After flying in on a morning flight to Seattle from Shanghai we went to the hotel expecting just to be able to drop our bags and continue our day but we were lucky enough to be given a room well before check in time. This made the day so much better. The bed was great and the pillows made sleeping a breeze. Next time I'm in Seattle I'll stay there again.

Each year we choose a new hotel to us to stay for our annual Christmas tradition. This year we chose the Executive Hotel Pacific. It is in the heart of town making it easy enough when walking, to get to all of the sites we love to take in. Vanessa, Guest Services Supervisor made our stay even memorable accommodating us in a room with a great water view. The bottle of wine she gifted us with was an unexpected delight! The Lodge Restaurant adjoining the hotel, is a favorite for us as well.

I wanted to give a special thanks to Tabitha at Executive Hotel Pacific who went to great lengths to help me surprise my kids for their birthdays! We live in Alaska and couldn't facilitate some of their adventures while they were there (Segway, Museums and Underground Tour). Tabitha helped us with great advice and they loved their stay! The Hotel was fabulous in every way!! Thanks a Million!!

This hotel is simply not at a baseline standard that one would expect for a metropolitan hotel. If fine hotels excel at small details, this hotel gets the small details so bad that it's almost a talent in its own special way. Since I have not slept much due to this hotel, let's start by discussing the bed: very hard and the pillows are more like stuffed duffel bags in an undersized sack. I have over 2,000 hotel stays in the last 15 years, and I'm used to a range on beds and pillows. This is so f... Read more

I surprised my wife with tickets to see Vivaldi and Tango at Benaroya Hall in downtown Seattle. The night started with a wonderful meal and service at Buenos Aires Bar and Grill in Belltown followed by the show at Benaroya. We didn't get to our hotel until after 10PM. We were met in valet parking by a wonderful young man. The front desk was so pleasant and even offered an upgraded room at no charge (we were staying on a last-minute Groupon rate of $70 - which included parking!!). The room was s... Read more

The title says it all. We were quickly booked in, given great advice about managing the walk to various places of interest (essential in managing the hills of Seattle if you are walking any distance at all). Our Room was right by the lift but we had no noise issues at all; yes, it was on the small side and with no view - but how much time do you spend indoors; the bed was clean and comfortable; and the bathroom was absolutely fine, despite its door being translucent glass! In the early evening ... Read more

Overall appearance of the hotel was clean and quaint. Customer service at registration was terrific. They really went out of their way to help every vacationer. Close proximity allow us to to walk around downtown, to the waterfront and ferries. The room was a small, good for a single traveler. Bathroom was almost too small which was difficult to maneuver without always shutting the door. There was not parking structure so I had to valet my vehicle, which is not a terrible option but was pretty ... Read more

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of downtown. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean, small, but fine for one person. Everything I expected for the price. My only complaint was noise. I'm a bad sleeper, so I'm unusually noise-sensitive - might not be a problem for everyone. I was on the 5th floor, so street noise wasn't bad (but watch out - they have 2nd floor rooms, which appear to be right over a bar). Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was quite loud. Around mid... Read more
