I stayed in this hotel for a month for a business trip. The rooms were clean and well lit. The bathrooms are nice with great water pressure and plenty of hot water! The only two issues I had were with the cable package (some of the channels were grainy and had poor reception) and the internet (free wifi not quite good enough to stream netflix, could have paid for better wifi, but I'm cheap). Great staff! Good mini kitchens with microwave, dishwasher, stove top and full sized fridge! Good Thai f... Read more

I was going to stay here but after a site visit, I decided to stay elsewhere. There is a new manager and things are improving but it will be a few months yet. It was apparent there had been problems but they are in the process of making adjustments. I wish them the best.

I had a perfectly nice stay at this hotel. It felt largely unoccupied - probably because I stayed during the weekend and this feels like a Mon-Fri hotel. When a fire alarm was tripped on Friday early eve, I was the only guest exiting the second floor. (The fire alarm issue was resolved within 10 minutes and two Bothell city fire trucks). Without dishes in the room, it felt more like a hotel than other extended stay type of properties. From the little note in the room it was hard to tell if t... Read more

I called in the night before we arrived and asked for a special needs room and Jessie said that wouldn't be a problem and assigned us a room even before we arrived. Wow, talk about customer service. Then upon arrival we were greeted by Shelley. We arrived about 2:30 in the afternoon and she was bubbly and perky as if her day had just begun. She was absolutely wonderful. After we were in our room she asked if everything was okay. We picked up a few things at the front desk (plates, cups, etc.) an... Read more

I'm really reaching to find something good to say about this place. I applaud them for putting a bed in a room and renting it to people. Seriously, this place was pretty bad. They were almost sold out and all I could get was a smoking room, but that's my bad for waiting so long. It was awful, and not because of the cigarette smell (which was powerful). This is the worst value of any hotel I have ever stayed in. I paid $170 a night to stay in this heap. There is no housekeeping. While I stayed th... Read more

The check-in took way too long after a long flight in. The room wasn't set up for the maximum number of occupants so we had to call down to the front desk for linens and extra towels. She took about 30 minutes to get to our room. The room was cramped for 5 of us. The bedding and decor need updating. The "Grab and Go" breakfast left a lot to be desired!! Granola bars and packaged muffins!! Not our idea of a good breakfast. Not the worst hotel we have stayed in but definitely no the best!

My husband & I along with my 18 year old daughter were here for 5 night. Horrible experience! The room is not large enough to accomodate 3 people comfortably. We had to rearrange the room just to get some space for our luggage! The room smelled musky, bed was horribly uncomfortable & the pull put was horrendous! My daughter opted to close the pull out & just sleep on the "couch." You have to request kitchen supplies & they are awful. Upon arrival, we found two towels in the room. When I requeste... Read more

At ~10 pm we realized that the sofa bed had no sheets and pillows (we are a family of four and the room had a queen bed and a pull out couch), so I went to the reception to get some, only to find two other families already waiting for 20 min the night attendant who was nowhere to be found. We waited some more, and only after calling the corporate number for Extended Stay the attended showed up, >more than 30 min of total wait time. We got the bedding, but they didn't have any extra pillows, so ... Read more

I was staying in this hotel for four nights during a move transition. I chose it because I had stayed in one in another city which was quite nice and because they are pet friendly. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful especially given that they seemed chronically understaffed. It was a very full hotel with only one person at the desk for my entire stay. So I have to sing praises for the staff. The room was a bit on the older shabby side and much smaller than what I expected. The k... Read more

We staying in July and they were having some kind of issue with water or moisture. The entire first floor (where we were staying) had large fans running our entire 4 night stay and the carpet was very moist. It also had a musty smell in the hall and in our room. We had 3 people and it was hard to sleep that many comfortably with all of our stuff. No extra linens in the room and we had to request them. The free "breakfast" was the worst I've encountered - not even worth getting food. The staff we... Read more

We have been staying here for weeks due to a home remodel. Our first stint was ok as long as we didn't ask for anything at all. Even the smallest request for toilet paper met with a long wait or having to come back. The promise of more staff has never happened. There is never more than 1 person at the desk if that. We have seen 3 people quite in our stay. We left to go camping and came back to an awful room. We were told it was on the smoking floor but it had never been smoked in...well, as yo... Read more

Upon check-in, and walking into my room, the room smelled strongly of curry food. The smell was overpowering and unbearable, so I went to the front desk to complain and the attendant gave me a bottle of Febreeze air deodorizer. I used the entire bottle throughout the evening and opened the windows all the way, but the smell would quickly come back after a short time. We had difficulty falling asleep. We finally fell asleep, then around 3AM in the morning we heard knocking on our door, then a wo... Read more

As other reviews state, you have to ask for everything (extra pillow, towels, utensils, plates, glassware) yet there is often nobody at the front desk to ask! Severely understaffed. Police "looking" for someone when we arrived. Does not give one a safe feeling in a new/strange place. 3 a.m. fire alarm and evacuation! That was our one night at Extended Stay. Don't let the low price entice you to stay.

The hotel wasn't that bad for the price, but it certainly could have been better. You can hear through the walls, And some rooms have a lingering foul odor ( most likely from old food cooked inside kitchenette). The cool thing is they will give u anything you need to make you kitchenette useful. Some other people i stayed with were bit by spiders. Mattresses weren't too comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful with customer service though.

We stayed here twice in the past year, once in the summer for a concert, and again in early September for PAX. The rooms were clean, the beds were fine. The visit in September was unusual, as our room was not ready for quite a while, and we had to wait to check in. The poor staff member behind the desk was trying to do everything herself, and she had to deal with customers who would not let her get to work because they wanted her to listen to their complaints. We just waited patiently, and she d... Read more

My wife and I & our poodle needed a place to stay while looking for a home in Seattle, which we thought could take months. We stayed 30 days. I was able to get some work done over the (sometimes slow) Wi-Fi. We cooked sometimes, there were grocery stores nearby. There was also a Thai restaurant next store we liked. It is beside on office park, which is very park like, with a bike trail running through it, so the walks were great. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The room was not large,... Read more
