Checked in early and they moved us to a room with a view of the water. Very clean and friendly and breakfast in the morning was above average and the worker was always refilling the food. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Had a great stay at this Hotel in Bremerton. It is conveniently located in downtown within walking distance of the ferry and many eating and drinking establishments. A special thanks goes out to Amber at the front desk who was extremely friendly and helpful by recommending places to go in the city. Will most definitely be staying here the next time I'm in Bremerton!

Rooms and breakfast are typical to Fairfield Inn but everyone working there was fabulous! Krystal did everything to accommodate my large group and Carolyn served breakfast with a smile. I wish I knew the other front desk ladies names as they were especially helpful and cheerful. Close to the ferry and some nice restaurants. In the "arts" district, but many of the places close early.

Positives to report is that the folks who work here are nice and the room was clean. Primary objection is the property itself. It is an enormous building, oddly situated, with a dimly lit parking garage. The room itself was clean, but very peculiar for a Marriott (sparse, empty, and depressing.) We could also hear a lot of road noise from the room. The towels were crunchy, felt like they had been bleached too many times. The bed sheets were low thread count and frankly... old and worn. The T.V w... Read more

I had to spend an evening while here for work. I found the property to be clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and efficient. Breakfast was good in the morning and had an abundant number of choices. My one complaint was that you had to pay 7 dollars a day for parking and the garage was a bit tight to park in (especially when fellow guests do not use the lines to park). Since there are few options to stay in Bremerton, I would recommend this property, mostly because of how cle... Read more

Spent two nights while on business. the hotel in clean and comfortable. All of the staff we met were friendly and professional. Stayed in an executive room and really liked the contemporary decor and the great plan. The bed was comfortable which I appreciate since I have a bad back. The parking garage spaces are a bit tight but manageable. Continental breakfast was convenient.

My wife and I took a trip away from the kids and stayed basically on our way to Olympic NP. It did not disappoint! We got there late but the views of the water were amazing, especially at sunrise the next morning. The beds were comfortable and right by the ferry dock. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was so helpful in making sure we had everything we wanted. We were a little late but they didn't start closing things up until we were done. She even offered to help us with some food "to ... Read more

Interesting neighborhood, near the ferry terminal. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance. It is in the "Arts District." We stayed here for one night before a late afternoon departure from SEA, but we will come back to explore Bremerton. Breakfast is standard Fairfield (that is a compliment for a "free" hotel breakfast) and Carolyn made sure everything was fresh and hot. Room was also standard Fairfield -- safe, clean, quiet, decent beds, etc., -- another compliment. Desk staff ... Read more

Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Not our first time here. The rooms do vary. We prefer the room that has a couch and a sitting area. Some rooms have better views and less noise. Good breakfast buffet, she works hard to keep things tidy. Indoor pool, underground parking. Tried to get a late checkout and even though we are Marriott Gold, we could only get 1:00. As I sat in the lobby waiting for my spouse to return from work, I noticed you might get an early check in.

This hotel is located very close to the ferry, perfect place to stay outside Seattle with easy city access. The town of Bremerton is adorable, and there are some great local bars. The hotel was clean. Housekeeping could have done a bit more, I think they only made the beds (one day only one of our beds got made) and replaced the toilet paper. There is a charge for parking ($7/day) which I've never had to pay before at other Marriott properties. The breakfast had a good selection. The pool is tin... Read more

Our family stayed two nights at the Fairfield Inn in Bremerton after arriving for our vacation in the Seattle area. The hotel is close to the Seattle-Bremerton ferry terminal and is close to some nice restaurants. The hotel clerk was very cheerful and gave us some good restaurant recommendations. The hotel has an underground parking garage that is easily accessible. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not have any problems.

We had been exactly one year ago in the Fairfield, Bremerton,wa. But when we walked in to check in, Nicole recognized us !!!!!!!! Now how good is that. We got a wonderful welcome, she is fabulous. We asked for the same room with a waterview, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. She gave us a suite instead, with a partly view. She also advised us a couple of restaurants and found coupons for a free appetizer. We are very happy that we made the effort to come back. Betty and Bernard.

