This was my first stay at the brand new Hampton Inn & Suites, Pasco. If there were opening problems to work out, they seem to have done so. I'm a Hilton Honors member and a fan of the Hampton Brand. This property will continue to insure my loyalty. Great location, well appointed rooms and friendly, professional staff.

Visited the Hampton Inn & Suites at Pasco / Tri-cities in early June - they had just opened a week or so ago - some of the rooms weren't finished. The General Manager greeted us and was very friendly and accommodating. She was very excited about the property and was very enthusiastic. Had a great nights sleep and the exercise room and breakfast were terrific. Could use a bigger TV in the exercise room - or a couple more of them.

Overall I was very impressed with this hotel. It was evident when I got situated in my room that I was one of the first guests, if not THE first guest, to stay in it. It still had the "new car smell", even! What really impressed me, though, is that this new hotel seemed to include all the minor fixes and tweaks that I have thought could be well served at a Hilton property, from the very design of the counters and drawers in the bathroom and bedside tables, to the way the door for the bathroom al... Stayed here my wedding night since we had a plane trip in the early morning. Amazing room, sad we could not stay for breakfast. Being close to the airport they might consider having EARLY breakfast starting at 4 am instead of 6 am.

We were staying her for a tournament at Trac. Great staff, clean rooms, wonderful facility. Breakfast is complimentary and has a great selection. Beds are comfortable. Very traveler friendly facility. Only complaint is rooms would get hot at night. Would set temperature control at bedtime and would woke up twice to it being 80 degrees in the room. I will continue to return time again.

This is a beautiful property with very nice touches. The rooms are beautifully designed and the bed linens are luxurious - very impressive! My kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was excellent and there were several unexpected items (whipped cream and berries for waffles), the omelettes and potatoes were delicious. The staff were extremely courteous and bent over backwards to help me and my family. The location is very accessible to highways and local businesses. If you... Read more

Good hotel and beautifully decorated. The faucet in the bathrooms needs to be addressed and I know the hotel is aware of it. The spout sticks out way to far splashing water every where but the sink. So you pretty much have to just barely crack open the water. Have been coming to this area about twice a year for 8 years now for work. Great location close to highway access. Near restaurants many in walking distance. Very helpful and friendly staff. Large rooms suitable for the working business traveller including good size desk and sofa. The only minor flaw is the sink faucet is ill designed and it extents over 2/3 into the sink so if you forget, you get wet every time you turn it on. Hotel is two months old so hopefully the will work it out...otherwise it would be rated by me at 5 stars.
