I travel to Seattle pretty often from Portland and I always love to stay at this Holiday Inn. Friendly staff, great amenities, good wifi, quite hotel, good parking, etc just an overall great place to stay! Check in and check out is so fast and easy I definitely recommend Holiday Inn Seatac if you're looking for somewhere to stay while in the Seattle Metro area.

Great Stay. Hotel is very conveinient to the SeaTac Airport,Check in was easy staff was very friendly, cordial, and polite. I liked their free breakfast deal. The hotel room was very clean. bathroom was clean. The only cons were that the hotel does not have a pool, and the bathrooms were small. All in all I would return to to this hotel next time in Seattle. We have stayed here a few times since it is so close to Sea-Tac and has a shuttle service to and from the airport. We usually get a king room which has a comfy bed, and a couch and coffee table. This last time we stayed in a queen by mistake, and the bed was not as comfy and it was just a basic hotel room. We also were placed in a room that smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, which they changed right away. All of them are supposed to be non- smoking, so not sure what happened. We asked if the ki... I stayed at this hotel for almost 6 weeks for work. The staff had us all feel right at home. They would always ask how our day went, how we did on our tests, everything. And they were very understanding of how many times I lost my room key (LOL) . Berta, Cathleen, Kim, Dean, Jeff ,and Cindy were so great! The only bad experience I had was my room door jammed on evening and I couldn't get in or out for 2.5 hours. The maintenance staff was doing all they could and eventually Abdul saved the day ... We arrived late in Seatac and wanted a room to sleep for the night. This place was perfect. Its minutes from the airport, very easy to find, sufficient parking and friendly staff. The rooms were big! We got had two double bed suite, and it came with a sofa bed. Four adults will be very comfortable here. There was a small gym but did not have the time to use. Staff were friendly, place was clean and well managed. Will stay here again!

We had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. We had a King Suite that was very clean. A great place to stay if you need to get to and from the airport. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle bus, which was very convenient and got us to the airport on time. Since the check-in time was at 3:00 pm, the only thing I wish this hotel would've done is hold our luggage beforehand. Almost every hotel I've ever been to provides this, but this hotel does not! Customer Service at front desk was wonderful. The front desk attendant was very kind; nothing fake about her. She saw that I was a rewards member and upgraded my room to a suite, without me asking. The room very clean, roomy and the bed comfortable, better than what I ever expected. Breakfast was nice and filling. Good shuttle service to and from airport. They also provided additional shuttle service to the cruise terminal for a reasonable fee. I would use them again if I came back to Seattle.

We chose to stay at this hotel by the airport to avoid traffic on our way to the airport. The lobby is nice and the staff was efficient and helpful. Then we got to the 5th floor. The elevator doors opened to a hot, smelly floor. At first I smelled tobacco smoke then I smelled what can only be described as old lady flowery perfume - you know, the super-floral Avon of the 70s. It smelled like that throughout the halls and in our room. It gave me a headache. My husband rarely notices smells ... Read more

Great choice for preparing to fly out of Seatac Airport. The room was comfortable and quiet. Free parking for rental cars. The free breakfast was good. The staff was helpful as we arrived late in the evening and quite hungry. They gave us a list of places to dine and even told us which would still be open. All were nearby. Several fueling stations were also nearby with competitive prices to top off the rental car's fuel tank. The drive to the airport was just a short drive.

This hotel is perfect for stay, park and fly. I stay here whenever I am going away for a week or two and I have an early flight and/or a late return. The rooms are of the standard you'd expect from Holiday Inn, and the included hot breakfast (with bacon and eggs) makes a great start to a day of travel or a day after you get back and are a bit jet lagged. Nice, quite, clean and up to date hotel to stay if requiring a place near the airport. Front desk greeted me upon checkin as if I were a frequent visitor. My room, a queen standard, was located on 2nd floor airport side and the only sound to be heard was my TV. I would highly recommend this hotel to all requiring a stay near the airport.

We were upgraded to the 2 room suite. I have never seen a full size refrigerator in a hotel room. The room was nice. The hotel was nice. The breakfast was good but nothing different than other HI Express hotels. This hotel did not let us down

The outside and lobby area has been upgraded and very nice. The people that work there were always very friendly over the few days I was there. Breakfast was loaded with goodies, warm and cold items! The rooms are dated, but the furniture wasn't bad. I was disappointed with the bed, it wasn't as soft as the normal express hotels! Cable channel selection good. There isn't anything to eat within walking distance.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. They have a good breakfast spread and offer an airport shuttle. The room included a microwave and mini fridge. Bathrooms are smaller. Its an older hotel, but they keep up with it well. Not the flashiest of hotels, like a brand new one, but well kept and clean, Had everything we could ask for. You can walk to the Light Rail in about 5 minutes which was nice for commuting downtown for our tourist activites.

My Alaska Airlines flight from San Antonio Texas to Seattle arrived at 9:09 P.M. I did not want to pick up a rental car and drive to Everett at 11:09 San Antonio time. So I booked one night at Holiday Inn Express Sea-Tac and got a good night's sleep and a hearty breakfast. I am now fresh and ready to be about business. Holiday Inn's shuttle was convenient and will return me to the airport this morning to pick up my rental car.

My husband and I stayed while traveling to Atlanta from SeaTac. It is a budget friendly hotel with roomy accommodations. We were traveling with two cats and were treated very well, no problems at all. The elevator is a little slow, but I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was wonderful! Although very busy, they were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle is available 24 hours/day, and runs on the 1/2 hour starting at 3am. I came in around 7pm and had to be back at the airport by 4am, so they made everything as easy as possible. They even made us breakfast bags since we missed their normal breakfast time.

Had a layover in Seattle and the HI Express near SeaTac was perfect. The shuttle came and picked me up at 9:30 in the evening and then took me back to airport at 6:30 a.m. On top of that, they had a wonderful breakfast.

This property is right near Sea-Tac Airport. They have a complimentary shuttle to get you to the Departures gates; it will also take you to nearby restaurants. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly. An excellent place to overnight before you take off.
