There's not spectacular about this hotel. When I visited it was under construction. They have breakfast that is complimentary. There are only 5 floors in this hotel. Rooms are nice and spacious. Overall a nice hotel. It is really pretty quiet, even with the construction.

My family stayed 3 nights at this hotel last week. They are still undergoing some major renovations. They don't do work early in the morning, so you don't have to worry about noise. The hotel wasn't crowded and the rooms have recently been renovated. The breakfast was good and the food was fresh. There is plenty of parking and it's free. Our volleyball club stayed here last year and this year. Our experience was wonderful before but even better this trip. Although they are under construction for improvements, we did not experience any noise or inconvenience. The restaurant was wonderful and took amazing care of our hungry vball players, even going so far as to open early to accommodate us. (They also have room service.) The hotel is under construction, so it is a little bit harder to get around. Most everything was great; however, when I checked in on my cell phone, I ordered extra pillows. The pillows were there when we arrived; however, when the cleaning staff came through the next day, they took the pillows back. I called down to the front desk to ask for the pillows again, and they could only find 1 extra. We were there for 3 nights, so it made the stay a little less comfortable as we ended up bringing ... The hotel was undergoing extensive renovation of which we were unaware. We could have easily coped had it not been for the rude treatment by the night manager, as well as the check-in staff. We were not given our quoted price as we had an extra person. When I asked that our rate be honored, we were treated in an extremely unprofessional manner, not like any other Hilton that I have stayed with. Certainly not up to the Hilton name and pledge to make your stay right. I would never recommend this h... Read more

They provide the best service of any hotel chain that I have ever used. Prior to my retirement I travelled the State of Washington as an auditor, and wish I would have been aware of the Embassy Suites before I retired. It is the best, making us feel like we are returning home, and assuring us that the "special extra step" is always given to us by them!!

We had a bad experience. They wouldn't let us use our Hilton honors points and there was a dirty wash cloth in the shower when we arrived to our room. It took two phone calls to the front desk to get them to remove the towel. They said they would make it up to us and they did nothing!

We've stayed several times at the Embassy Suites in Lynnwood, WA. We knew this visit would land us in the middle of their major remodel, especially the lobby. Everything about our stay was great in spite of what should have felt chaotic. The facility was clean and quiet. The areas that were impacted were cordoned off and easy to avoid. The evening reception and morning breakfast were excellent. The staff was cheerful and professional.

We had a family gathering in Seattle and I selected this Embassy Suites based on location and amenities. The breakfast at this location was spectacular. We enjoyed it immensely. Rooms were large, nice, clean, and beds were comfy. Called for pillows and after 3+ hours - called again, then I had to go to desk with no apology except some points after I went to the desk. The reason why we picked this hotel was because according to its own website it was due to complete recent renovations by the end of May. We visited at the end of June and found that the renovations were not complete. Building work wasn't being carried out but there were areas closed off. I have frequented this hotel for five years and continue to return since the room, accommodations, and staff never disappoint. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; If eating at the hotel, the food consistently satisfying, and the service is prompt and authentic. Last but not least, I personally appreciate the real breakfast provided by Embassy and not the pre-packaged food used by too many hotels.

Getting into hotel was awful. Even reservation put me in a promotional campaign which wasted 30 minutes until I hung up. Entrance to hotel so far from hotel and not clearly signed. Parking very limited at hotel check-in and few carts for luggage. Banquet meat unedible.

We stayed one night on a sept weekend. The hotel is fine. Clean, staff members are kind and the breakfast is average/good. The only problem would be the age. They're under renovation, what is good, but it seemed to us that it will be restrict to the building itself. Out mattress was really old and that made our night somewhat uncomfortable. The really outstanding feature of this hotel is the access to downtown Seattle. It is located near I-05 and you get to downtown in 15 minutes!

A dream hotel featuring everything you want and personnel that know how to serve. From the minute I arrived to the time of leaving it was too short. I wanted more time to enjoy my room and surrounding area activities which were provided. The rooms are large with a sitting area and television and then the bedroom with large bathroom facilities. Plenty of room for luggage and places to sit; use computer or write at the desk.

Was reserved this hotel for a conference held at the Lynwood Convention Center. Upon arrival I was surprised to find that the check-in desk was located in a most unusual spot of the hotel, it was on the side in what appeared to be the restaurant and lounge area. Although I arrived quite early, about 90 min, I was given the go for check-in. It was a quick and easy process, given that I was the only one there at the time. The Hilton Group of hotels always come through with providing a great travel experience. We stay at these hotels often when we travel. Love the suites, the breakfast, the Manager's welcome, the pool and fitness center. Our stay at the Embassy Suites this time was no different.
