This hotel is dated, but it's clean and the staff is very friendly. While the bathroom was tight, the room was spacious and had a table I could work at. An added bonus of this hotel is The Lodge which is attached. See separate review.

Good news: The extensive remodel was very well done: Colors, fixtures, finishes, etc. Safe and clean hotel. Great location. Very good service from all folks. The only thing I would recommend; change out the shower head to a massage shower head. Extra credit would be; get rid of the tub and put in an enclosed shower. The flat screen tv was perfect(location and size). The bad news: Not New York City small, or San Fran small . . Butttttt for Seattle . . Wow!! Smallest hotel room in downtown Seattle... Read more

We booked a one night stay a week or so before our stay on 1/28. At the time we were offered an upgrage option to the Presidential Suite, but chose to not take advantage of the option at the time. On the drive to check in (we live 20 mins away) we thought "Hey, if its available why not stay in the Presidential Suite!" So we called to see if it was available and low and behold it was! Awesome, right!? We check-in with Spencer (a bright spot in this experience) and while we are doing the paperwo... Read more

Stayed here for a week and found the place very comfortable. Our room had a view (as requested), the amenities were good and the location excellent. Liked that the window opened, although it needed a bit of a push. Only thing missing was a minibar/bar fridge, but the evening wine reception in the mezzanine lounge area compensated. Cafe off the lobby was good, sports grille next door less so. Easy walking distance to Pioneer Square, Pike Street Market and Belltown. Staff friendly and professional... Read more

It's a cute hotel with a great location...service is lacking a bit at the front desk..although he seemed to be saying the right things, everything was tinged with just enough of a sarcastic edge which made me wonder if he hates his job or just first time arrivals to this hotel? No one at the front desk seemed very nice or helpful, or even genuinely friendly. Unfortunately this attitude flavored the whole experience for me. I had a lovely room on the 7th floor...big corner space with a desk an... Read more

We visit once or twice a year for a game, shopping or down time from the hectic day to day. The Executive Hotel Pacific always fits our needs. I've left personal items behind accidentally and had them returned in a timely manner with great care. If I need a special room I'm never disappointed. Requests for extra service are always accommodated. The rooms are smaller than some newer hotels but well accommodated. The Lodge downstairs that can be visited in my slippers hits this choice out of the p... Read more

Helpful, kind staff. Social hour gave us a chance to meet other visitors and learn about some adventures that had not occurred to us. So easy to walk to Pioneer Square, Pike Place Market, others in between. Will stay here again. Clean fitness room with good machines.

Room was basic, no refrigerator or microwave. Queen-sized bed. Great pillows! Bathroom was tiny, strangest shower we've seen. Toilet sits about an inch from the sink cabinet and the button to flush it is on the cabinet. Must be mighty skinny to even sit forward on it. No grab bars to assist those who need help with getting on/ off the toilet. The sink stopper was down & there was no way to open it, even looked under the cabinet. The wine reception had choice of 2 reds or 2 white wines. Mezzani... Read more

Simple hotel but loved every second of our stay. Great location, and awesome service. Valet parking is very convenient (but be sure to budget for the additional cost - totally worth it) Great room and super comfy bed. Everything we needed and just perfect for us on this short trip! Will definitely be back!

We will definitely stay here again. It is an older hotel that has been nicely updated. Rooms a bit on the small side but adequate and the handy downtown location makes it worth while. Price is good but be aware that the fee for parking is $37 per day. Typical of many downtown hotels but if you are price shopping it is an add on. The front desk staff is very friendly!! We mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and when we got back to our room we found a nice congratulations note and a c... Read more
