Stayed overnight here December 2015. Room was clean, comfortable and had newer beds and bedding. Not luxury by any means but was good value for our money. Would definitely stay again. Offered breakfast as part of rate as well but opted to go across the street to IHOP.

The initial room I was given was abysmal. Both of the chairs were badly stained, as was the bed skirt - they should have been discarded with the other random pieces of furniture scattered beneath the stairwell.... I asked for another room, and the 2nd was considerably better. The hotel is just off the Interstate highway, so expect the noise that goes with, and use the fan for white noise. The front desk staff member when checking out seemed great - checking in was not so much. If I'm ever throug... Read more

I haven't stayed here for quite a while. I am use to getting a lesser quality room at a lot of them when given a pet room. The carpet was dirty in a few spots. The extra safety door latch the wood was splintered and looked like it had been abused. I kept having trouble with my card in the door. (I don't think it was me) The mat in the bathtub had some white paper type stuff stuck to it on the underside that would wash out when showering and plug the drain. The wifi worked great, the beds were v... Read more

We needed to overnight close to the Tulip Festival in order to get an early start and were pleasantly surprised by the customer service and cleanliness of the this Quality Inn. We were late arriving and Amanda at the front desk welcomed us like family, checking us in quickly and answering all our questions with genuine care and patience. Her kindness was the beginning of one of the most enjoyable trips we have had. Interesting how one person can set the tone and perspective for your whole exper... Read more

I've stayed a most of the hotels in the Mt. Vernon/Burlington area, and the Quality Inn stands out among the crowd. There are cheaper hotels (beware all-night train whistles at Cocusa, run-down Days Inn), but if you want a good hotel at a reasonable price, the Quality Inn is your best option. The Quality Inn has a lot going for it. Location: right off the freeway exit, across the street from Walmart and IHOP, short walk to Arby's, Burger King, Dairy Queen, and a short drive to numerous restaur... Read more

The man who checked me into my room was very friendly and this hotel can truly say they are pet friendly. The encounters I've had with other members of this hotel have equally been just as friendly. They worked with me on providing me a discounted rate for an unknown extended stay while my husband is recovering in the hospital and all I had to do was ask. The only reason it's not a 5 star rating is that it could use some updating but everything was clean.

Had to stay at hotel that accepted my companies Credit Card. First two day NO HOT WATER or fridge in room called and visited front desk nothing. The 3 day called male clerk handled my problem and offered to move me to a different room also due to noise. Hotel is older and in need of a face lift it could be nice but really showing it age.

Comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, soft towels, great breakfast, friendly staff, quiet, close to Walmart for all those things you forgot. A great beginning point for the cascades. Only reason for not giving it a 5 is that it needs updating.

We checked in a little late but the front desk staff was friendly, helpful & efficient. My husband is a light sleeper so we always request a top floor. They said that they were very full but to accommodate our request they upgraded our room to a suite at no extra charge. It was a maintenance nightmare: -The toilet in 1 of the 2 bathrooms didn't flush -the sink in the kitchen drained slowly -entry door latch didn't work unless you messed with the inside door knobknob. -deadbolt didn't work at... My mother and I stayed here with my two young children while visiting family. I will start off by saying I am more of a Marriott hotel or nicer type gal but I did go in with a open mind on the fact this would not be the same level of quality. Staff was very friendly, there is a computer in the small lobby area for general use. This hotel has outside room entrances. There is an elevator near the lobby to get to the second level which we stayed on. I was able to get a room away from facing the fre... Read more

We stayed in that Motel close to Highway 5 south and the railway . First we had to change rooms, as their were water coming down from the ceiling, than the room was very noisy, you could hear the train the whole night and the car rushing down Highway 5

Checked in Friday 7/1/16. The pics of the hotel rooms are not accurate. We received 2 run down rooms, one had a broken light in the bathroom and they were not cleaned well, they had hair all over the chairs. Carpeting was old and disgusting. Beds were comfy and staff was friendly but the hotel interior is pretty disgusting. Pool is very small.

Yes it's located 100m from the i5, no it's not taj mahal, but for the price paid it served the purpose nicely. Hbo on the telly was a plus. Running out of decaf coffee at breakfast is a minus. Less said bout the food at brekky" it's egg, James, but NOT as we know it" , sums it up. Sugary stuff, taste free zone.

I guess I didn't expect a lot from this hotel because I had already read the other travelers reviews. But I was hoping for a good nights sleep. The room was very noisy from traffic ,and trains. The parking lot is tiny. The room didn't smell clean. We paid way too much for the room.

It was tough to get a room on Labor Day weekend so we were happy just to get this one at all. Yes, very noisy. Yes, small rooms that could be updated and cleaner. Yes, expensive. When it's almost ten at night, you're tired and you've checked about a dozen other places for a room and were told that nobody in the area has a room tonight then this will do.

My family stayed here in June 2016 while my husband rode in a charity bike ride. The rooms are bilevel with an upstairs! Great! A great stay! There was a crazy windstorm and the whole county lost power, I felt like the hotel handled it as best they could. At the time my hubby reserved the room for the same bike ride in Aug 2016. He did not ride but forgot to cancel the reservation. When we did not show, the hotel called us. To make a long story short they did not charge us!! Even thoug... Read more

We booked this a month ago and g8t a good rate. Decent enough for a one night stay. Free simple breakfast and wifi. We had two comfy queen beds. Since the doors open to the parking lot, you can expect some noise and not the cleanest carpets.

The Quality Inn was ok for a one night stop. Rooms were a little stale smelling. Tv didn't get NBC or CBS, but it got HBO . Beds were comfy. They didn't have a handicapped room available, but the they gave me a suction bar, which to my surprise was really sturdy. Breakfast was standard fare. Eggs were awful. There was a small pool and hot tub, but we never made it there to try it. All in all it was just ok.

We got a free upgrade to a suite which was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Try to get a room away from the interstate. Breakfast was satisfactory except for the eggs and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.
