OMG! This place was wonderful. Maybe it was because we had a balcony that we could sit on and just overlook the lake, or maybe it was the wonderful Ashley who was the awesome front desk person, (who by the way needs a day off as she was always working and I mean ALWAYS) or just the staff overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, there was a hot tub and an indoor heated pool, and the morning breakfast was wonderful as it changed every morning. We always look forward to staying at the Richland WA Hampton Inn. It is set on the Columbia River next to a beautiful, well-cared for park and trail system. After a day on the road, the views and activities are so welcome! The Hampton Inn is always well cared for with competent service. One of our favorite stays!

This is not your typical Hampton Inn. The rooms are exactly what you would expect, but the location is right on the Columbia River. There is a fantastic path along the river to stroll in the morning and early evening and gives you the ability to walk for dinner in either direction. The service is also excellent as they go the extra bit to ensure you have everything you need.

We couldn't believe the gorgeous view of the lake we had when we ate breakfast in the morning! Lush greenery everywhere. Right outside the property there were people jogging, walking their dogs, a group of people were having a picnic at the huge park next to the motel, there was an outside pool within the beautiful park. Walk further down and there were people getting in their kayaks ready to have some fun! Aside from that, the beds were comfortable and clean. Room was clean & service was excell... Read more

I have been traveling to Tri-Cities for years and have had some not-so-good hotel experiences. So I just keep coming back here. The setting right on the Columbia is lovely, the Howard Amon park is next door, and you can stroll to assorted restaurants. Beds are comfy, rooms and grounds are always clean, what more can you ask for? When Tri-Cities is busy hotel room wise it can get a tad pricey, but so do all the others. The complimentary breakfast is quite good.
