Nicely appointed lobby & room. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Underwhelmed by amenities - only HBO & limited stations - no premium. Chintzy bath products. Motel 6-style paper cups. Lacking luxury. Restrictive internet policy. Bar/Restaurant dated in design & ambience. Not good value.

I stay at the HGI Issaquah every week as it is convenient to my work and meets my needs well. Because I am there frequently, the staff knows me and is very accommodating. The lobby is nice, the rooms clean and updated and the restaurant is more than adequate for all three meals. I would definitely recommend.

Our room was good, clean and well-appointed. The staff was well-trained and efficient. Really the only negative was the television system. The set-up offered no possibility for movies and no way to see what was actually playing on the various channels.

This is a very nice hotel. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was only a couple minutes away from the wedding I attended, so that was great. Their breakfast buffet was yummy. I wanted to give a 5 rating, but I just couldn't because I wasn't able to sleep well both nights I stayed due to noise. There were other guests coming and going all night long both nights, talking, opening and closing doors, tv, etc. I could hear it all very well inside my room and I don't think the... Read more

Room really exceeded expectations. I was expecting a basic vanilla corporate hotel room. But the bed was very comfortable, and the keurig coffee machine was a very welcome touch. Breakfast was unpretentious, but very well executed. Staff was very friendly, and assisted with ease every request.

Stayed here one night in a 2 queen room. Arrived very late and left very early so we were not able to walk the grounds. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, nice bath accessories, etc. We were the first guests for breakfast and were greeted by a staff member who took our order for the made-to-order omelet or eggs. Very nice breakfast room with large TV's for viewing morning world news. We only had one mix-up with using our HH points for the $12.98 per person br... Read more

Room was quiet and clean and the building was impressive. Very nice but at this price it would have been nice to have breakfast included. The room was very nice and quiet. The hot tub was very hot and seemed to be high in chlorine, it was closed the last day we were there, perhaps to fix this problem. The fridge whined while on

I have stayed here before, and the location is very convenient. There is a new Homewood Suites next doors that is newer, nicer and has better amenties (but costs $40 more per night). The rooms need some modest upgrades, as items like closet doors and plugs were not all working as they should have. They probably should consider offering a complimentary breakfast in order to stay competitive.

Nice property but need more family suites. We love a hotel with a family room with a door to the bedroom. Some can stay up and some can sleep. 2 King beds are ideal. Property is very pricey for the area. Parking is not good. Had to park very far away in the adjacent hotels parking lot. Service in breakfast area was very slow. We had to find our own cups, silverware, but then they acted like they wanted it more full service. Clearly their system is working. Clean rooms and property. Ni... Read more

From the clerk to the bartender to housekeeping, the service was excellent. The grounds are nice and the décor is welcoming. Large lobby and nicely decorated. Good equipment in the fitness center. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Close to a great grocery store and Starbucks. Very safe location and lots of parking. It is a step above the standard HGI and I will definitely stay here every time I am in Issaquah.

We had just return from 18 days of amusement parks in Orlando plus 17 hours of travel day. We picked this hotel because you are right outside Seattle, wont fight the traffic in the morning. Stayed on a bicycle trip of 35 days .... the $191 price tag seemed a bit steep for what was an average nice room with no breakfast and basic internet. We had no issues but felt the price was about 30 - 50 too much for an average room. I was underwhelmed..... for example we are staying in a $100 room tonight in Gold Bar WA -- and the shower head is light years better than the one at the Hilton.

We're Diamond level HHonors members, and make a point of staying at Hilton properties whenever possible. Because we're Diamond-level members, we can often upgrade to a higher level room at no cost. This time, we were able to upgrade to a two-room king suite with 1 1/2 bath. It had all the standard HGI features: comfortable bed, modern furnishings, upper level toiletries. We loved it! It's what you expect from HGI, clean and spacious room, ample work space and good internet connection. Everyone I encountered from the staff was very friendly and helpful. This area has high hotel demand, so prices are probably more than you'd expect to pay for HGI, but not many other options available.

We needed a hotel close to the SeaTac airport but didnt want to pay the large prices for the hotels next to the airport due to us only sleeping and bathing at the hotel. This property was fantastic and only a 20-25 minute ride to the airport at 7am on a weekday. There are a lot of great restaurants and shopping down the road from the hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay. It was a great place and very affordable.

Overall the staff was professional and accommodating. However, the beds and pillows were way too soft and the thermostat didn't work for part of our stay and was not dealt with promptly. Nice place and probably fairly new. No ice on our floor? Makes no sense. Friendly people. Good wifi. Noisy during the night. Wanted $13 per person for breakfast- should be free with a $175 room. Cheaper better breakfasts nearby. In my opinion not a good value for a standard room with no frills. we did "qualify" for a free bottle of water not sure how the staff can say that without laughing.

Awesome location if you want to go downtown Seattle but not pay 3-5 times the price for a hotel and pay $10-40 (per event or day) for parking. The transit station is almost across the street and their free shuttle can take you there. The transit buses run all the time into Seattle and Bellevue - it is VERY convenient and right off the freeway - less than $3 per person and you are in downtown Seattle.

Easy to find off the highway in a nice quiet outside Seattle in Issaquah. Check-in was very swift (good service) and the room was clean, cool and a good size with the usual comforts. Coffee machine, Microwave and Fridge were a nice touch. Food in the hotel was average, as most hotels, but service very good. Other facilities were good.
