Excellent stay, currently writing this barefoot as i write. The ultimate test of an actually well cleaned and maintained room. This room is actually bigger than the pictures online make it to be. Again, the room is very clean and a fresh smell, like clean air and no fruity or harsh chemicals. If your looking for a budget and clean/comfortable room, this place is perfect!

Had to stopover after getting a flat tire! The towman recommended the hotel, so not knowing the area i took his word. The hotel was perfect for me. A nice clean and comfortable room, area was nice and safe, i walked down to starbucks and next door to some korean restaurant! That place is great! Staff was kind and the little breakfast to go in the morning was a nice touch to a budget inn like this! But dont expect a Hilton, this is a budget inn that is clean and comfortable. Also i had to stay an... Read more

I should've listened to other reviewers. had to get buzzed in to the office. Fast/easy check in. Room was very dated, toilet would spray water from the water inlet on the underside of the toilet when flushed. Shower head was constantly leaking. I wore shoes the whole time. It was slightly off the beaten path, so not a lot of foot traffic. Cheaper than staying in Tacoma proper. I probably would not go back.

My family and i got to stay here during the guitar festival over at the Tacoma Dome! Great little hotel, there was free self parking which is great in an event town! Also the room had really fast wifi and hulu on the TV got to watch my favorite shows. Room was very clean and freshly shampooed. Would love to come back if attending an event in the Tacoma area.

The hotel room had hair on the floor and sheets, the sheets were dirty and extremely cheap. I was willing to try and overlook the minor cleanliness issues and just go to the front office and exchange them for new ones. I removed the pillow case and THERE WAS BLOOD ON THE PILLOW! The pillow looked as if someone or something had pee'd on it. I then removed the sheets only to discover that there was hair AND BLOOD ON THE MATTRESS! I immediately went to the front office to get a new room or a refund... Read more

I reserved this room and had I known the area and the quality I would have paid an extra 20.00 and stayed up the road. The photos say it all. The staff were nice enough but the room was like I was stepping back into a motel 6 of 30 years ago. It's on a street where all the bars are and the girl at the desk was concerned about visitors after 830 PM and "if they saw you on a camera" with unregistered visitors you will be charged $150.00. Don't stay here unless you have to. I never complain but ... Read more

This hotel property is very poorly laid out. They have plenty of rooms, but parking is abysmal. They can NOT accommodate a full hotel with cars, much less those guests with trucks. The other issue is lack of proper housekeeping. It's pretty obvious that if you have 2 queen beds and three guests, one towel and washcloth is not enough. When you go to the front desk to ask for additional linens, they try to give you bath mats instead of towels. TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW. The second night the desk c... Read more

Stayed here with my daughters and service dogs. They would not allow my dogs in the room. I paid for a pet room and they stated the only pet room was demolished by a previous guest. They ended up calling the police on us and would not refund my money. It was dirty, filthy. And the pet area look like a hazardous place. Could not eat breakfast in the room. Has a charge for everything, even if you took the breakfast back to your room. Plus a hefty deposit. Police was called but they told them eithe... Read more

My wife and I needed a cheap hotel at the last minute, however I had very poor phone service while trying to find a hotel so I wasn't able to take the time I normally do when researching a room. All I saw was that this place had 4/5 stars, and with that, we booked a room for later in the evening. I wish I had taken the time to read the recent reviews and check what kind of area it's in because it appears this place has gone downhill in the last couple of months (I overheard an employee say they'... Great price for a quick stop on our road trip. Room was large and clean. Furniture and carpet a little dated but more than adequate. We had hoped to walk to a restaurant but the choices were limited, still less than a 5 minute taxi to lots of choices. Will stay again AND recommend to others.

I got scared when the desk clerk told me I'd be charged for guests after 8 as if I was a hooker. They're worried about smoking in rooms, but when people stand outside to smoke it blows in to the room through the AC vent. My room did not reek of smoke but twice it was if someone was smoking in my room in the middle of the night and I woke up coughing. Still it was cheap. And it was clean. It wasn't far from a great bagel place. I spent time at Defiance Point which is beautiful. The wifi did no... Read more

this motel stole my money! they accepted my debit card for the reservation payment, but since they do not take debit cards for making their deposit fee surprise payment when I got there, they said I have to make a cash deposit payment. I was not previously aware of any extra payment so I didn't prepare for that. so they refused me the room. but still charged me for staying. this place is not the place to stay.

Clean room. Reasonable price and good staff. And around the hotel, there are big grocery market and i could buy some stuff what i need . Also wifi is so fast . The breakfast is not 100percent i agree, but that is not bigdeal for me . Because therr are some restaurants near the hotel So i don't mind the breakfast. If you have a small money you should visit this hotel.

Nice budget inn, the staff was kind. Close to restaurants and other things like the Zoo and the JBLM base. Nothing fancy, and nothing like a dive. The room was good and very cheap, very nice and cute girl at the front desk name Ally.

The rooms are clean and the staff go out of their way to help. The breakfast is nicely done with plenty of choices and is in a spacious area with plenty of seating and TVs to watch the news on. Parking spaces are large minimizing door ding problems.

Pet friendly and great night clerk that was the most helpful person I have met doing his job. He made the hotel a 2/5 otherwise it would have been a 0. Room not clean. Holes in the rugs etc. Breakfast was various pastries in plastic bags. But the yogurt was good and the bananas too.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and will never stay here again! The room was not clean: 1- hairs in the bathroom sink 2-stains in the sheets and carpet 3-Mold on the shower surround 4-Holes and cracks in the walls The room was suppose to be a no smoking room but smelled heavily of smoke. Did not smell clean! When I arrived I had booked the hotel for 2 nights but after seeing the condition I asked to cancel the reservation and they refused. So I asked to at least cancel the 2nd ... I had to be out of town for a meeting so I went online searching for hotels nearest the session. This location came up on a price search so I called the location to make my reservation so I could ask for a few specifics like ground floor on the front side of the building. The on-duty clerk, let's call them "T", advised me to book online for the best discounted rate then call back to confirm the special requirements. That's one point on a 100-point scale. I did my reservation online, called "T" b... Read more
