Clean comfortable hotel within walking distance (4 blocks or so) of space needle area. It is near a residential area and Route 99. Do not get rooms on the 2nd floor overlooking the lobby as they are noisy from lobby noise. Has a decent restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. Free wi-fi. Rooms in the outside back of the hotel have views of space needle.

We stayed here on holiday will our kids for 5 nights. It is like a 4 star hotel without the frills - ie. No doormen and small lobby but has all the same class. Staff all very friendly. Room was very nice and comfortable. Only negative if I had to say, was housekeeping were a bit inconsistent with their timing and re-stocking of the room. Check in process was also slow - check in is at 2pm, we were here early with 2 tired young kids at 12pm and only given our room at 2.15pm (would have thought su... Read more

I wasn't excited about staying here, but found that the hotel is well-maintained and has the friendliest staff I've come across in some time. My room A/C wasn't working properly when I settle din, and it was fixed within minutes. The bed was extremely comfortable, which is a huge plus for me. I found that the room was well designed for a business traveler. I was impressed by the quality of the fitness room; it wasn't large but had a variety of pieces of equipment and a glass door looking out to... Read more

The last stop on my around the world business trip, I was fatigued of hotels and airports and taxis... I wasn't expecting a great deal from here, but was pleasantly surprised. The location is great for the Seattle Center, has a 24 hour pharmacy/supermarket very close, and has plenty of eating options close by. The rooms was clean, although quite dark! It was a little dated, but nothing out of the ordinary for hotels of this price range in the USA. I would definitely stay here again if i was ... Read more

Horrible hotel with no sense of customer service. Complained on two different occasions to front desk supervisor Jessie Garcia about the comforters within three different rooms. The comforters had been washed and clearly showed signs of mold. Also bed skirt had clear signs of dirt and bodily fluid. The bed was very uncomfortable and very poor to sleep in. When asked to move to different room thy advised that they didn't have any to supply for my group. We decided to end our stay and go to a Marr... Read more

I am a business traveler with over 500 nights between SPG and Marriott. This was the worse hotel experience I have encountered in 500 nights. See pictures of the bedding it was terrible. What is that clumpy green stuff in there?? The bedding smelled and it had green and grey chunks in ever pocket. I asked the hotel to be moved and they told me to just take it off the bed. I left the hotel at 10 pm due to my health concerns with the bedding. When in contact with the General Manager (Mike) the f... Read more

This hotel is only about a mile from the Space Needle, yet is seems like so much further. Our room faced the Downtown Truck Repair and the area itself felt more industrial. The rooms are ok with mattresses that seemed dated although the pillows were comfortable. There is a walk-in shower vs. tub, my preference when possible, Strangely, there is only 1 mirror in the whole room. Additionally, there is coffee in the room that looks good but don't be fooled. This is Seattle, so coffee has a higher l... Read more

Of the multiple Starwood hotels near downtown this one is located in a quiet area and had access to downtown via the Monorail at the Space Needle 0.6 miles away. The parking is $15 a night which for Seattle is a bargain. There were always plenty of open spots during our stay which included Memorial Day Holiday. There is a large QFC grocery 2 blocks away that is open 24 hours a day. This has a Starbucks in it. The hotel is clean as are the rooms. My favorite part was the morning shower. If... Read more

One night stay was great. Location is handy for Space Needle and cruise ships (easy walk to needle and cab to ships ). Patio is a nice place to sit away from your room...we had perfect weather. Facilities are fresh. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Nice, basic but doesn't feel like a cheap motel. Great location for Queen Ann area and Seattle Center. The big bummer was a 2:49am fire alarm - yep, brought me right back to college dorm life. Luckily it wasn't raining while we all waited outside in our jams for the fire dept. to clear the building.

Spent four nights here this week for a family graduation. This hotel was clean, efficient, friendly and in a quiet location. We had a king suite which had an abundance of storage space and was very comfortable. This was our third trip to Seattle in the last several months. The first two we stayed at a five-star hotel downtown so I was expecting to be somewhat less impressed with this. I was pleasantly surprised. We did not rent a car; used Uber to go everywhere and had absolutely no problems ge... Read more

This was a great hotel to stay in. We upgraded to a suite which was very comfortable. The room had a great view from the 24th floor. It was a corner suite. The only down side was the tower we were located in was not where the concierge suit was. We has to go down to the lobby and then walk across the lobby to the other tower. The good news was the room was ready at 11:30am when our east coast flight arrived in Seattle. This was a plus due to time zone differences.

