I stayed here three nights last week. Overall this is a great hotel and I have zero complaints. Flying across three time zones I arrived at 10am after traveling all day. The front desk expedited housekeeping on my room and I totally appreciate that courtesy. I liked the breakfast setup with friendly waitstaff. Irina in the bar is a sweetie and I enjoyed her company even though I only stayed for one cocktail. My room was super clean, thank you. Ok I have to mention one minor nuisance...the... Read more

We stayed for two nights, Thursday and Friday. Large and clean room, very quiet, we were on the 7th floor. The room looked as if it had recent renovations but was surprised to see the old tub with its stains. Kind of took away from the updates. We would like to say what a joy it was to be served by Lisa in the mornings at the Basil Café, what a friendly person. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. This was our first time staying there. It was only a few dollars more than a bargain hotel and we'll never stay anywhere else again. The room was large and well appointed, the staff were friendly and polite, and we could even charge our morning Starbucks to our room. We were on the freeway side, but they have an extra sliding door to the patio that cut out all sound from it. Our only disappointment was that the weekday breakfast buffet ends at 9 a.m.

I am a Hilton diamond member and stay at Hilton properties almost every week for business. This Hilton is among the worst I've stayed at for the price. The description boasts its "contemporary" lodging amenities, however, beyond the flat screen tv nothing else in the room seems to have been updated since the early 90s. Do yourself a favor and book at the Hyatt down the street. It's nicer and less expensive.

Would for sure stay there again.. fairly priced, clean, lots of amenities. The room service was good. Get clarity about the breakfast charging/add-on when checking in, that was really our only complaint that we didn't realize until we were in a hurry trying to check out. Otherwise, we'd stay there for sure again and definitely refer folks to stay.

Hilton Bellevue is innocent enough. A little old and dated-- circa 1980s. But, the hotel has been nicely kept up and is quiet and comfortable. Rooms are large and appear to be recently freshened up with more current furnishings. Fitness Center has been expanded and is roomier and nicer. Restaurant is friendly and serves exceptionally fresh fruit! Easy access to Bellevue town center and Redmond, WA. REMEMBER: 3rd floor is the main lobby floor!

This was an extremely hectic business trip, but Hilton made it as painless as possible. The digital check in was excellent. I was arriving late (about 10pm) and checked in on my taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. I was even upgraded to club level during the process without even requesting it. The phone-based room key is an outstanding feature, and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend the Hilton Bellevue to any frazzled and weary business travelers.

So I will be honest and say its not the newest, fanciest or posh hotel by any means, but the hotel has a charm that brings you back. It starts with the location, right in Bellevue, but slightly West of town in a very quiet area. There is a fantastic running path if you are a runner less than 1.5 miles from the hotel. While planning our sort-of-annual baseball trip with my sons earlier in the year, I started scanning hotels and pricing for the specific weekend. An HHonors email prompted me to visit the Hilton website and found a great deal in Bellevue. I have stayed at Hilton brand hotels in the past and have had an excellent overall experience each time. The HHonors membership was a bonus in getting extra value for the stay.

In my room bathtub was constantly dripping and I found it filled with water when entering room. When spending more than 300 USD a night, there are plenty of better options around.

The Hilton Bellevue was located in a wonderful area near downtown Bellevue and just a quick Uber ride to downtown Seattle. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the staff was very helpful. The room was a little pricey, but I do feel that the value was there overall. I had hotel prepared food for breakfast and lunch multiple days of the week and all of the food was delicious!

Had a great room with a great price for the area. Hotel was in a great location. Pool was great. Really enjoyed the stay. While we were there Seattle Seahawks took over an entire floor. Met a few great players, but have to go with the Rams now that they're back in town. Wished them the best, but....

This is an older hotel, but the renovations that were done here make it feel more modern. It is tastefully appointed, with very comfortable rooms, and good on-site amenities. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms, although small, are still nice. The only thing lacking in the rooms is a refrigerator. The on-site fitness room is well equipped with dumbbells, universal gym, treadmills and elliptical machines, and all are relatively new and well maintained. The pool is outdoors, and was... Read more

This is a fine hotel and everything is upper class. We were treated with respect and kindness and the accommodations were wonderful. The only down side was the $15.00 buffet breakfast which was not worth that price unless you eat a whole lot of food. The bar was great and all of us had a great time staying there and at the event we were at.

This hotel recently was renovated and the rooms are Huge. Staff was attentive, the housekeeper even noticed my toothpaste was low and left me a new travel tube! The hotel lobby is large and the food wasn't too bad. The Starbucks coffee bar is bad. Don't use it.

We stayed as part of a convention in July. I used the Hilton Honors app to select my room ahead of check-in, which is a great feature, but still had to stop at the front desk to check in. The rooms were large and clean, the bed comfortable, but the overall decor feels a little bit dated. Rooms on the west side of the hotel can get very warm during the afternoon. A/C in our room worked OK but not great. The restaurant and lounge area was a nice place for a drink but the staff never seemed ve... Read more

Although the hotel is a bit farther from the heart of Seattle, the staff and the overall hotel itself was AMAZING! Whether you were there for business, vacation, or other matters, I felt I was able to be accommodated for throughout the whole weekend. I came for business this time and the room was perfectly equipped to accommodate camera charging and other media equipment for my team. However, I would definitely consider taking my boyfriend or my family for a perfect get-away here!

The hotel was large and spacious with an atrium - rooms had such a lot of space in them, we could probably fit a family of 4-5 comfortably. The rooms were renovated, earthy color scheme, accented with orange and very sound proof. Didn't hear the wind storm that hit the area. Rooms and common spaces were clean. Free wi-fi, free parking on weekend. efficient service. Yes, it was dated becos' of the era it was built. Everything gets dated after awhile, but it is well-maintained. Unless you are loo... My husband & I were in town for a friend's wedding and couldn't have been happier with this hotel as our place to stay. Our flight got us in well before regular check-in time, but the front desk staff was very welcoming & our room was ready for us already. The room was huge, with a big desk and a couch. There was even a mini-balcony, which we didn't use because of the weather. We were also very impressed with the bathroom, which had a lovely rain shower. We also had several meals at the in-ho... Great location to downtown Bellevue for me walking distance, great amenities such as Jacuzzi, gym, internet etc.... parking and bartender staff. Irina and Zoya make it special to stay here. Food is also very good and for the first time had their pork wings (3 times!). Too bad they got rid of the executive lounge but compensate with coupons for appetizers and breakfast in restaurant.

Outstanding accommodations and I would highly recommend this to my family and friends. There were not problems in room services or maintenance. The lobbies were quiet and we were not awaken until later in the morning by outdoor smokers from a specific group outside our window. We did not use the pool or bar as were attending a dinner gala event that included those services in the hotel.

I like Hilton. More investment needs to be made overall in the US in my opinion. Hotels are OK. In this venue, the bar is overloaded with fruit flies. Even the bartenders were waving them off. This is an easy problem fix team. I wanted to order a meal, but the fruit flies grossed me out. I RARELY write a bad review, I leave that to others, but this needed a comment as Im here a lot. :-(

I go to Bellevue for work often and have to report that, among the major brands in Bellevue--Westin, Hyatt, Marriott, Hampton--the Hilton is the worst option. I arrived around 11p and--as with my previous visit--was welcomed with totally disinterested service at the front desk. It was purely transactional--"last name, credit card"--and my Hilton status, benefits, etc. was not recognized.
