Housekeeping staff friendly and very responsive when fixing the room clock. Maintenance was called and they put a rush on the fix so we could leave quickly. Parking at this Hilton Garden Inn is free unlike the one in a Northern California. We were not rushed at the restaurant when visiting with friends. The waitress was extremely patient.

I chose this hotel for my two-night weekend stay based on the proximity to the airport, the free airport shuttle and a very good AAA rate. I am also a loyal Hilton Honors member. I was told by the staff that the hotel had just finished a remodel but I think they still have some more work to do. When I checked in, my room was 78 degrees and the heat was on. I asked to be moved and was politely accommodated but the second room I was given had the same problem. The third room was fine. I thought it... Read more

If you need a specific size bed be wary - they pulled a bait and switch - guarented and charged my card for a specific type room. Upon arrival they didn't have that room available - nor did they inform me the room was not available - I found out as I entered the room. Called the front desk who informed me that they over booked and that's what they do to "balance the house". Then I had to ask for the rate be lowered - there was no indication that they were going to do so had I not asked. Poor fo... Read more

Clean grounds, good rooms, nice setup for handicapped access, friendly staff. The breakfast is very good for a free addition to the night. Wi-Fi is free for basic access or Hilton Honors members. Parking is fine. Westfield Southcenter Mall is less than ten miles away, with lots of shopping and food around it.

Very good hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Came in to check-in and entry was very inviting with snacks, coffee, water, etc. The room was setup very nicely. The space was very adequate for 2 people. The beds were very comfortable. the best part was the black out curtain. It kept the noise and light out so well, we pretty much slept close to check out time which was around noon.

Average room for high expense. Not cleaned thoroughly daily (not vacumed daily, iron and board not put away), and I got sick from my dinner (soup not kept at correct temp). Good location for my business, but not for downtown Seattle.

Stayed at the Renton Hilton Garden Inn. A little quieter than the hotels on the airport strip. Nice location if you have business in Renton. Disrepair in the room detracted from an otherwise nice hotel. Bar fridge compressor was loud and cycling disturbed sleep. Eventually had to unplug it. In-room Keurig was also broken. Breakfast bar was excellent though.

We scored a room at Hilton Garden Inn from Hotwire and were quite happy with the experience. Closer to Seatac than we expected, but difficult to find (glad we had GPS). Rooms comfortable; great beds! Room included microwave and fridge. Free wifi. Rooms could be maintained a bit more meticulously (e.g., coffee maker dusty). Efficient staff. Quiet, comfortable place.

Everything about this hotel is very nice. Employees helpful and nice. Hotel clean and pretty. Breakfast good and super nice and helpful servers. Unfortunately, hotel had a bunch of basketball kids noisy and slamming doors , smoking and laughing and running down halls until late into the night. Two out of three nights there we didn't get much sleep. Would expect this at Motel 6, not Paris Hilton Garden Inn.

I travel often and was very pleased with my brief stay at this HGI in Renton. For approximately and extra $60 I was able to park my car for 4 nights, which was a cost savings over parking near the airport. I would say the 4 day mark is a break point, anything less than that might be cheaper to park off-site at the airport. My only caution is that in arriving pretty late back one night it was about a $20 Uber ride. It's not right in the airport strip, but the area was a bit nicer as well. ... Read more

Great beds, friendly staff. Hotel is easy to locate and very clean. this is a local favorite for a night of relaxation. Caution: the breakfast is not included in your stay and is a bit overpriced. We didn't see this until we had already grabbed a few items. Breakfast was close to $30 for 2, for what other hotels have as complimentary.

It was okay, but more amenities would be better, and hotel staff to followup on what the say they will do. Parking spaces are way too small and do not offer many deliver options. Overall it was good ..

The cleanliness is generally just "Ok" -- Garden Inns are usually a bit better than this. The WiFi was slow and unstable, having to turn off/on the WiFi several times to reconnect -- this definitely got in the way of getting work done. It was pretty bad in the evening, but better in the morning. The breakfast was good -- a bit better than the usual buffet style.

I visited the Seattle region to visit a few of the sites. I chose this property for it's location between downtown and the southern area of Seattle. Employees were very friendly, room was comfy and quiet, the location was very accessible from the highway and plenty of places to eat nearby. I would stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel in past years and always enjoyed it. This time we were there with two teenagers. We checked in late and noticed a few bugs in the bathroom. However, during the night we kept killing bugs crawling in our beds and had bugs on our suitcases. The white covers in the am had little black dots. We told the front desk when we checked out and they credit us for our stay AFTER we showed them a sample of one of the bugs we had killed. We are so disappointed in this hotel and ... Read more

Hotel was great but the restaurant and room service decided to close an hour early due to low attendance. We had gone to the nearby mall for a movie and planned on eating dinner through room service when we got back around nine. Very disappointing that they were closed early and we had to order from a delivery place.

Where do I start? What I will say is my room was a place I could recharge and relax with the comfort of getting the best night sleep when I needed it most. I returned to your hotel on Fri. 11/25 stayed till Sun. 11/27. My sister was receiving text messages from her troubled son that he was going to kill himself Friday evening. Family in the area was able to get him to the hospital for an overdose of pills. He's now in recovery at a facility that will give him the support that his family is not a... Read more

Excellent all round service. The accommodations were great and the location was perfect for my business needs. If anything was out of walking distance the front desk offered excellent shuttle service.
