Wonderful weekend stayover! The hotel has been nicely remodeled and the club floor is a great stay. On weekends you can get breakfast in the restaurant and the food is super. The rooms are great and the club floor is very casual and available 24 hrs a day. The front desk is professional and they are always friendly. Enjoyable hotel and they have shuttle service to Bellevue Square and restaurants. We got a shuttle to our sons house in Medina........great staff.

Very clean room with a king size bed. Friendly staff. We arrived at 10:30 a.m. and were allowed to check in which was pleasant. One of the elevators broke down one day and still wasn't fixed when we left the next day. Not too big a deal as it wasn't that busy. There is no breakfast included though there is a restaurant about 30 feet away outside but it doesn't have very good reviews so we didn't go. There is also a Mexican chain restaurant that joins the same parking lot but again, doesn't have ... Read more

I rated this average because the overall appearance of the room and hotel are very good. Our room rate was much less expensive than hotels that were just a few blocks away. The fitness center has equipment that is newer and has everything necessary for a great away from home workout. We stayed on the Club Level and enjoy free daily breakfast and evening appetizers. There are two restaurants, the Bellevue Grill and Azteca on the property. We ate at both and food was good. The Bellevue Grill... Read more

The hotel is decent and central to Bellvue but close to the freeway which can be a good or bad thing. Luckily the freeway noise is minimal from inside the hotel room. The hotel is older but in good shape and the room price reflects that so it's great value.

I recently visited Bellevue on a business trip and stayed at the Sheraton Bellevue. The check-in process was a bit unorganized. The associates were terribly friendly and apologetic, but there seemed to be some communication issues, and it took a little time. I had no where to be, so it wasn't a huge deal. The hotel seemed a bit dated, but the rooms were nice. I had a king, and there wasn't much space in the room - barely enough to walk around the bed. Everything was clean and what you woul... Stayed there during the Memorial day 2016. This is the first hotel that we stayed without any room service at all, which totally surprised us after a wonderful day trip in Seattle. We left the tip on the TV stand in the morning around 9:30am. It's still there when we came back. Obviously no one came-in for a check during the day. Told the front desk during the checkout and just received a sorry, which doesn't sound like a surprise to them. As to the tooth-paste, we can only get 1 tooth-paste for... Read more

My husband and I booked an Alaskan cruise leaving out of Seattle, so we flew in a couple of days early to sightsee in Seattle. I booked the Sheraton in Bellevue several weeks before our trip, after looking extensively in the Seattle area for a reasonably priced hotel. We opted to save a few bucks and stay just outside of Seattle and take the bus into the downtown area. This would've been fine if we had had lots of extra time, but I wish I had just shelled out more money to stay in the downtown a... Read more

This hotel may be a little dated but it is well built and well maintained. The floors and walls are very solid and the rooms are very quiet. You'll love the shower with its strong water pressure and great temperature control. The free-shuttle to/from downtown shopping and restaurants is a big plus.

20+ stays here this year so far so I obviously haven't been turned off by anything. Pros: Hotel is relatively clean, if dated. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Club lounge serves a hot breakfast. Cons: AC units are a little loud and rooms never seem to get that cold. This rest of the review is primarily for SPG Preferred members: While the staff is very friendly, they do not seem to know/honor some of the Platinum benefits. I made the mistake of booking a room through a hotel rewards website and Sheraton gave me the worst room in the entire hotel - on the ground floor next to reception. The carpeting was literally damp and the room was unbearably humid with a noisy rattling air-conditioning unit. This room should be condemned. I thought that the hotel location was terrific and the staff were pleasant, but didn't get a great night's sleep because of the mildew and dampness of the room.
