This property was at one time a Holiday Inn, but when it became Crowne Plaza underwent a real facelift. The result is contemporary and very clean and chic. My daughter and I had a very early flight out of Seattle so staying here the night prior was a great choice so we could get to the TSA line early (ha ha - not really kidding though). It is located a little less than a mile from the airport and is visible from the road (so easy to find if you're driving yourself, and local car services are ... Read more

We were in Seattle for one day arriving one evening and flying out the next. This was ideal! The shuttle pick up was fast . From the arrivals halls baggage collection point you need to go up a level, walk across the over bridge and then down to the hotel shuttle pick up point. This is where you have free dial to hotels to arrange your free shuttle pick up. Crowne plaza is one of a long list. The hotel rooms were comfortable and well equipped with plenty of power points to recharge all the gadget... Read more

We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Illinois and loved it so we decided to stay at this one near the Sea Tac Airport. It is a beautiful and peaceful hotel. We ate at the restaurant, Reflections, and it was delicious. We had some amazing halibut with lemon/hazelnuts and roasted vegetables. The 24-hour airport shuttle was very convenient and allowed us to use the Light Rail train from the airport into the city to the monorail that runs between the Space Needle and Pike Place. The hotel shuttle is a call away, so for one nighters this is a good place to rest before the next flight. The rooms are clean , though smallish. Kudos to the restaurant staff who gave good service and were most cheerful. Made my day! We had dinner here too- but it was rather pricey. If I stay here next time, I will take a short walk to the eateries around here.

I attended a two-day conference held at the Crowne Plaza. It may have been the best conference hotel experience I have had (and I've had a lot). The hotel rooms are attractive and comfortable--the beds and bedding are great. It was also quieter than many large hotels. The conference room on the 12th floor has a lovely view and good acoustics. The food provided (breakfast, box lunches, and a reception) was tasty and plentiful. Staff were really invested in making sure that things went smoothl... Read more

We stayed on points, which was the real reason for choosing this over other SeaTac airport hotels. The hotel is somewhat tired, and doesn't compare well to new but cheaper hotels in the IHG group. We found that the rooms were poorly soundproofed compared to modern airport hotels. However, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the shuttle between airport and hotel was frequent and fast.

We are currently staying here after a 7 day Alaska cruise awaiting our AM flight. This hotel is perfectly situated for our early flight - 5 min from Sea-tac airport. They were accommodating with our early arrival from our ship( they actually had a room available ). Check in was effortless and efficient. Our room is clean, bed comfy. We opted to walk to Denny's for breakfast instead of eating here. Average breakfast was 15.00 (buffet). We didn't use the bar but many people were noted there and i... Read more

Close to SeaTac airport we walked it in 10mins, Shuttle takes longer. Check in was smooth, room on the 10th floor facing north. Aircraft sound bearable. Breakfast Buffet should be renamed four hot dishes and continental. Guess we have been spoilt with Buffett breakfast in Changi Crowne Plaza would take you half an hour to go through the choices. Staff where friendly especially Robert and Osman "Ossie" in the restaurant accommodated are needs.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaze the first 2 night of our US trip. When we arrived at the airport the shuttle was there within minutes and we got to the hotel quickly. The front desk staff was friendly and we were checked in quickly. Our room was not that large but big enough for us and it offered all the amenities we needed. More importantly is was clean. The room was also very quiet, we didn't hear any sounds from other rooms or the airport. We ate dinner and breakfast at the Reflections Grill... Read more

A rather tired concrete box close to the airport. It serves its purpose as a stopover for a morning flight the following day but that is about all. The check-in staff were grumpy and very unhelpful - not quite rude! The porter watched as we unloaded 6 bags and took them into the hotel lobby ourselves on his trolley. (The exception was the head waiter in the dining room - a terrific, enthusiastic, lovely man - I think his name was Dan!) I suspect there are better places to stay near Seatac.

My wife & I decided to stay at the Crowne Plaza, Seattle Airport 17338 International Boulevard. I‚??m so glad we did. This hotel is so convenient because it is located right next to the airport Light Rail stop. You can just walk a few hundred feet to get on the Light rail, which will take you right into the heart of downtown Seattle, which is the last stop at the Westlake Center. The cost per person round trip is a mere $6.00. This is by far the best way to travel to downtown Seattle to avoid al... Read more

This is a very good hotel if you want to get an affordable room close to the airport (5 minutes away) and where you can also hop on the light rail (a two-minute walk from the hotel) and get into downtown Seattle in 20 minutes. Our room was small, but fine for a couple who is mostly out and about and not spending much time at the hotel. We had a King bed, very comfy mattress, a small couch, and enough room to store our clothes (no chest of drawers) but there was a closet. Again, certainly nothin... Read more

We spent three nights in this hotel which we chose because we had a 6.00 am flight leaving Seattle after our last night and the airport is quite a way from the city center. We also chose this hotel because there is a link light rail station a couple of hundred yards away. Everything worked as planned - the train to the city center was frequent, fast and inexpensive and the hotel shuttle to the airport was fine. The hotel itself was pretty much standard Crown Plaza which meant that everything ... Read more

Stayed here the last night of our 2 week trip through the Northwest and it was very nice. We were very tired after all the driving and getting the car rental turned back in and just going to take it easy the night before flying back home. We were going to check in earlier than the check in time allowed and they let us with no problem, had a room ready to go to. The room was very nice, a Junior Suite it really needed another lounge chair but it worked ok. The bed was very comfortable and the sho... Read more

Pre-booked the Crowne Plaza Seattle airport. Complimentary shuttle service by courteous driver, only 7 minutes from door to door. Well appointed rooms, with Internet, tea/coffee, bathroom amenities, and all the 'mod cons'. Excellent bar/restaurant in lobby, for light snack or dinner. Buffet breakfast excellent value. Couldn't fault the staff for their friendly service, at reception and in the bar/restaurant.

