This hotel was surprisingly great for the price. Large and very clean room and bath. We were disappointed that there was no refrigerator or microwave - which we had found to be standard in our motel/hotel rooms while travelling. Also, I was somewhat deceived by the offer of a full hot breakfast, which was actually at the restaurant, not included with the room. But these comments are not negative, the room was great, beds comfortable, and all other services good. The airport shuttle was prom... Read more

Leaving the Ramada to SeaTac every half hour is fine as to a shuttle schedule and planning, but would be helpful to inform travellers of that schedule when they call from the airport to be picked up. We called from the airport at 9:31 AM when your shuttle must have just headed back to the hotel, We thought we were easily within the time line to catch the 9:30 shuttle that would have been leaving the hotel. Your 10 AM shuttle ran very late due to a full van and we assume other issues?? Shuttl... Read more

Stayed here for one night before flying out of SeaTac the next morning. We arrived around 8pm and waited for staff to finish having a casual conversation before they even acknowledged us. Got to the room and it had a horrible smell in it. I went down and asked about a different room and was told they were full. Ok, its only one night. The overall condition of the room is poor. Carpet had spots were thread was lifting and general cleanliness of room was poor. The beds were the most uncom... Read more

The hotel was fine. My only gripe was the parking. There was no place to park. The hotel itself was not busy at all, but all the parking spaces seemed to be rented out to park and fly customers. It took forever to free up an inadequate parking space. I stayed at a different hotel when I was back in town a few days later because I didn't want to deal with the parking situation again.

I really like my spacious room with a private bedroom and partial kitchen. The price was also very reasonable. While I picked this hotel because it was extremely close to SEATAC airport, it was pretty isolated from restaurants and other shopping. I also didn't like having to argue with the shuttle bus driver to get him to drive me to the airport to catch my flight because he didn't check the lobby before he did his 10:30 am drive and left me behind. The front desk person had to order him to gi... Read more

Quiet, clean, comfortable bed, very spacious room and bath. Very nice employees who went out of their way, especially Alicia. I needed to check in early, and although my room would not be ready for 30 more minutes, I was able to use the indoor pool and take my grandbabies swimming, which was awesome. The food at the restaurant was very good, and the shuttle ran on time - I had to leave for the airport at 4:30 am. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you need to be close to the airpo... Overpriced, it promised more than it delivered. Tired decor and cheap bedlinen typifies this sort of hotel. Nothing of any quality to be enjoyed. OK for one night but Motel 6/8 or equivalent probably just as good for less. Decent on-site cafe/restaurant withh Asian accent welcome, though.

This hotel is extremely close and convenient to the airport and light rail. We received convenient free shuttle to and from the airport. We found the shuttle driver to be punctual and efficient but not friendly. Same was true for the front desk staff. The beds in the room were extremely comfortable however the room had a very unpleasant odor but appeared to be clean. The restaurant downstairs was surprisingly very good. One of our best dinner meals was at this hotel restaurant.

I don't it measures up with a Ramada. Rooms are ok but no fridge or micro. Several outlets is a plus. You only get 4 paper cups so if you use it at night they ate a little weak in the morning. Good location, good value, you can pay more, and maybe even get more luxury in your room, but if you are looking for a place to sleep this is a good place. I often rate places by their shower and I like the shower in this room. The eating place on site is also nice enough and again, you can do better, but it is not bad.

Hotel was convenient to airport, with shuttle service every half hour. Very good breakfast at on site restaurant.

This Ramada checked all my boxes for a one night stay near the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the parking was gated. It is an older building showing some wear but I found it to be a good value and just what we were looking for.

Motel was nice and clean. Parking however is double the price that they tell you before you book the room. If you question the price after you get there and they charge more, they just tell you, sorry they must have made a mistake. This is unacceptable to receive a good rating.

I made a reservation at the Ramada Hotel a day before, because it was close to SeaTac & they provided free shuttle service to the airport. Room rate was reasonable. I am low vision & have difficulty with travelling. I was surprised with the Asian Cuisine resturant located inside the hotel. It was delicious & reasonably priced. (It was cloudy outside & drizzling, so the Pho was a great way to warm up! Yummy! Afterwards, I readied for bed & decided to look out of the bedroom window & thought... Read more

I would not stay here again for just one reason. The AC/heater in the room has a flashing light by the plug in. It drove me crazy. I had to cover it with a pillow. My husband and I were traveling with my brother and he had the same problem in his room.

Stayed here because they can arrange transportation to the port for s cruise. They did, after lots of confusion by the transportation company. The property was clean & comfortable enough and worth the money vs. the downtown hotels. Onsite restaurant was very good for both dinner & breakfast.

Ramada at SeaTac is clean and the staff are courteous which is a fairly stark contrast to many of the hotels on this strip. The parking is free and they made room for disability parking. The restaurant was reasonable and the only thing that could have been better was the shower which you kinda had to run around to catch the water drops in! so for an airport hotel ,I would most definitely recommend.

