When in doubt of where to stay in new area, always look for a Holiday Inn Express is my new Moto, esp. If you ask if they are refurbished or new! This was a beautiful place with its Great Pillows, comfortable bed...it is a new hotel, nicely laid out, great area across from Shopping.... The hall to the Elevator was narrow, on main floor, but that was no issue. You get a voucher for breakfast and order off menu. It. Was very good, not the usual buffet. Night receptionist Angela was fantastic!... Read more

Stayed here for 3 nights. Friendly staff. Breakfast not included, but not that expensive. Housekeeping is really good and timely. Rooms are not that spacious but standard. Lighting can be little better. Lobby is really well decorated. Front desk staff is very proactive and friendly. Kids friendly too.

We really enjoyed our visit at the Holiday Inn at Issaquah. Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived late. They recommended eating at the bar in the Hotel. We did and wow it was great. We had the best claim chowder and Fish and Chips. The fish is cut fresh and battered on site. The hotel is updating but we could not see any inconvenience to us. Clean and fresh surroundings. Breakfast was delicious and served quickly so we could get to our meeting in Bellevue. We were only 16 minutes fro... Read more

We had a broken water pipe that damaged our home and lived here for six weeks. Fine, considerate staff, spotlessly clean, good breakfast and dinner, very popular and good bar. Ample parking, very nice pool and exercise facility, very convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful. If I can praise a hotel where I had to stay for six weeks you can bet it is very good indeed.

I was there to complete business in the area. You can walk to the bus station ... Approx 15-22 minutes on Gilman Blvd. You can walk across the street to PCC or Costco for a bite ....if you do not want to eat at the hotel. Helpful staff. Pool open at the end of May. Fee for airport transportation was about $5.00 more than Uber.

Rooms have been updated, very clean and service was good upon checking. front desk was helpful in answering my questions about the area. Property location is a bit out of the way for business in SEA but if visiting this area it fine. there are several stores and restaurants in close proximity. The HI shuttle driver dropped us at our meeting location with no issues, and was happy to swing through Starbucks for us!

Nice hotel in this area. Close to downtown by bus, about 30 minutes and comfortable. The pool is nice, only complaints are that it does not have a hot tub and breakfast is not included. There is a restaurant inside you can pay for it if you want.

I prefer the Holiday Inn Express's so this stay was a little disappointing. There wasn't anything really wrong with the stay other than we had to change rooms in order to be able to connect to their WiFi. If you absolutely need WiFi make sure and request a room that has a strong signal. From what I gathered from the front desks some of the rooms have bad connections (or in our case non at all) if they are too far from the router. The in hotel Bar/Restaurant was pretty good we ate breakfast there... Read more

The room was very clean, quiet, and everyone who worked there was so nice. It was a great stopover on our way to Snoqualmie Falls. (I hope I spelled that correctly.) We had a nice breakfast and learned there's a great natural food co-op across the street for picking up picnic supplies.

Clean and comfortable. Workout room was small, but had good equipment. Only downside was the room was at the end of the elevator corridor, which also had the self-serve laundry room. Convenient for coming and going, but not so much for a quiet night.

Stayed for four nights. Everything was fine. Easy on and off the freeway. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room had everything we needed, and more. Restaurant food was fine; excellent breakfast menu. Near an excellent park for walking/jogging, Lake Sammamish State Park. This hotel was recommended by friends. I also recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

The rooms are always clean, the food is always good, the breakfast has lots of options, close to the attractions such as the fish hatchery, and love to have a few drinks with friends and visiting with Leeanne the Bartender.

Unlike any other Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. Really have no idea why they do not provide refrigerators in the room, perhaps to prod guests to eat in the restaurant. They seem to want to be upscale (with prices that match) but come on, it's Holiday Inn for Pete??s sake. Desk staff were obtuse which did not help matters (question - "Is breakfast included"; answer "You have to order off the menu" -- why not just say "no it isn't")

no fridge no microwave. Way over priced for the value you get. Bonus it's still 200.00+US a night cheaper than downtown Seattle. The rooms are clean and quite. Close enough to Safco and football stadium

I travel frequently on business in both Canada and the USA, often staying at HI or HI Express properties. This location is pricier than most, however, most likely reflects the generally pricier Seattle "East Side" / Issaquah area. Nice, very clean hotel with personable, friendly and conscientious staff. Though this is an older property (1980s'?) , all was good with this stay and location was ideal for business in the Issaquah area. I recommend this property and would stay here again. Great servi... Checked in there a few weeks back for 2 nights. On the 3rd day when it was time to check out, I called the front desk and asked for a late checkout, I believe they said they would give me an extra hour. And I mentioned that I might stay one more night and they had my credit card on file. My extra hour was up and I was still packing everything up and trying to get out of there, but for some reason I fell asleep on the bed (my fault) and not sure how much time went by, maybe a couple hours. Check in was smooth, my daughter is on crutches so the lady that checked us in told us if we drove to the end of the building we were just two doors in. That was very nice of her, my daughter really appreciated That! Very clean and updated room, only 6 minutes from my sister's house and 15 minutes from the church we had to go to a memorial service at. Very quiet, only thing was the landscapers at 10:30 p.m. with the leaf blowers for about 20 minutes. That was very annoying after a very long day... Read more

I was with a group of people there to have a booth at a local festival. We had 6 rooms and for many years this group has stayed at this hotel. We were treated very well and will certainly stay there again. There was a little mixup on the price we thought we would pay but the hotel was very gracious and refunded us the overcharge in a prompt manner...thank you so much for your great service

On my recent business visit to Issaquah, i had the opportunity to stay here one night and my stay was very comfortable. This property is located close to corporate offices, dowtown Issaquah and many restaurants. The rooms are very clean and the beds are one of the most comfortable I have come across. The restroom was clean and over all the place looked new. Staff was friendly and they also had a free shuttle to get around.

The building was circa 1975 but remodeled so I was hopeful because Hampton was booked. Neighbors door slams and sounds like it's coming through my room...over and over and over again. Neighbors shower sounds like a pipe broke in my bathroom and as I sat on the bed it made old coil spring noises...felt very out dated. Frankly, I don't like staying here but I had no choice this time. Sorry, can't recommend this place at all.

We stayed at this hotel for a Husky game. Waaaaaay more affordable than Seattle and VERY convenient location for us since we drive I-90 from the east side of the state. I know "budget hotel" can have a negative connotation, but in this case it's a big positive because the value was GREAT! Issaquah also has a shopping area with grocery stores and restaurants in close proximity. The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. Great breakfast options at the hotel restaurant (not complimentary, though). ... Read more
