My son and I stayed while working a couple days in Renton. I had left my suitcase with money inside the suitcase. Upon departure, I realized the money was not there anymore. While the Manager was sympathetic and friendly, I am very upset that there are theives working there. This really puts a bad taste in your mouth, knowing that you could rent a room and nothing is safe inside. Ironically, my laptop was also left behind and was not taken. This in mind, makes me confident that this was a... Read more

The walls are paper thin so if you get stuck next to a "busy" room you will absolutely hear it. If a car drives by playing loud music you will be able to hear and understand the words playing too loud on the radio. The one thing that really surprised me however was the general manager, he kinda reminded me of a young kid that just really does not like his job. I checked in around 3:30 and was one of the first guest at the hotel. I went to the front desk and ask for an extra pillow. He infor... Read more

This property was quite inexpensive and as the old adage says; you get what you pay for. I was neither impressed nor bugged by the exterior or the interior of the lobby. The rooms are on the small side and the walls are pretty thin. I could hear my neighbors talking for most of the night. The prevalent smell of marijuana seeping through the vents or the heating unit from another lodger was enough to make me give the munchies in the middle of the night. Breakfast was pretty good, the only time ... Read more

Worst experience ever, from attitude from the employees to overcharging for my stay. I was with my fiancé in Bellevue for a short trip and decided to stay here. It was nice until the end of our stay. No earring or heads up when check out time was just a knock on our door around noon with a woman yelling telling us" y'all have to go or we're calling the cops!" I open the door and a woman was yelling at me telling me I need to leave or I have to deal with the cop. I calmly replied that I wasn't a... Read more

Got to hotel late at night with a 2 & 4 year old, both sleeping in the car. Ran inside to get the keys because I booked the hotel online the night before, receptionist was rude and disrespectful. Obviously seemed like she knew nothing of what she was doing. I was honestly tempted to not even stay there but considering that i had two kids who were tired and already asleep, we stayed. Rooms were dirty, hair in sink, remote not working, light in bathroom was out, hair on the pillow, honestly, woul... Read more

I have stayed in plenty of hotels in the Washington area and this was definitely the worst one. The night time front desk clerk (lady with blond hair) was rude and didn't seem to know how to do her job. I was traveling with two kids (4 & 2 year old) and the noise at the hotel was horrible, thumping on the floor above us. People doing drugs in the rooms next door. Honestly I felt safer sleeping in the car with the kids. I would recommend new staff and some renovations to be done to the hotel, the... Read more

This place was horrible. Front desk staff dressed unprofessional, wearing gym shorts and an unbuttoned dress shirt with econolodge name tag. Right away they said there was a $100 hold on my card for damages. Pictures are of the room when we checked in. I took the bedspread and my pictures to the front desk to prove I didn't cause this damage. I was told they already knew about it. My 17 year old daughter was with me and she didn't feel safe there while I was at work. She propped a chair a... Read more

Upon entering the hotel the front desk staff were arguing about hotel issues and barely acknowledged us. We were exhausted and were told there was a payment issue that was discussed in front of other customers in line. When the manager appeared he simply pressed a few buttons on his computer and we were good to go, however, they had to charge an extraordinarily large deposit that was communicated to us emphatically would NOT be returned until 30 days. The property had little amenities and the ... Read more

This motel is ok. Would not normally stay here, but it was good enough for one night. We literally just needed a place to lay our head before moving our daughter home from college the next day. This motel is a little run down on the outside, but our room was a pleasant surprise, relatively. There is a good sized clean pool in the center of it all, but we did test it out. This is located Near a little strip mall with a pub, a convenience store, a Subway, and more. Walls were thin, but I expect th... Read more

Ok yes it is an ecolodge hotel so you get what you pay for?????? But the staff was horrible there all family members who work there ? I'm sure cause they all look the same , trust me that's fine, but never have been treated so ridiculous rude like me and my family , ok it was Fourth of July weekend and last minute plans that's probably why it was the only hotel in the Area not sold out? That should of been our first clue to run!!!!!!! We check in @2 they tell us there's no rooms ready plus check... Read more

Check in took 30 minutes because they only put one clerk on duty when an entire sports team came in. As a single traveler they refused to check me in. I am still waiting and I will never ever stay at an econo lodge ever again. Shame on this company.

This hotel is fine for one night, no AC some noice at the bathroom ventilation. Breakfast was crowded with people, small area. Wafles were ok. It was not spectacular, but do have some restaurants, starbucks, nailstudio, massage and hairdresser closeby which makes it perfect to stay overnight. The pool was nice with the summer weather, however it was still very cool in the water - which I didn't try.

Hotel facilities are good and room is clean. Other good thing is food and bar neighbor building. They provide breakfast and it's not bad. I suggest this place for 1night stay as the price is higher and not worth for this price. It's business trip anyway my company is going to pay. If it's individual pay find low price hotel.

It was clean, that was about it. Internet in and out, breakfast was terrible... you had a choice of waffles, cereal or muffins and there wasn't any hot water in the morning for showers. There is a small pool with a few chairs, refrigerators in the rooms and about 10 cable channels. You diffinetly get what you pay for. Would not recommend, pay a few extra bucks for something else.

We just drove down with the folks for the Toronto Blue Jays game. We spent money for game tickets and decided to stay here to save a few bucks as opposed to staying downtown Seattle. It's decent. I'm not expecting much but our room was clean, bed was comfortable, and really we're just sleeping here. Staff were polite and helpful. If I wanted a 5 star experience I would have paid double to stay there. I'd come back again

This motel was not that bad considering the cost of other places in the Seattle area. Your only 10 highway miles from downtown Seattle and there are a number of restaurant choices within walking distance so you can avoid all that traffic. Nice landscaping around the motel, but it is showing its age in some places. Our room was facing away from the highway, so noise was not a problem. No major problems with the room, breakfast was the usual and the staff I met were all very friendly and help... Read more
