Beware of this horrible hotel...It took me 3 hours to get a cancellation number for Parksleepfly.com and then they give me a fake number which would not work with Parksleep and fly .com. What a nite mirror. They have no one working the front desk who knows how to work the computers. The couldn't find my reservation for 3 hour and calling them back over 10 times. Al I can say....BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel is located close the the airport without the airport noise. Rooms were very large and recently re-Modeled. I stayed for five days and they dropped me off at the train station. I would definitely come back to the this hotel again.

This hotel ended up being budget friendly, and more then accommodating for 4 adults and 2 kids, one being under 2 months old. I absolutely loved my 2 night 3 day stay at this hotel, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean...I have no problem with keeping up after my kids and family so the lack of daily cleaning was no big deal to us. We weren't bothered by anyone, and the small kitchen/full sized fridge was a godsend in that we are from a small town , and every penny saved is a must, we ... Read more

It needs freshening. Plenty of space, clean, very close to airport. Plenty to eat nearby. My room felt like a nineties sparkely sweatshirt. Again, clean, nice staff just a bit dated . Lots of room for families, fridge etc. great launching pad for family explorations of Seattle.

Called for a shuttle from the airport 4 times and got no answer so was forced to find a taxi. Was given a room that was filthy and just stayed in twice and when I finally got a clean room, I was woken up out of a dead sleep to be charged more money. This hotel is piss poor and should be shut down.

After reading the old reviews We were a little worried about what we were going to find, that said Check in was a breeze. Our room is very big with two queen beds, dining table full refrigerator, countertop with sink and microwave, stove top, coffee maker . limited plates and forks and knife. Two TV chairs and a rocker dated but comfy. Large flat screen TV.. good picture and Dish network ,, also good internet service. Bathroom sink and counter is new with all new fixtures, Tub and shower ok show... Read more

Horrible, horrible place. Rude staff, dirty and unsanitary. Keys wouldn't work. Tried to cancel and go elsewhere but the desk clerk REFUSED TO REFUND! So I just paid $139 and never even saw the room. Booked through Travelocity so we called them and they did NOTHING for us. Absolute worst experience ever with a hotel and with Travelocity.

Don't be fooled by the pictures on the internet, this place is a dirty dive. The security entrance door on the up parking lot does not even work. The place is old and dirty and the room was not clean when I checked in. The price was higher than other places that are near the airport. My advise, look around and stay elsewhere! The desk clerk is also the airport driver. So if you want to check out, you may in counter a "Sorry Back in 15 Min" not on the counter as I did!

I wasn't expecting much and this place delivered. We were leaving on a 7 day cruise and needed a place to spend 1 night and leave our car for 7 days with transportation to the dock. The room was ok. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean, and the tv remote was missing. Hotel staff came and showed us how to change the channels on the tv itself without a remote. The decor was quite outdated. If you're looking for a fancy modern hotel, I would not recommend. However the price was right for u... Read more

For $100 and up a night, this is a joke. It is dark and dreary, dirty floors, bad, really bad lighting enough to make a person puke. No lighting so you don't have to look at the filth all around. The price made me think it would be a great place, as well as the pictures online. The pictures are a joke, as is this place. If you want a motel, go elsewhere, this is horrible, horrible. I tried to change my room, only to find out that they are ALL THE SAME. filthy little place, run away and don't loo... Read more

This place would be a deal on "the Strip" around SeaTac if the rooms were half to a third of their going price. The place is old, dark, weirdly layed out, weirdly furnished, and dirty. If they were priced at $50 to $60 a night, they would represent value received. People need to know that the area immediately around SeaTac Airport is sleazy and more than a little violent. The hotels around here are either $250-$300 a night, and acceptable if overpriced; or $70-$80 a night, and a place to grit ... Read more

This is good place for a park and cruise the shuttle to and from the hotel was excellent. Picked up and dropped off right at the cruise line. The hotel could use a little updating but the beds are very comfortable. Not a bad value. The breakfast had all the staples for a great start of the day. Shuttle arrived minutes after we called for pick up.

Where to begin. There was no clerk on the desk to check us in when we arrived at 4:30 PM. We were told by the person behind the desk (who apparently could NOT check us in) that the clerk would be back in 15 minutes. We had an important appointment to get to, so we asked if we could leave our overnight bags in bag storage until we returned later to check in. The non-check-in clerk called the manager and got permission for us to leave our bags in the manager's office - which we did. When we return... Read more

Where do I begin? We never found bedbugs. Someone obviously has worked very hard to make this a nice place with the colorful paint and updated fixtures & furniture. Seems like a work in progress. The hotel room was huge & had a kitchenette. There were outlets all over the room in an array of positions on the walls. The location to light rail was great, the front desk clerk was a friendly young woman. Our room was on the first floor and felt like we were in someone's converted basement. It was ... Read more

We arranged to stay at this hotel because of the cruise transport and proximity to the airport. These amenities were truly great, but the hotel itself is possibly the worst place I've ever stayed. There are many stairs and no elevator for carting luggage. The vending machine with the only near-by source of bottled water was empty. The floors in the kitchenette were sticky, the bedding and bed were very old and worn. There were no screens on the windows and the rooms were musty smelling. We c... Read more

Needed a few hours rest before cruise and booked this hotel. They provide shuttle from airport. It is walk up hotel. Ok for the money but breakfast was very disappointing. The staff did help us carry the luggage to our room. Wifi ok. Romm was ok. Strange wall between bed and the bathroom. They call it a suite but it is smaller than a typical hotel room there are 3 floors. There are places nearby to eat but we did not venture