I want to say up front that Ramada Seatac's staff was very friendly and helpful (with one exception). However, I booked with Ramada/Wyndham because I trusted the chain for a certain level of quality, but was sadly disappointed with my choice. This hotel is way overdue for renovation. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, and the Chinese restaurant in the lobby iffy. The wifi didn't work once. To add insult to injury, I missed the shuttle to the airport (admittedly, when I was focused on TV in th... Read more

I booked my hotel through hotels.com and the day of arrival I received a call from Alicia stating if she didn't hear back from me soon my room would be cancelled. When I called her back I told her I used my credit card to guarantee the room and she replied, "Well it didn't transfer over, what credit card are you using." Even when I haven't used a card to guarantee in the past they don't call threatening to cancel your room at 1 in the afternoon and when you speak to a customer a little 'Hello ... Read more

Card key didn't work and had to go back down to the front desk to get it fixed Vending machines out of order on our floor. Went down to the next flirt and the machine did not dispense the selected item so back down to the front desk and waited while they contacted maintenance. Overall appearance of the motel was dirty. Onsite restaurant was the only thing I would give a good review.

Front Desk could have been more helpful with our questions around how to get back to the hotel from Seattle using light rail. Was not very willing to help us figure it out. which stop and how far we might need to walk to the hotel from the stop. Seemed like they wanted to get our card for the room and that's it. Seemed a inconvenience for them to help with our questions. I know its a budget hotel, but just be kind to help out a fellow human at the least. We needed to have the shuttle take ... Read more

We stayed at the Ramada for two nights. The room was satisfactory. We used the pool and it was warm. Our overall opinion was that this Ramada needed updating as it looked well used. The cafeteria was rather pricey and we did not eat there. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast as we did at three other motels in the area during our 2 week stay. We did appreciate the shuttle service.

More than a little run-down but generally adequate. The beds were hard and the pillows were even worse. I had to take a pillow case and wrap it around some towels because the pillows were so uncomfortable. The restaurant's a real dive, with décor inspired by interstate truck stops, and there's hardly anything the hotel can point to in the way of special amenities. But if you need to stay close to the airport (for example if you're spending the night to catch a flight the next morning), you're p... Read more

I styed at this property for 3 nights - at check-in a saw a difference in the total amount she mentioned and what was on my reservation, she told me any difference would be adjusted at check-out. But at check-out the female-clerk said there were extra charges because the hotel is located close to the airport. I said that should have been mentioned at the reservation, were her answer was - "you should have read the smal print" then turned around and walked away. There was no "Thank you f... Read more

Spent one night at this Ramada Inn and Suites but will not stay there again. It is clean and nice size room, had a double queen rm. Check in staff was efficient but not friendly, just doing their job. This may have not bothered me except for the fact that we had stayed at 3 other hotels on the area on this trip and all the other hotels were extremely friendly and helpful. The big issue is this hotel made a photo copy of my credit card, when I asked why I was told it was because they did not have... Read more

Very clean room. Ample space. Refridge and microwave. Nice thick towels. Comfortable bed. Windows that open. Quiet. Free parking, however, after entering from the parking lot, there is no elevator. (Elevator at other end of the hotel, near the lobby.) Exceeded my expectations.

the room and checkout was excellent, but checkout and room service for amenities was a disaster. It appeared short staffing was the culprit with sometimes one person handling everything.

My bathroom had poor finishing with caulking leaking at the shower and traces of water leaks on the floor. The receptionists could do with being sent on a personal skills course and how to present themselves when talking to clients. As a business owner if I had a CSR meeting customers like that at a front desk I'd be recommending them to change their attitude.

Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. We did have a very noisy family above us that kept us awake. However we have stayed here 6-8 times and this is the first time for this type of disruption. Check in lady is wonderful!

We stayed for five nights. Our housekeeper really made a difference in our stay, she placed our flowers in a bucket full of water which to me was very thoughtful. The 24 hr airport shuttle was very convenient. The front desk the first night was not very nice but he was the only exception to the employees we met. Rooms are comfortable and nicely kept. Downtown is about a 20 min drive, airport about 10 so a nice medium. Would definitely stay here again!

Had to wait 5 min. for someone to show up at the front desk to check in. Carpet in room was worn and stained. Bathroom fixtures were loose and leaky. The AC unit had light that flashed green all night long making sleep more difficult. Other guests were very noisy at times. Mostly, everything else was OK.

We chose this hotel due to the fact that it had a free shuttle that would pick us up at SEA/TAC airport at midnight. The shuttle was fast and the driver nice. The hotel is a short 2 miles away and had our room and paperwork ready for us on arrival. The guy at the desk was helpful and also said he could arrange a private car (at a reasonable price) to take us to the cruise ship terminal in the morning. Our room was clean and fresh, everything worked. Would certainly stay here again if we got... Read more

Prices in Seattle are obscene for hotel rooms. Only way we could attend 3 baseball games was by prepaying for our room to save about 25%. Hotel is tired in the lobby and hallways but the rooms were fine. Beds, linen, tv, noise etc is fine. Bathroom a little tired and shower water could be warmer but all was good, we were not $400 / night downtown so we sucked it up. Internet was great. Parking was excellent and included. We were going to take the train to the games but ended up driving,... Read more

Arrived at airport late at night and very tired. Had 8 hours to kill before continuing on to port to catch a cruise. Decided to give this place a try as the price was right at $110 and they offered an airport shuttle as well as would organize a car to the port early the following morning. Unfortunately the shuttle took 30 mins to collect us but did arrive at least.
