Pros: Relatively close to Costco corporate office for business meeting purpose Large room with full kitchen, fireplace Free breakfast in the morning and afternoon snacks and happy hour (we were there on a Wed night) Cons: DONT stay on the 1st floor (you can hear the above unit walking, showering, flushing the toilet) It is like mini apartments, but out of convenience stay close to the lobby and easy to parking. Walking in the rain for breakfast was annoying. The cons were enough that I would... Read more

We like to stay in the Residence Inn apartments, because it is like being at home without having to do any housework. In this Residence Inn we have stayed many times before, but just a few years back. It is still OK, they did some redecorating that is not our taste - very dark with the most ugly carpeting I have ever seen. The kitchen is nice, the fire place great, the bed good, the bathroom clean but basic (no rain shower), the lamps very cheap. They gave us this time a first floor suite (311) ... Read more

I usually stay here whenever I am in Bellevue/Redmond area on business. Great location, excellent service. It has kitchen in their suites and complimentary beer and snacks mon-wed in the evenings. They collect your packages at the front desk as well if you like. Ample parking available

How could you rate a hotel a 5 when you never had a good sleep. They put us on room 712 which is a studio type. Neighbor on top made noise all night! You could hear the water and steps all night!. Nightmare deluxe! To the management, if you know you have complaints about noise why put your customers below? If I knew there will be massive noise i would have have asked for top floor or got a suite in my reservation. The buildings were built cheap and needs to turn down the whole hotel and buil... I was on the second floor (top floor) and had the worst sleep ever at a hotel. My guess is that they have a room in each building in which the maids come in to prepare (fold towels and bedding, store the roller w/ all the cleaning supplies, etc. I was awoken at 10 min. to 4:00 a.m. every day. The walls and floors are so thin you can hear everything in the entire building. The hotel is townhouse style. Each building has two floors. The inner bedrooms and bathrooms of the units are all adjac... Read more

Have stayed here many times over the past 14 years and remains a favorite. Setting is in a wooded area, including parking. Staff generally helpful, although I did lose an expensive jacket there which the desk clerk said they would retrieve but then never sent to me as they promised. Overall I think the level of upkeep has been declining, and for the price especially during the high season I have been staying at alternatives.

The rooms at the hotel are not better than OK, the fitness room is bare, and the surroundings can be noisy. But the warmth and genuine kindness of the staff makes you forget everything. They are simply generous and friendly, and truly dedicated to ensuring that you have everything you need, insofar as they can. I am at liberty to choose any hotel I want...and I go back to the Residence Inn in Bellevue time and time again.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a queen sofa bed and kitchen. The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The pool and fitness center were nice and the free breakfast was the best hotel free breakfast I've ever had. Wide selection of hot and cold items. Free cookies in the afternoon too!

The front desk staff was pleasant, polite, and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well appointed, containing the usual Residence Inn amenities of dishes, dishwasher detergent, full refrigerator, microwave, etc. Clearly a lot of care goes into maintaining the cleanliness of these units and we appreciated that. We enjoyed the breakfast and found that it was better than many other Residence Inn breakfasts, with a greater selection of food and good coffee! Also, the location worked very well ... Read more

Wi-Fi in some of the rooms is terrible. I complained several times because I had no access at all. The authorization page wouldn't even load because the internet was so slow. I usually could not connect, and when I could not even google searches would load. I complained several times, and got a letter saying that they checked, and it worked fine. I called later that day because I spent 30 mins trying to connect without success, and the front desk worker said that they had received several compla... Read more

Only one night, but a great stay. Nicely appointed room, very spacious and clean. Full kitchen that would be great for extended stays. During our short visit we took advantage of the afternoon reception with free appetizers, beer and wine, as well as the free hot breakfast the next morning. Nothing more I could ask for from a midrange hotel. Adjacent Courtyard has a bar :)

There are a lot of nice things to say about this hotel: very nicely decorated, spacious suites, good breakfast, friendly front desk staff. However there are also a few negatives that would actually keep me from recommending it: the main issue was the noise and creaking from the suite above us. Every step was a thud and creak and it was loud (we were in 1014). Add to that the staff person banging loudly on our door at 8:30 in the morning while we were sleeping coming to change towels, the maze of... Read more

Spent two nights there. Nice room. Great bed and pillows. Quiet and convenient to downtown Seattle. Breakfast seemed a little lacking but hey it's free. Would recommend this to anyone trying to avoid high priced seattle hotels.

Booked a weekend here while visiting the wineries in Woodinville. Perfect distance with a rental car. Great staff. Great breakfast setup. Comfy bed. Awesome kitchen/living space! A few steps to take to get to most rooms, so come prepared with light or rolling luggage.

I am guessing about the long term as we were there just one night, but extrapolating from that one night I would say thumbs up for long term. It is more studio apartment than hotel. The rooms have full kitchens, a living area with big screen, desk, couch, large bathroom area, two closets, even a laundry basket. There is a full breakfast every morning, pool, basketball/sport court. It is near to freeway entrances, but quiet and peaceful. Less than a mile to stores and shopping. The front d... Read more

We stayed for 5 nights in September. Based on reviews from other travellers, we requested an upper floor unit away from the main road. The Queen studio unit had a pullout couch which our son used. It didn't feel cramped even with 3 persons. We had an issue with the shower, which was easily solved after maintenance came and rectified super quick. Breakfast was great and readily replenished as and when items ran out. The fully equipped kitchen was useful when we didn't feel like going out for dinn... Read more

We were in town for our daughter's graduation. This was a very comfortable place to spend the 4 days we were here for. The room was very spacious and quiet and even stocked with small amenities to get the night started. The beds were nice, but the pillows were small, which made it a little difficult to get to sleep, at least for me. Breakfast was good and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. be advised that parking is very close quarters (tight, sometimes hard to get out/in your car). ... Read more

I have been staying at this property for over 17years now with breaks in between. It has always been a pleasant stay and felt very much like a little home away from home with the small row house setup and the friendly staff. This last stay though I felt like property management was well below acceptable. There were Fall leaves almost mulching on the walk ways and drive ways in the week I stayed there. Housekeeping needed many reminders just to do basics and even room cleaning on request was a sh... Read more

I stayed there for 3 months from Augst-Oct. 2016 and it was a lovely experience. It will not give you concrete build kinda feeling and more like a cottage/resort :) with walking distance to most restaurant and highway. It has outdoor half basket ball court and pool. Staff is very friendly "For in the true nature of things, if we rightly consider, every green tree is far more glorious than if it were made of gold and silver"