Thought it would be nicer - but was clean. For a Starwood property I expected more. My room overlooked a dumpster. I started off my month long sojourn at a beautiful resort in San Diego, then beach front luxury hotels in Hawaii, upscale waterfront hotel in Vancouver to a cramped room overlooking a dumpster. Oh well, c'est la vie. Was told when breakfast was then was told my SPG night didn't include breakfast. Towels were thin and only 2 in room with 2 beds. Parking was good though and lef... Read more

We made reservations months ago through SPG and thought it was settled. We needed 2 rooms each with 2 beds for my grown children. When confirming, I found out that only 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with king bed was confirmed. We were unable to fix this ahead of time through SPG. We had been traveling by train for 2 days and nobody wanted to share a bed! Adbi did great, he was able to work his magic and we got a room with King bed and converter couch. The room did not feel clean. Within minutes of arriving my 13-year-old opened the drawer under the telephone and there were condoms there, special 'tasty' ones, one empty and the drawer was greasy, as was the tabletop! As it was late at night I didn't do anything at the time. The next morning I took the housekeeper aside and told her to please clean off the table and what was in the drawer. I also asked for an extra towel. When we got back late at night again after a day of sightseeing, tabletop... Read more

We came in a day early for our Alaskan cruise, and we stayed the night at the Four Points by Sheraton. It was very conveniently located for sightseeing as the Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens are only a ten minute walk away. We ate dinner at the restaurant at the hotel, and the food was good. The portions are generous. The waiter was very friendly and told us stories about working as a commercial fisherman in Alaska. Everyone at the hotel is very friendly. We did have one odd experience. We normally stay in 2.5-3.5 star hotels, so in our opinion this was very nice. We got a great last minute deal via Hotwire for ~$115/night (during the week). They gave us a free upgrade to a King and larger room with s little sofa and tv. They also had complimentary BBQ and local beer at 5:00. The restroom was immaculate and the linens felt/smelled freshly laundered. Everything seems so close (within a 1 mile - walking distance for us). We definitely recommend this place.

We have stayed at this hotel on our last trip to Seattle for about a week, Sat to Sat during July 4th weekend. The good things about this hotel are the location of the hotel, free wifi, and basic cable TV. Construction is going on in one section and it can be noisy! The hotel staff does not tell you if you are being assigned a room there and it is loud! We had to move room so I know that if you are in a different part of the hotel you cannot hear construction noises. The rooms are semi clea... Read more

Rooms were clean and good size. Breakfast was available in the morning. The hotel had a bar, pool, and gym. The centralized location was this hotel's best asset. You could walk along 6th street and go north into the "play" district or continue on into blocks of shopping and Pikes Place. A walk to the water was a bit steep as you descended to the docks and restaurants. A cab or uber might be warranted here, especially on the return trip back.

We spent 4 nights here a couple weeks ago before heading out on our cruise. At first I thought I made a mistake picking a hotel so far from the downtown. Although I didn't want to pay downtown prices, so we settled on this one. Each day it was a nice 15 minute walk to the Seattle Center where we could easily hop on the monorail to get further into the central, downtown area. Not only that, it was easy to get to the attractions in that area then. We did go to the EMP Museum, the Chihuly Glass mus... Read more

My family stayed here just prior to 4th of July weekend. I had trouble finding a place centrally located that didn't have $50/day or more for parking, but this had it. Walking distance to Seattle Center and the Space Needle, easy access to the highways to tour around, and private covered parking for $15/day. Would've loved to spend less per night for the room given there are no refrigerators or microwaves included. We lucked out on our first night, the hotel hosted complimentary heavy appetizers... Very nice stay. Stayed here for 4 days in mid-June and I have no complaints. Close enough that you can walk to the space needle and a few nice restaurants. Parking under the hotel made it simple. There was a ton of construction nearby but it didn't really bother us. Would definitely return.

The hotel had everything I needed. It was quiet and comfortable and had a small business area where I could print some things out. The restaurant was surprisingly good, both for dinner and breakfast. The only thing I would suggest would be to make the shuttle available for a short ride. It was only available to Amazon employees when I was there.

We stayed here with my family past New Years eve to watch 2016 fireworks. This hotel is about 10-15 min away walk from Space Needle which was already a big plus. Also the cost was cheaper then any other hotel in this area that is also nice and clean. The only one little negative detail from our stay was that some people kept partying till the morning and I am a light sleeper, but it was New Years eve and New Year after all.

The hotel is in a great location. The space needle is very close. The monorail is nearby which will allow you to access Pikes Market. You can walk outside of the hotel over to Mercer street and have a beautiful view of the city. The staff is very nice. The view from our room was disappointing. We were on the fist floor in a standard king room. The room was very nice but we could hear the people above us walking. You also have to bring your luggage in yourself. They do have carts available.
