Stopped here while driving late from Seattle to Spokane. I love Hampton Inns and this one did not disappoint me. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful with dinner suggestions. Room and bath were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. My wife used the fitness center which she said was clean but small. Breakfast food was hot and area was kept clean by staff.

Front desk staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They gave great recommendations for local restaurants and were enjoyable to talk with. They also made sure not to overlook any details of the check-in and billing process. Would definitely stay there again.

My family stayed for one night while visiting friends in the area. We checked in after 9:00pm and the staff was less than friendly. They were unaware of Hilton perks etc. and didn't know where we could get a bite to eat. The room was clean - they left post-it-notes on the headboard to let us know they cleaned the linens. There was an abandoned fixture on the bath ceiling - not only did it look odd, it left the room looking unfinished and perhaps a safety issue. Facility was very quiet and e... Read more

While this hotel was not as close to our work site as we would have liked it was very nice and most importantly, quiet. The hotel seems to be built solidly which these days is a plus with so many hotels that are built cheaply so that you hear people walking and talking in their rooms and out in the hall. I did not notice any noise in this hotel and slept very soundly.

I enjoyed two of the most comfortable nights at the Hampton Inn at Ellensburg. Living with a chronic lower back pain, I awoke, pleasantly surprised, every morning without any pain. Nine months later: I called the front desk this week to find out the brand and model of the mattress so I can order one for my home. Even though I am not a current guest, they went out of their way to take a picture of the mattress label and send it to me so I could order a similar one. Great customer service with... Read more

Bedding was clean and fresh smelling. The room and bathroom were also very clean. Location is great with easy access off the freeway and just a short drive to downtown activities and restaurants. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast options were some what limited but quality of food was good.

Hotel was very nice, in a quiet area and close to the freeway. The staff was friendly and knew who I was upon my arrival. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and well kept. The parking was close to the rooms with very little walking.

Although this hotel requires a drive into to Ellensburg's restaurants and downtown area, the quietness and ease of access to freeway makes this hotel a perfect business overnight stop. The hotel staff are professional and friendly, and the free Wi-Fi is very beneficial.

For $150 we got a very clean, comfortable room in a up to date and visually appealing hotel with free breakfast, internet and parking. I was impressed at the value, the friendliness of the staff and the quality and quantity of the continental breakfast offering.

Overall, the room is good. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was good and the breakfast equaled or excelled that of other Hampton Inns. But, the 23" TV and the lack of a chair in the room were disappointing and not representative of most Hampton Inns.

The hotel is right off of the highway with easy access. Location is not within walking distance of downtown, but is only a few minutes away by car. Cleanliness, amenities, and staff were all what you would expect for a Hilton brand hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ellensburg for a weekend getaway.

It would have been handy to have a small refrigerator in each room. Most hotels have them. For people who are diabetic and must refrigerate insulin they are necessary. Also handy for keeping cold drinks. Works better than ice buckets.

The staff of this Hampton Inn in Ellensburg, WA is just wonderful. You are greeted with a warm welcome, and through out your stay you feel well cared for, and greeted with warm smiles. It has easy access to I-90, and is close to nearby restaurants and about 5 minutes from the main part of town and CWU.

Nice, comfortable hotel and guest stay. Hotel is located just off I-90 in what is called North Ellensburg. Drive into downtown Ellensburg is about 2.5 miles away & takes about 10 minutes. For those that need Starbucks, nearest store is direct east on I-90 & just off Canyon Street exit. We stayed in non-smoking king room that pleasingly spacious, nicely appointed & clean. Bed was bit firm for our taste but bedding was of higher quality. Good sized bathroom with similar sized walk-in shower ... Read more

We were return customers and the first time we stay this year the rooms were $99.00 a night. This time they charged us $180.00 a night and I was in the exact same room! I'm thinking a seasonal percentage rate increase is a normal business practice but $81.00 a night is just a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

Pleasant, open feeling, clean, modern facility. The breakfast was extensive and the dining area nice and roomy so you could walk between tables. The hotel was clean and was quite sound proof. There was a small child running back and forth in a room above us, and while we noticed it, the soundproofing was good enough that it wasn't a big bother, so the hotel gets kudos for the soundproofing. The air conditioner, however was very loud, and had a very strong fan so that when it came on, it was something like a very cold and loud arctic wind blowing through the room.
