroom mirror. Bed very comfortable too. We went to t... Read more

Standard room, clean and generally good service. Had no complaints, however nothing about the hotel wowed me. Didn't feel like a four seasons and no one went out their way to be helpful. Average room, although very centrally located, near the marketplace. Enjoyed the pool and gym areas.

Best location for Public Market, Pike Place. Amazing waterfront view of ferris wheel. Assistant Manager Mark went out of his way to provide 5-star exceptional service. The Corner Elliott Bay Suite was spacious and luxurious. Very quiet, low-key, understated property. Rooftop pool/jacuzzi, fire pits, fitness/spa shared with Residences. Excellent service from Jayland (dinner) and Benjamin (breakfast) at Goldfinch Tavern dining room. We have made arrangements to return later in the week.

First time staying at a Four Seasons and it did not disappoint. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Made us feel very welcomed. Locations is ideal. Just a block from Pikes market and a quick walk down to the pier. Rooms were clean and they paid attention to details. My sister left her reading classes on the table. When they cleaned the room they left a micro fiber cloth next to the classes for cleaning. It is for sure the little details that make a hotel a 5 star experience. Woul... Read more

We spent a great weekend there and were delighted by the proximity of the hotel to downtown Seattle's attractions and by the design and ambiance of the property. The pool deck is a great surprise - not what you expect in Seattle. We enjoyed great breakfasts downstairs in the tavern.

We booked a small wedding venue into the Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle and nothing but bliss and happiness resulted. From the first moments that we were in contact with the wedding planner we relaxed in to the whole process. From the rooms, to the cake, to photography, to the music and food - nothing could have been improved upon. We are we so happy that we chose the Four Seasons that we might have a wedding anniversary party ever year just to repeat the joyous occasion.

My wife & I stayed in a Corner Elliott Bay Suite for 3 nights at the end of a tour around the Pacific Northwest. The room was lovely and really well appointed - the pictures on the website don't do the rooms justice. The Four Seasons is by far the best and classiest hotel in Seattle, but you'll have to calculate whether you are prepared to pay the extra cost. The rooms are about 3 times the price of similarly sized rooms in hotels one grade down, so you're paying a hefty premium. They are certai... Read more

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and comfortable, although nothing that exceeded my expectations. The conference center was spacious and satisfactory. Conveniently located in downtown, easy walking to much of the area. Was disappointed with the views as industrial items and a freeway and between it and the bay.

Bed very comfortable but pillows are super soft, which is great for sleeping but not very good for reading in bed or watching TV. The Rooms are very nice and the hotel is spotless, although in a bad area, several guards patrol 24x7. They are not up front about the Extra $30 after taxes and Extra $30 for shuttle service to the airport. Its underhanded and unacceptable to me.

Location of the hotel is fantastic as it provides central access to everything. The drop-off is a little funky given the small street and loop you must do to get in and out, but the front folks do a great job moving things along. Arrived early for check-in and while my room was not available it was easy to leave my bags and upon return everything was up in my room waiting for me. Room size was great as well the view. amazing- was so welcoming to my family. Let me know that they love my kids even though they were young and loud. The staff was friendly and took care of all my requests (extra fridge in the room), etc. rooms were large and comfortable. Great pool. Amazing service

Just stayed two evenings. The service is great and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you are having the best stay possible. The first day we had drinks at the bar by the pool and the bar tender was very attentive and got our drinks to us quickly. We also went to the Goldfinch restaurant and were starving due to several traveling delays. We mentioned to our server that we were very hungry and he came back with complimentary pastries to tide us over before our food came. We ordered brea... Read more

We enjoyed sitting outside by the pool and being pampered by the staff. We also enjoyed the breakfast as well as the location which was in the middle of everything. The room was quiet and comfortable although the bed could have been softer.

Stayed here for only 1 night, wished it were longer. This is a great place and the name brand of this hotel is always great but the people working here that I came across seemed even friendlier and more helpful than usual! High quality of service and professionalism made my stay great. The room was your typical 4Seasons room, super clean, comfortable, nicely put together. We will definitely be back again on my next trip, just wish it were sooner!

Gorgeous rooms and huge bathtubs/showers. Staff was always looking to serve and help. Very accommodating with my late check in time (830PM). The hot tub view, Wow! Soft bed lots of pillows. TV in the bathroom mirror! Never seen that before. Great work space. Wish the trip had been for leisure! View of the water from the pool/hot tub area.

We stayed this past weekend at the four seasons downtown Seattle for a Mariners game. We invited our niece and her family to join us. The location downtown is great for walking to numerous restaurants, pike street market, and waterfront. Beautiful rooms - we stayed in deluxe room (2 persons) and booked a Jr suite for them 2 adults and 1 child - the suite provides extra room with separate sitting area which was perfect for them. The doormen and staff were wonderful. A great time was had by all ag... Read more

Overall a good experience, and I would return. But the concierge was not really up to expectations for a Four Seasons property, and you should know going in that the hotel is not right on the water. There are a couple of blocks of development in between the hotel and the water, and some of it is really ugly. So when gazing out the window at the view you paid dearly for, you need to ignore the left hand side and the bottom/foreground. On this note, watch out in the room descriptions. Had I k... Read more

I stayed here for a romantic weekend where I live (Seattle). I stay at 5 star hotels regularly and was looking forward to this as the Four Seasons has a good reputation in Seattle. First off - the staff were great. In Seattle it is very hard to find the service you get in London or NYC - not here. Top notch. The moment you arrive, no question who is handling your bags. The front door/valet staff was excellent. The front desk person wished my fiance a happy birthday and there was a cake ... Read more

If driving, keep your eyes open. At first glance the entrance looks like a dead end. The rooms are spotless and larger than average, oversized bathrooms with terrific rain shower heads and the view is gorgeous. Definitely recommend and will most definitely return.

The staff was great, however the room was no better or worse than a Hilton, Marriott etc. I paid 780 for the night and was expecting something special. Not so much! In the future, I will spend half that amount at different yet similar hotel.

Possibly The best hotel and the best service ever. Only a short visit but was hugely impressed by the service level of every single member of staff. I only hope that I can come back. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

We had a lovely stay in Seattle. Upon arrival we were upgrade to a slightly larger room with a great view of the sea/ bay. Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction obstructing the beautiful view. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Additionally, room service was very quick; we traveled with our 15 month old and milk was brought up to our room 3x a day within 5 minutes at a warm temperature as requested! The rooms are very modern and simple. The bathroom is beautiful and up to date w... Read more

Stayed there for just one night on business. I've no clue if my room was upgraded or standard, but, it was luxurious, clean, really comfy , spacious, and right in the downtown core of Seattle. Service was very attentive, and even a coffee concierge service !. Great stay.. would stay there in a second if it appears in my company's travel tool again !.

We've stayed here many times, and I've even written a glowing review in the past, but this visit is not what we've come to expect from the Four Seasons. It seems like they've had a complete turnover in staff. I don't recognize anyone at the valet, concierge, or front desk. Four Seasons' properties are known for the highest standards of service, and treat their youngest guests as well as the adults. My daughters have yet to even be spoken to by anyone at the hotel. The front desk staff seems... Read more