We come up to Bremerton once a year to see my daughter and her family who live near the downtown area. We are never disappointed by this Marriott property. My wife is Platinum and they always greet her by name with a smile and give us a nice room up on the 4th floor. Maybe just coincidence but this time we got the same room as last year, almost like they remembered that we liked the view. This time we were at the hotel on July 4th and were treated to a spectacular fireworks display which we watc... Read more

We were here for a weekend with family for a trip on the ferry to Seattle. We had issues checking in but employees went out of their way to apologize and try to make it right. The employees at this hotel are fantastic, amazing and just great. Everything was clean, WIFI excellent and free breakfast amazing. Other than a difficult check-in our only other complaint were the individuals in the room above us. I swear they allowed their kids to jump on and off the furniture. However, with a call... Read more

The hotel is located a block from the waterfront and has easy access to a lot of restaurants and activities. The hotel is clean and the front desk staff is friendly. That being said, the housekeeping and maintenance staff is not good as other Fairfield Inns that I've stayed at. The drains were very slow and when we used our towels to clean our sink, which was not cleaned, and left the hand-towels on the floor, they were not replaced. The Fairfield Inn Bremerton is located very close to the ferry terminal, and is conveniently within walking distance of several restaurants. The room was normal, and service was friendly and helpful as always. The location makes the Fairfield Inn, and in this case, the location was perfect for what I needed. There is a paid garage for parking on site.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! Every one of them were so friendly, nice and helpful! This hotel is nicely located down by the waterfront and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very nice for me as I was there for a work conference. I was able to park my car in their parking garage and walk everywhere the entire weekend. I appreciated the free parking at this hotel. The only downside was the tiny pool and no hot tub. I was really looking forward to a soak and wasn't able to do that.... Read more

A block from the water, a couple blocks to the ferry and Navy museum. You can pretty much walk everywhere. There is underground parking but if you have a late night you won't find a parking spot and will have to park outside around the corner. There would have been a couple spots if some drivers would not take up two spots. They should patrol the garage to make sure guests are parking as they should.

There was a refrigerator and microwave oven. The bedroom was separated from the living area. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was disappointing. We stayed here for two nights and I would recommend this hotel to others if they are in the area. First, the location is just a couple of blocks from the ferry which makes it a great location for those who come from Seattle or want to visit Seattle. Hotel staff was friendly. Stayed here for 1 night on a recent Sunday. Service at reception is good and I was on my way to the room quickly. The hotel offers on-site parking for $ 7 a day which is an OK option. Rooms are well equipped. WIFI is free of charge. The hotel has a nice gym area. Breakfast in the morning is included and of good quality. All together a nice place if you stay in the Bremerton area.

This hotel is clean, updated decor and the staff is wonderful. I did have a hard time sleeping, the bed was a little more firm than I'm used to and even though we were on the top floor, street noise carries up. We set the fan on continuous for white noise, which did help.

We only planned to stay here one night, but ended up staying three because of cost and location. We stayed in the Courtyard Marriott in Pioneer Square and payed well over $200 plus another $45 to park a car. At this location we paid under $120 and only $7 to park the car. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful and willing to help make your stay enjoyable. This hotel is located in Bremerton which is close to several small towns like Poulsbo. It was a nice room that they gave me, the bathroom still had some hairs on the floor that were clearly visible. There were a few others I found in the shower as well. Also, they do not have HGTV as a cable channel selection. The parking seems secure until I noticed that the back gate was open and did not require a key or entry or exit. Breakfast was okay, but not great. The orange juice could be improved, and ... We stopped at this hotel for the final hotel night on a ten day trip. We were to catch the Seattle ferry the next morning, so this hotel was in close proximity to the terminal. We were greeted by a friendly staff member, who gave excellent hotel parking instructions and local directions. The junior suite was roomy and on the fourth floor. We were looking for a hotel to use as a base for driving around this section of Washington State. This is a very nice property - clean, well maintained, bright and cheerful. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our room did overlook a scary looking empty lot between two industrial buildings but we didn't come there for a hotel view. I have stayed here three times and I have to say it has what you need at a great price. The access to the ferry to Seattle is a nice perk. It has all the amenities you need to include indoor pool, starter gym, breakfast bar (mediocre), fridge, microwave, great wifi connection. There are a lot of places to eat within walking distance and a couple micro breweries. I always stay here when I come to Bremerton :)

The customer service from the staff was great, especially the front desk.
