Christine was awesome she went all the way just for our satisfaction. We had an issue with our fridge that brought out a peace of iceberg took it out in a second and cleaned up real well. We also had an issue with a clogged toilet she cleaned it up perfectly and went all the way cleaning every inch in the restroom. Thanks a million your simply awesome !!!

Although the hotel is close to the highway, it is surprisingly quiet. I appreciate the clean room services provided by Ms. Molly Roberts. The location of the hotel, corner lot with limited access, makes ingress/egress difficult. When you leave the highway, you will need pass the hotel and use a slide-out to turn around, since you cannot make a left turn into the hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel before and considered it to be a great value. That part really hasn't changed however this time we got very little rest due to the noise from the nearby highway and hospital. We discussed this with the onsite manager at check out and he provided us with a map highlighted with which rooms to request to ensure the best possible night's sleep. This experience remains positive as now we know which rooms to request on out next stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast is good with a variety on menu. It was close by the state fairgrounds, and for lunch or dinner you can find quite a few good restraunts close by. We will be staying here again.

Everything was great. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Close to highway, but no loud noise. There is a hospital nearby so there were ambulance sirens numerous times. Was not enough to stop me from staying here again if I am in the area.

Traveling for business, I needed a central place between locations and this Hampton was perfect. Easy access from the main road. Plenty of self parking. The workout room even had hand weights which is not the norm for hotels. The staff was so friendly - everyone I spoke to made me feel like a guest and not a bother. My room was very clean with your typical Hampton toiletries. Breakfast was your typical spot on Hampton breakfast too. This will be my choice when I return to the area.

The location of this hotel is great. You are across the highway from the Fairgrounds (when it is in town), and down the street from fast food, restaurants, and Walmart (in case you forgot something...which we always do). The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little above average, but omelettes most days helped. I would recommend a room on the second floor. The hotel is on a hill, so parking in back is entry onto 2nd floor as well as that is where the pool, hot tu... Read more

We stayed here for two nights in a king junior suite. We were checked in and greeted by a very friendly and efficient Alyssa who even changed our room with a smile upon my request. Also warm cookies at check in a nice touch for Hampton. A very good, well ran hotel with well appointed roomy suites. I am not crazy about the new open design, but still a nice room. Very clean. We stayed here for four nights starting June 5th. Due to an unexpected change in our itinerary we came a day early. Alysa and Jason (the night shift guy?) worked above and beyond to keep us in the same room for the rest of our stay. The hotel was full, so they had to do some serious juggling, but neither one gave up until they figured this out for us. Attentive service, with a smile, is so rare, please accept my thanks both of you! The room was clean enough (mildew in tub, hairs on floor) and h... Read more

We stay at Hampton Inns all the time. It's a reliable chain and I always know what I'm going to get. This seemed to be a good location for us to visit Mt. Rainier National Park and be close enough the next day to get to the airport in a reasonable time. And it was. The hotel is on a main strip through the city and not far from the highway. We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Puyallup for a long weekend while visiting family in the area. We really liked the hotel and the staff where very friendly. We would definitely stay again if we go back. The cute touches (pictures w/room number, decorated cups and cup copies, etc.) where a really nice touch. The room was roomy enough for 3 and the bed was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was good - different choices each day. And the make your own waffle option was fun.
