Stayed at this property 5 nights. All rooms face the waterfront with a view of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Nice hotel property, clean room, comfy beds. HDTV, micro, & coffee pot in room. Loud fridge and had to turn it off at night to get any sleep. Good internet connection. There are a couple of fast food joints within walking distance. Has 3 levels but 2nd level is street level (property built on a hillside). No elevators. Due to truck problems, called ahead before the deadline and chang... Read more

Port Orchard is a beautiful little town, across the bay from Seattle. But because the ferry doesn't run on an hourly schedule, it has escaped the traffic and constant motion of its neighbor. This hotel is the best option in Port Orchard. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. But it's the water view -- complete with battle ships in the distance -- that makes it truly distinctive. Book with confidence.

The desk gal was very welcoming. The room was average, but all rooms have views of the Sound. It was a good, easy to find location. We did not have the breakfast, but from what we saw, it was nothing special.

Stayed here back in 2013. Very nice hotel that is very close to Naval Shipyard Bremerton. And great views of the bay. The room was pretty nice and cheap. All in all a great hotel that i will for sure be staying at again next time i visit the bremerton area.

Right on the waterfront. You can open your curtains in you room and watch the water. Clean rooms and decent free breakfast. Very nice service also. They have frigerators and microwaves in each room with flat screen tvs.

As you can see by other reviews, this is a "water front" property. All rooms are on the bay side of the building, with only the Inn parking lot between the building and the waters edge. There are not rooms (except the front office) facing the boulevard out front. And the Inn is very close to lots of downtown and water front businesses. Looks like the rooms have been recently remodeled. Very nice. Unfortunately, the tap water, in this part of Port Orchard, is of not very good quality. I ex... Read more

I stayed here the first week of May for a wedding. The room was nice, the people were nice, and the view was wonderful! I loved staying here and will do so again! It was easy to get to and just a short trip to Poulsbo where the venue was located. I didn't have an ounce of trouble here and loved taking in the shipyard view!

The room was clean, looked like new tiles in the bathroom. I couldn't get the room heater to deliver any heat. The bed was quite comfortable. Amenities are few - free newspaper, for example. Location is convenient to downtown and the waterfront trail. No pool, hot tub or exercise equipment. The TV worked fine. The breakfast served in a room on the third floor was the usual dry cereal, waffles, pastries, green boiled eggs, juice. There is no elevator. My overall sense is that this accomm... Read more

This facility Sat on the bay. Very scenic view. Room was pretty small. The worst part was the TV. The volumn had been sat upon installation and that made our TV watching very unejoyable. There was no way to raise it. First night there, my husband had to go to the front desk for batteries for the remote. Next night, TV went out so front desk clerk came and had to adjust the cable connections and put more batteries in. No elevator. Breakfast served on 3rd floor, oh, if you can't do stairs, they wi... The Comfort Inn located on the bay overlooking the bay across from the Bremerton Shipyard was awesome! The Staff and amenities were outstanding! It also provided parking large enough for my vehicle and fifth wheel trailer during my stay!

Our Room was very nice, with a huge bath tub!š??? we were able to check in early and that was a nice plus, since we wanted to tour the area without having our luggage with us. Nice view of the bay and I like the vacation flyers in the lobby to let us know the area and when the ferry schedule was. Nice place to stay!!! Clean too!

Room was a nice size. View was ok. Heating and Cooling worked well. Nice TV, free wifi was a bit sketchy. Bed for some may have been ok, for us it was too firm. Shower had very little pressure. Free morning breakfast ends at 9am...this time might be fine for business travels during the week but ends a bit early for weekend vacation travels, so I can't review the breakfast.

We were greated by a friendly lady on the front desk and our room was clean and had everything we needed. The real plus is the location by the waters edge with a small beach, it was really nice sitting out there in the evening sun.

Our room looked out over the bay like most of the rooms in the motel. There was a fantastic breakfast in the morning. There is a picnic table and bench outside, where you can relax and enjoy the view also. It is located within walking distance of the town.

Very nice. Rooms clean . Loved the hotel being on the bay and with the bench and shelter house right on the water it made for a very relaxing place. It was so nice that they have grills at the shelter house because after being there a week and eating out grilled food was so good . Loved that it was just app. 5 minute walk to the ferry to Bremerton to catch the big ferry to Seattle . Everyone there was nice and helpful . ENJOYED VERY MUCH

This place is just fine for an overnight or two. Nothing really bad as long as you don't have Hilton expectations. Adequate breakfast for what these are. Coffee and something to get you through the morning. Well hey....a pretty nice water view!

Location is the best, can walk to town with shops and restaurants. We had our Corgi with us so we were on the first floor which is basically a view of cars in a parking lot with a view of the Port of Bremerton. The second and third floors I bet are wonderful (there is no elevator). Parking is nice and the staff is nice. However when I put items in the refrigerator I realized it wasn't working. I couldn't find the ice machine, so I went to the office. She told me there were controls inside the re... Read more

It's clean and well maintained. You will have a view of the navy yard across the water. Breakfast in the morning was good. It may not have enough parking spaces if the hotel is full. There are not many restaurants close by, so plan accordingly.

We stayed for 5 nights exploring the area and Seattle. The hotel is clean with friendly staff, breakfast runs from 6-9 and has your basics: coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, small fruit selection, yogurt, muffins and a waffle maker. Rooms have a shower (shower head is not powerful) and a tub, king bed was very comfy, microwave and fridge in room. Room is spacious and the housekeeping does a great job. Great views right outside your room as it backs onto the bay - you can see the ferries come and g... Read more

its a 3 minute walk, to the ferry, and a 7 min ferry ride ($2, bring cash, they don't make change) to the shipyard. this actually beats staying at the hotels across from the yard. The location is nice, Port Orchard has a few things to do. The hotel internet is actually fast, not throttled junk like just about everywhere else.

I gave this property 5 stars with the understanding that the price is very affordable. Clearly not to be compared with a 5-star hotel that is also literally 5 times as expensive. My first priority is that my room was clean and smelled fined. The bed was comfortable. Unlike many motels, even though next to a fairly busy road, the room opens away from the road and towards a relaxing view of the bay. Four or five good quality restaurants are only a 10 minute walk away. Definitely would return. I w... Read more

My wife and I stopped by Port Orchard after taking a cruise out of Seattle to visit the Debbie Macomber sights around town (which was pretty much a bust unfortunately). We arrived around 11 that morning and unfortunately they had no rooms but they were willing to hold our bags. After a day of walking around and riding the bus we got back and were given a room on the first floor. Unfortunately that meant carrying our bags down a flight of stairs (I guess up would have been worse but the view woul... Read more

The hotel itself is clean and straightforward with basic rooms and decor. The breakfast is what you'd expect - muffins, waffles, eggs, fruit, etc. I was satisfied with our experience and have no complaints. The location is great - a short walk from the downtown area with lots of restaurant options and some shops and is right on the bay with beautiful views of the water and Bremerton.

This small town hotel is cozy, clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Compared to the other choices that are in town, this one was, by far, the best! When we got to our room, on the third floor, the view was exceptional! We had a view of the Puget Sound, the Naval shipyard and the Olympic Mts. Completely breathtaking!