Chose this as a base for our stay in Seattle, due to pricy rooms downtown. Close to Airport, but not noisy. Good rooms, comfortable beds and well appointed. Travelled by light railway into city each day - reasonably priced, comfortable, busy when there was a game on!

Being so close to the airport I was expecting some noise but heard nothing the one night I was there. This seem pretty new and the rooms are really nice. Mine was spotless and comfortable and on the 10th floor. There's nothing much around the area except more motels/hotels and a Pancake place (Wendy's?) so don't expect too many dining options although the restaurant actually looked very inviting! I'll try it next time.

The hotel is located near enough to the airport to walk if you have little baggage but there is a shuttle. The rooms are moderately spacious and well equipped. The restaurant is really in the bar and similarly breakfast is in the bar. Quite adequate as an airport hotel.

This was a comfortable stay prior to our morning flight. The public spaces are bright, modern, clean and comfortable. Light rail station is an easy walk, a few hundred yards away making it so convenient to head downtown inexpensively. Airport is directly across the street and the shuttle is so convenient as well. Our room was beautiful. Nice touches like many outlets in bathroom and nightlight. Shower was great-good pressure and large shower area. Plenty of big towels. As always, the IHG bed... Read more

This hotel is minutes from SeaTac Airport. Easy shuttle service which I think runs every half hour. We stayed for one night for a layover, but in the short time appreciated the hotel front desk service and smile. As a Platinum member, we were upgraded to a higher floor. Room was modern and clean. Also, the bed was already turned down with candies on top. Nice touch. Lobby area was very inviting and bar nice to hang out for a few beers to wind down. Thumbs up!

After the airport we had a night stop at the Crowne Plaza, prior to our flight to Juneau in Southern Alaska the next day. I couldn't say it's wonderful, but then my very subjective opinion is that no hotel in the US is wonderful compared to those in some places of the world. The rooms are more than adequate and so are the dining facilities. The staff at Reception was very helpful. We've stayed here last Friday. The front desk was great, impressive public space and nice room. Our experience at the bar wasn't so great though. We were hungry after a long flight and after a quick bag drop in the room we rushed to the bar only to wait 15 minutes for bartender to notice us. He put in our order and went back to chat with another guest. We were ignored until manger brought our food, offered another round of drinks after noticing our empty glasses. We arrived at the hotel after 11pm - had to wait for the shuttle while many of three other airport hotel shuttles kept passing by. It's very close which is great and the lobby reception staff were helpful. Room was nice, clean and had a good strong shower and comfy bed. Coffee in the room was bad and there was no coffee in the lobby either for sale or free. Shuttle runs every twenty minutes so you do have to time it right.

The hotel is situated very close to Seatac. Whilst we found the hotel was a little expensive for us on our exchange rate, the convenience and comfortable bed made up for it. The only issue was the air-conditioning unit which was a little noisy every time it blast cooling air into the room but we still slept well. The bathroom was compact but the shower was roomywith some great shelving for our wet packs when usually there's no room to place anything down in bathrooms. A shuttle service is pr... Read more

Booked this hotel at the airport for location and price, but was sure surprised when I walked into my room. Recently and very nicely updated--granite, upscale contemporary look, and a walk in shower. Even the dual flush toilet was high tech! Since it was raining, I decided to be lazy and eat at the hotel restaurant and was again pleasantly surprised. Had the Halibut and Chips and it was excellent and reasonably priced. Good service too. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

So hubby and I figured it would be better on all of us to stay in SeaTac before heading on an early morning flight. Our first choice was the Holiday Inn Express as hubby works there they were full but lucky for us the Crown Plaza was not. The room was gorgeous while there was no mints on my pillow there was something even better; Spa Samples!!! We left for the airport a little sad knowing that our next destination would not be able to top this room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a very early arrival in to SeaTac, and a mid-afternoon departure. My basic need was to find a place to lay my head for 3 or 4 hours, get some zzz's, and a good shower. The Crowne Plaza delivered perfectly for this. I didn't eat or use any of the services, but as I was only there for about 8 hours total, really didn't have the time or need. Corporate chain hotel reasonably close to the Seatac airport. Modern updated and well-appointed bedroom and comfortable bed. Quick check-in and check-out with efficient and pleasant team. Standard Crown Plaza breakfast. Lots of free parking. No noise intrusion from the airport. The station to the Seattle City light rail is in easy walking distance from the hotel. You can also walk to the hotel directly from the terminal which takes about 15 minutes. Recommended.

I stayed one night at this hotel in order to catch an early flight home the next day out of SeaTac. This is one of many hotels and was the nearest or 2nd nearest based on the map. Parking: $19/day Breakfast: $17.47 before gratuity The rooms are great and the staff is very nice and helpful. However, I prefer staying at Crowne Plaza hotels that have include free breakfast and free parking. I travel a lot for work and if I was staying here personally I would have already switched hotels. It's really annoying to have to pay for everything separately.
