We had a slight misunderstanding with our reservations. The Front Desk Assistant stayed professional, calm & offered many goodies to make up for our misunderstanding. The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT!! Yes, I would recommend this hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed here and again they exceeded expectation. Upon arrival we were told that the room we had booked was not ready but they immediately upgraded us to a corner suite with kitchenette. We were also given a free breakfast which is absolutely amazing. The room itself was very nice and large. The beds are very comfortable. We ordered a pizza from room service and it was very good. We loved our suite and all of the amenities offered at the hotel. The living/dining area was spacious and the king size bed was over-sized. Plenty of room to move around and we could watch whichever TV we wanted - no fighting over which channel to watch.

I had 71,020 points just vanish because I didn't use them. They gave one or 2 warnings amongst 25,000 emails. Not cool. They are unreasonable to return the points from my experience. I hope they decide to make this right some day so I become a loyal customer again.

It is always so nice to be greeted at the front desk with a warm cookie and know you have a comfortable bed, soft pillows, and a down comforter waiting for you in your room. Once again, DoubleTree did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel was completely filled, we never felt rushed or ignored. I can't wait for my next stay!

Stayed at the Double Tree hotel right near the Sea Tac Airport for 1 night before boarding the ship to Alaska. The room was very nice, clean and updated. If you want a great hotel at a reasonable price the Double Tree is the place. Just a short walk to catch the subway to downtown at a cost of $6.00 round trip. The resturant in hotel was excellent for breakfast even though it was a bit costly. It was well worth it.

From the time walking in the staff was amazing and helpful. The hotel itself seemed to have had better days. The bath room was very small so you must step to the side to get in plus I am sure the sink had a crack in it. There were many places to eat in walking distance and a mall area near by that had even more. I want to add to be careful how you pick your room. I am not trying to make this sounds like a bad thing but pictures don't offer what you going t get with the room.

The hotel rooms are older. Clean, but seem to be more suited to conventions. Need updating. The parking lot is far from the main entrance ( and not large) and not well lighted, so if you are a woman traveling alone this is not a good choice for you. Especially for the price. When trying to go to sleep, I could hear people in the hallways talking, even though there was a room in between.

Having stayed at a number of Hilton properties over many years, perhaps our expectations were too high. From check in to check out ... we were underwhelmed. The room was dreary, the amenities below par. The restaurant buffet was not worth the price ... have had better for free at other Hilton properties. Pretty sad when the high point is the shuttle service. We can't recommend this property when there are so many choices in the area.

We arrived in Seattle from the Olympic Peninsula on a Sunday evening. We had a camping reservation in North Cascades National Park but I was coming down with something and we decided it was best to grab a hotel instead of trying to make camp.
