The rooms were a little tired but the price was right. We found the staff friendly and helpful and there are eating places within walking distance. Safe, comfortable stop with good links to transportation in an expensive city. No complaints, would stay here again.

We chose this inn because of the free shuttle. We were very pleased with our rides to the airport and the Sound Transit. Friendly staff, a spacious clean room and an excellent price. The free breakfast was quite misleading: a cup of coffee and a package of muffins. That was it. Despite that, we were happy with this place.

Really bad service. Shuttle did not run on time. We were not notified of slow service. The bad was our return. They over booked the vans so we spent another $10 in taxi to get there. WORST -- our car had been gone through, glove box stuff every where. The manager acted like he didn't understand us. We contacted Seattle police, but they do not show up for simple vandalism and we have to report it online. So we have a couple of theories: they did not secure our car and some random person went... We only stayed for one night so that we could leave our car for a week for free. The room was clean and it did have a free continental breakfast (prepackaged danishes and muffins and coffee and juice). The shuttle left every half an hour so it was convenient. Coming back pick up took a bit, but not drastically long.

I have traveled around the world and I have never spent the night in such a Rat Hole. This place is best suited for pimps, prostitutes, and drug dealers. How the city allows such a dive to exist is beyond me. The carpet is shot. The furniture is worn out. The walkway to our room had a pool of vomit that we had to avoid. I'll stop there, you get the idea.

I was bitten badly here. Employee admitted to it twice. I have all the documentation, emergency room visit, photos, etc. No phone calls to me, nothing has been compensated. I have court papers ready to file, this week.

It doesn't even worth a paltry $50 we've paid for a pre-cruise night. It's situated right by the heavily-traveled-all-the-times road to the airport. A sound-proofing is non-existing, rooms are small (though clean), a breakfast is a coffee/tea/pastries at the reception, Internet is SLOW. The sheets looked like they were not changed (why bother, most people stay 1 night anyway!) so we've slept w/ our clothes on. A s a revier before said: a RAT HOLE indeed!!!

We stayed at this motel twice, once leaving on a trip and the second time when we returned. In both cases our room was in need of some serious updating. In one room the carpet looked like someone had rebuilt a motor cycle on it. It's location near the airport is both good and bad. The motels offer for 7 days of free parking is the good, the bad is the noise from the airport and the street noise makes sleeping a little tough. The service on check in and check out was excellent.

We stayed here after our cruise to see a bit of Seattle. The staff is rude, the linens were dirty and the continental breakfast consisted of prepackaged muffins . at a hundred bucks a night go elsewhere.

Stayed in here in early June. My friends found this hotel because they wanted to save money. I should have done my due diligence and checked the internet for any bedbug reports. If would have, I would have known that the hotel had previous cases of bed bugs. The hotel was actually fine. It appeared clean with comfortable bed and a clean bathroom and a flat screen TV. What I did not check was that the room was infested with bed bugs. I have stayed at plenty of hotels and have not seen any bed bug... Read more

At reception on our arrival it was very confusing for the person at the desk but we got there in the end. The room was very basic and that is ok. Not the cleanest carpet. The sheets seemed clean, the curtains full of holes. I didn't feel completely comfortable with my belongings sitting in the car and whenever we left the room our laptops etc came with us. There seemed to be discontent between employees that worked at the front desk and one was very happy to share this with us. Breakfast...ju... Read more

This review is only for the airport parking of the hotel. I found them online for parking near Seatac airport. They were the cheapestand had an airport shuttle 24 hours a day. We had no problems checking in and getting through the self park and onto the airport. However upon arrival back at Seatac, we called them several times and was hung up on. Someone would pick up the phone and just hang up. We then called from the airport phone to reach them and had the same experience. Once I finally got t... Read more

We were pleased with the shuttle pick up at the airport- the driver was very pleasant. We arrived fairly late, but were supposed to go meet someone down closer to the airport, so we took a bus. The neighborhood is not great. The room was old and run down- the TV would not turn on with remote or button. Fortunately we were only staying for a short sleep before leaving, so we sucked it up. I was charged twice for the room, and it took a few days to get that cleared up, but I must say I had good re... Read more

Used this property for transiting . 21 - 22 July 2016- Room N0 112. On checking in Juan the receptionist did the checking in and even asked for a security deposit only.Gave him my Visa card which he swiped. Nothing would be debited. Checking out on the 22nd, cross checked with receptionist whether my card was debited for anything she said no. Took our flight from Seattle to London, on reaching London just checked my bank statement. The hotel has ripped me off 35 USD. This amounts to cheating and... Read more

I booked a room here, near the airport, because my plane was scheduled to arrive in Seattle at 2 am. It still took until 3 am to get to this motel. I had called in advance AND noted my anticipated late arrival at the time of my reservation. However, once I arrived, I was "greeted" (that is, in a manner of speaking) by a sullen young man on night shift with a load TV beside us. He doubted I had a reservation. And if I had one, it was so late it probably had been canceled. I gave him my papers... Read more

Basic with comfy night sleep. Shower gel didn't dispense otherwise all is good. Muffin or Danish available in office for breakfast, beverages (coffee wasn't really good) as well. They do run out and not replenished. Wonderful shuttle service, never had to wait too long. Wi-Fi worked well.

I had reserved this room for two nights, after I was there I requested a cancellation for the second night. I was told they could not cancel for me, even though my second stay was over a week out. As I picked up a brochure and told my husband that I would call the main head quarters, the desk clerk told me he would cancel the other reservation. The reasons I had requested this action are as follows: poor housekeeping, bad neighborhood, no place to sit for breakfast (which was muffin only because... Read more

When arriving late after traveling all day, we checked into this hotel. Airport shuttle was prompt, but the van was a little beat up. We checked in and got our keys to only see our room was small, smelt like mildew, and just overall needing to be updated. Before completely settling in we did a check with the sheets and mattress to find questionable dots all over the sheets and mattress, from someone who works in the hospital and constantly looks for bed bugs, my peace of mind was gone. My sister (age79) and brother-in-law had guaranteed reservations here for August 20, 2016, After a long day of traveling they arrived at Americas Best Value Inn only to be told that they had cancelled their room! Of course, they had not and has confirmed that they did not! No other hotels around had rooms, so my family had to sit up at airport all night! They came to our hotel at 6:00am exhausted and had a short nap before boarding our cruise ship! I will NEVER stay at an Americ... Read more

A very helpful staff. The property itself could be improved. The bathrooms were tidy but could be more cleanly. Great accommodation of having a airport shuttle. Breakfast included pre-packaged muffins and a OJ/Tang mix beverage (could have been better, but couldn't complain based on price of stay).

I stayed over nite due to an early morning flight. The room was clean, the people very courteous, and the shuttle was spot on. I will definetly stay again. For the price, it was fine. I was all by myself

The absolute worst place I have ever stayed. Took them 45 minutes to find my reservation and then the clerk had the audacity to tell me that because I was 30 minutes early It actually only took 15 minutes to find my reservation. There was virtually no parking because this hotel acts as a parking lot for the airport. The room was dismal the carpet was worn beyond use, big stains on the floor, and a bathtub that should have been replaced years ago. I would have been better camping out on the road... Read more

I stayed for 2 bookend nights at this motel as I flew in and out of Seatac. It's about 7 minutes away from SeaTac which is convenient and they offer free parking and a 24 hour shuttle to/from the airport, which was the main reason why I stayed there. The motel is what you would expect, very simple with no amenities like coffee maker or fridge. The first room that I had actually had a bit of an odor, and the second one that I was given was facing the road, which was incredibly loud so I reques... Read more
