My boyfriend had to stay in Kent area for work for 4 weeks and we were on a budget so this place just had to do. The room was tiny, dark, damp and it stank of urine - carpet had urine stains on it, from a person or a dog - it could have been either one since they allow pets in rooms. The smell coming out of the AC was even worse. On the first day I got some Febreeze ans Lysol and sprayed down all the surfaces, carpet, and the bed just so we could breathe through the night. Kitchenette was covere... Read more

The staff is always friendly and professional. Our room was great. It just had been remodeled with new carpet and beds. We stayed here while our new home was being completed. For the price it's a good place to stay. While we were here we never had any problems. We would recommend here especially if you need a residence on a temporary basis.

This hotel is cheap but not worth even the chap price! Hotel office staff were pleasant to deal with. The hotel was a MESS and disgustingly dirty! Hair all over the floor, in the shower and stuck to the bath towels. No drain plugs, no fan in the bathroom, dirty & stained carpet. Bedspread looked dirty and was just thrown on the bed (full size, not queen size bed). Two pillows that felt like bricks! The kitchenette that was advertised contained NOTHING. Had to ask for dishes at the office ... Read more

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and oh boy, right when I stepped into the hotel room, I can smell the smoke from the cigarette!! Each time I stepped into the hotel room, it smelled like that. It was nice to have a kitchen but the first night I stayed, I started getting lumps on my right arm and at first, I thought I was allergic to some food/drink I had but I have no allergies to food/drink!! The second night, I started seeing lumps on my left arm and my right leg. Then, it started to itch a... Read more

This place was horrid. Not only do they close the office at 7 so you have to track the manager down, they charged my business card and let me pay with my personal card and put charges on both cards. Then they place me and my friend on opposed sides of the 3rd floor. But wait. I have COPD I had to drag a cpap machine and suite case up 3 flights of stairs, because they failed to tell me the elevator was out. Stairs that had Crack heads in the stair well getting high. I was terrified. My friend on... Read more

The front desk person was extremely rude. The grounds are disgusting. Cigarette butts and other garbage all over the dead lawns. This is how I would imagine how the worst housing project would be.It's not the neighborhood that is scary, it's the long term tenants that live there. The parking lot has numerous broken down cars, ie. broken windows, shabby tarps, and a few I'm sure were being lived in.I wish I would have taken pictures of how extremely bad this place is. You would be appalled. But I wa... Read more
