Unexpected find near wine country. Wonderful value and close (enough) to wineries. The room was huge. Classy and well appointed. The bathroom was well lit and there was a nice shower, no tub. Thank you! Breakfast was very good. We will definitely return.

This is a newer hotel, very clean and the rooms are suites so you have a kitchen, living room and bedroom. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept in at a hotel. The staff was friendly, the only glitch was that we had traveled to the area for a graduation part and requested an early check in, which we were told couldn't be guaranteed. We got to the hotel at noon and our room was not ready so we had the hotel keep our bags. When we returned at 2:45 we were told our room w... Read more

My wife and I spent two nights while touring the tri-cities and really enjoyed most of our stay. In fact we would give the hotel five stars if not for the nightly noise coming from bathrooms and doors in other rooms. But everything else was great. Hilton allows you to check in online so you just get your keycard and room directions when you arrive. Our room was spacious, clean, well laid out and very comfortable. The rooms were lovely and large and plenty of parking. My only complaint would be that they do not have a social hour (free drinks) on Friday thru Sunday. Probably the most expensive rooms we've ever stayed in and the pool deck area almost make it worth the price. Overall, very clean and wonderful staff.

We loved everything from the decor to the spacious rooms and easy check in and out process. The flavored water, easy parking, billiards/ping-pong room, library, and gym. Huge rooms, comfy beds, super cold room A/C, free yummy breakfast, and outdoor pool with a river view. My family booked a banquet room for our reunion and it was perfect. Little kitchen and dining/family area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the tri-cities area.

Love that they have a billiard room with pool table and ping pong, plus the swimming pool with BBQ's and TV room; great for our family reunion, lots of places to hang out. The breakfast had a nice variety from fruit, yogurt and granola, to bacon, eggs and waffles, oatmeal, cereal and pastries.

Loved this place. Loved the outdoor pool and hot-tub. It was so relaxing in this environment. Perfect suite. Great beds. Top notch staff. I only wish the pool and hot tub were 24 hours, plus I wish they had a happy hour like Embassy Suites, with the mixed drinks as well. Then it would be the MOST PERFECT place to stay.

Homewood Suites Richland WA is fantastic. Everyone was gracious and I needed a lot of help. One housekeeper went and got ice for me and fixed a bucket of water for my sore foot without my having to ask. This is the level of care that I got for my whole stay. Lovely hotel on main road close to everything Richland has to offer. Nice room with water view and great complimentary beakfast. Will stay again. Enjoyed the easy check-in and check-out but wish they had airport shuttle.

When you walk in the lobby is small but the customer service is superior. Rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is located on a busy street and we were not on the water side and were woken up by jack hammers at 630am. This hotel is not right on the water but cross a small greenbelt and you will be on the trail that is along the water. The view rooms are beautiful. Breakfast is nice - shout out to Amber and Tasha at the front desk and Clarissa helping in the dining area for breakfast. These ladies ... Read more

I rarely stay at this hotel brand, usually choosing something more upscale. This hotel well exceeded my expectations. It seems brand new. I could not fault it in any regard. A friend and I booked a 2-bedroom suite that was spacious. It was a corner room with lovely sunrise views of the Columbia River. The breakfast area was very pleasant and the offerings better than most breakfast buffets at extended stay hotels.. Staff was very friendly. I was really surprised to see a billiards room among the... Read more

Easily the best hotel in the Tri-Cities. Salt water pool and hot tub, bomb cookies in the lobby for free, double room suites. There was a stove top in my room! I could live there. The staff was very helpful and nice, even after I caused confusion with extending my stay and the authorizations on my cards. Free dinners, free breakfast. Thank you so much!

Overall, this is a great property. The rooms are meticulously cleaned and the staff was prompt, courteous, and had an attention to detail. I was there for 6 days on business, and the front desk personnel made an effort to remember my name after the first night. Little details make a difference!

Wow - I was extremely impressed with the Homewood Suites Richland. Beautiful lobby, friendly front desk staff, clean room (suite). There was a nice patio/ pool deck with a view of the Columbia River off of the manager reception area - perfect place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The breakfast was extremely busy as it was a weekend, but the breakfast staff kept everything clean and filled, and were helpful and pleasant too! My short 24 hour stay was like being at home. The hotel and suite was in pristine condition with all the amenities of home. The staff was welcoming, cheerful, efficient and accommodating to all my needs. Breakfast was excellent and served by a helpful staff. We spent one night here and it was a nice hotel, especially for Richland, Wa. Our room was very well appointed and comfortable. Our room included breakfast. Good variety of foods including omelets. There is a pool that we didn't take advantage of but will next time we stay there. I researched a few hotels in the area and this one was the right choice.

Great hotel. Great location! The layout is a little awkward but beds and pillows--excellent!! Carry LaFresh makeup remover and neutragena bath products. Complimentary breakfast could have been better but it wasn't too bad.

The staff was very nice and check in and out was a breeze. The hotel was very clean. The Suite we stayed in was very comfortable and had plenty of room for what we needed. It was nice have a kitchen to cook a little something when we didn't feel like going out. I would definitely recommend it as a nice quiet and comfortable place o stay.

Friendly service but I was disappointed to spend a restless night due what I learned was a noisy /droning laundry room/exhaust. If this is a known disturbance, why wouldn't they endeavor to fix it? They were nice enough to offer to move rooms, but I was already checking out.

This is a fairly new hotel with nearly all the amenities you need. Everything is clean, the staff are very professional and courteous, and the complimentary breakfast is excellent. Not sure what else you could ask for. Maybe a restaurant/bar/lounge onsite would be nice, but there are plenty within walking distance.

Very comfortable room, warm and gracious staff. A home away from home. 2 things would have made our stay better - 1) an indoor pool (though the hot tub and lovely view was excellent) and 2) If they had some touring bikes to use on the path that follows the river as some of the other hotels in the area have.

I stayed at this hotel for business on the recommendation of others. The hotel was beautiful inside and out with all the comforts of home. The room was large and very clean. There was a 24hr coffee service and a nice library/business center where you could do work or just read. It was close to the Columbia River and the biking trail. I've tried several hotels in Richland and this one is the best.

If you are looking for an enjoyable, comfortable, relaxing stay that includes a fireplace (that is actually WARM), free coffee/apple cider... look no further. This motel has it all - business center, with library. Fitness center, or near by jogging path that spans miles and miles along the river. Complementary breakfast, comfortable beds, full kitchen with dishes! Almost like being home.

I have been to several Homewood Suites and have NEVER been disappointed. Hotel always has a great variety of breakfast items, evening social is pleasant and food pleasing. Wine or beer during or at the end of the evening is a nice way to finish the day and helps on expences during the trip. Will always look for a Homewood Suites first in the area before booking another hotel.

Friendly staff, great room and breakfast. Very clean. Had a young girls over night birthday party next to us and the staff quickly came down and addressed the noise. Close to restaurants and shopping and right off of I10. Quick cab Urber/Cab ride into New Orleans. If we had to stay longterm anywhere, we would consider the Homewood Suites.

The service, cleanliness, professionalism and quality of the stay is beyond wonderful. There are river trails, vineyards and other area attractions, as well as shopping and dining close-by. Stop in at the Spudnut shop, a Richland landmark for as long as I can remember. We are always happy to arrive and sad to leave Richland Homewood Suites.

We loved this hotel. We live in Boise and visit family near Seattle and will stop to stay in this hotel every time travel! The staff was the most helpful I've seen at a hotel, and that includes the Hilton hotel I worked at through college.
