Clarion Hotel and Conference Center is located approximately three miles from Fiesta Bowl & Casino and 12 miles from Pasco-Tri Cities Airport. This location is also three miles from Columbia Point Golf Club, five miles from Kennewick and Pasco, eight miles from Broadmorre Outlet Mall, 10 miles from Dust Devil Baseball Stadium and Columbia Park & Playground, and 13 miles from Franklin County Fairgrounds.

Hotel amenities include the restaurant, espresso bar, and 24,000-square-foot indoor courtyard, which has a large heated pool, hot tub, and saunas. The hotel also offers room service and valet laundry service. Small pets are welcome (fee may apply).
