Old condominiums in the middle of nowhere turned into a hotel without updating anything (except hanging Flat screen TVs). Large rooms, quiet and some friendly staff. Unfortunately, the positives stops there. Kind of run down, horrible carpet, toilet tissue and towels like sand paper, paper plate, plastic spoon and fork (no knives, I wonder why?) at breakfast (Average quality except for the worst coffee on the planet tasting more like juices from an old sock (At least I imagine it would taste lik... When visiting this hotel, the trash can outside was overflowed and a eye sore. The pool was closed the whole 7 days of our stay. The computer was down, and there were shady people hanging around the premises. We were told the fitness center opened at 6am, and the sign posted has 8am. When entering the fitness center in the mornings there was someone sleep on the floor or in the balcony area, and they would always say they just finished working out, even though the fitness center was locked and ... Not a bad place. The rooms feel like you're at home either their size. Something either need updating or replacement or even just a general fixing. The grounds are well kept besides a few little things here and there that I noticed. Such as 2 masive read trees. But other than that very nice place to stay. I enjoyed my 3 weeks there and slept great.

This property is not well managed. There is no on-site manager and the second-level manager is letting the property deteriorate. The rooms are nice enough, but the facility is beginning to show wear. Housekeeping does a good job of keeping things clean. Linens and towels are bargain store quality, though. When I checked in, the bathroom sink didn't drain properly. I informed them at the desk and was told it would be taken care of that day. The following day the bathroom sin... Read more

Initially, it was because of its proximity to SeaTac Airport, the fact that they had free 24 hour shuttle service, and you could leave your car parked on their property while you traveled for up to a week or more, free of charge. This hotel had 3.4 stars on a Google search but less than that on other hotel sites. I figure it would average out to the high 2s or a 3. For the amount I paid for the room I expected better quality but then realized the price reflected the low availability of rooms in the area in general. The room looked and felt old. The carpet was stained and the furniture and walls banged up. The only pros were that the room was spacious and the shower had good water pressure.

Room wreaked like weed. The place was so filthy I wanted to burn my clothes and take multiple showers when I got home. Empty liquor bottles all over the grounds. Dudes drinking and sitting on cars outside the window all night. When we checked out the front desk staff didn't even ask how our stay was. They must have known. Let me start by saying they ended up comping my nights stay and that the staff were pleasant (they did the best they could given the circumstance). That being said, I'm shocked that the Wyndham name is associated with this property. It's gross. The buildings are old apartments that have been converted, but not upgraded. The worst part though is two kitchen cabinets were missing and the maintenance man offered to fix them, I said tomorrow would be best, he never came back to fix it. Under the sink I found MOLD. Two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen (including dishwasher) and fireplace. Nice lookking pool and fitness center. And a great price to boot! This property was built as an apartments complex but was converted over to a suite hotel. Windham is getting the place spiffed up (our unit was fine although a little "worn"). The person at reception said they were restaffed just a couple weeks ago (Sep 2016). Excellent value. The free hot breakfast was a bit hectic (busy and some items ran out) but adequa... Read more

I will never stay at another Wyndham hotel. I've given a few Ramada Inns a try in Seattle and Northern CA but this Harthorn was by far the worse place ever. I planned to stay there all week and ask for a refund after 1 night. The check-in process took more than 40 minutes, I got a smoking room and shady characters were in the hotel premises. The next morning, I see 3 police vehicles at the lobby (there was a domestic disturbance).

Cant rant or excitedly rave about this place. Not bad at all, feels like an apartment. Place was clean and decor was simple and not outdated. The bathroom and kitchen could use a facelift, but both were clean, well equipped and comfortable to use. No complaints. I like that each unit comes with its own enclosed privacy patio and/or balcony

This hotel is an apartment complex turned into a hotel. That was not clear when it was booked. The entry to my room had several spiders. I asked the front desk to have maintenance take care of it. I was told they would. Nothing happened. When I asked the following day, I was told "if we try to get rid of them, they will just come back." After I was told to walk the "hotel" property (at night, alone, in the dark, as a single female) I found one apartment with only two spiders and moved all of ... Read more

I wasn't sure what to expect considering the wildly mixed reviews online, but all in all, we were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves in a two bedroom/2 bath apartment with a kitchen for under $120/night. On top of that, we really appreciated the free shuttle services that picked us up to the airport (though this one took about 45 minutes), took us to our concert venue, and also got us to the light rail the next day. Also a free continental breakfast - not mindblowingly delicious by any stret... Read more

Large two bedroom suite with full kitchen was better than expected. It was more like a small apartment. Overall, a good experience. Pet friendly, but didn't see any other dogs but ours. Plenty of grass. The room suffered a little from small maintenance issues; but other than that very pleasant. Would stay again for sure.

The hotel has a nice location away from the interstate but still fairly close to the airport. Leaves were changing color when I was there in October; very pretty. I was coming back from a few weeks of traveling and had a box of frozen fish with me. The full size refrigerator with freezer was great; the box fit in the freezer and kept everything frozen.

Nice layout with enough space and a decently equipped kitchen. You will have a perfectly comfortable stay. A little maintenance and attention to detail would make a big difference, taking my rating from average to very good. The make-up mirror in the bathroom was detached from the stand with the mirror sitting on the sink. Dust balls on the valance of the lights in the bathroom. Icemaker turned off without ice in the refrigerator and no ice machine anywhere in the hotel.

We did a 2 night stay and were a little surprised to find the these are what look to be former apartments or condo's. Our room was not well maintained, there were broken handles on the oven, missing cupboard and cabinet pieces in the bathrooms, and the refrigerator was leaking water on the inside. The room as also very warm upon our arrival and it took some time to cool down once we figured out how to work the thermostat.

We've stayed at this hotel for a couple of years. The rooms were in good shape with everything working. But the last 6 months that isn't the case. Our last stay the toilet wouldn't flush. Reported it to the front desk but it wasn't fixed. There has been other problems as well. The Go FAST Award 3,000 point can only be used for handicap smoking rooms. The bathrooms for these rooms don't have a counter and shower heads are lower.

I have never felt the need to write a hotel review and I have stayed at a lot of hotels while traveling for my job over the past 16 years. I usually always stayed at a Marriott or Holiday Inn. I needed a room for a quick overnight stay in Seattle for a funeral and this looked to be a good deal. When I arrived the staff was friendly enough but stayed in their chair while talking to me and getting me situated. When I got to my room, and went to lock the door you could see where the lock had... Read more

Wyndham needs to do some serious upgrading on this property to support the price I paid per night. There were holes in the wall, when you sat on the loveseat (the only seats to watch TV) the left side had broken springs, filthy stove and even worse oven, the jets on the Jacuzzi showed chipped paint and the one bathroom shower was so ridiculously high (the head was probably 7 feet above you) you had to be a giant to use it. Wow. We needed a place for 5 ppl so this option came up. When we checked in the reception roof had leaked and it was all ripped up for 6 months. Walked to our townhouse and people are smoking everyone outside and just lurking around. Finally found our room and it was freezing no heat to found. It was so dirty. I would not feel safe there at night. We immediately checked out. Do not stay here. Run. Go. Find something else. This should not even be an option to book. Horrifying.

Nice stay. The staff was helpful and kind. My husband and I spent 6 nights and found the room to be spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was nice to have. Breakfast consisted of the regular things scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, etc. The rooms are set up like apartments style. I would suggest asking for room close to lobby so you don't have to walk very far outside to get to breakfast room. Would definitely stay again when we are back in the SeaTac area.
