I have stayed at all the hotels in this area on numerous trips to the PacNW. This Fairfield Inn is very clean, nice service and personnel, and is a very quiet property. I will be staying here for future trips.

Room was clean. Did not like the "febreeze" smell throughout the facility though. I also had a situation where we went down to the front desk and asked for a thinner pillow, as the pillows were very thick. I was told that the thinner pillows would be old and worn out pillows and the person at the desk wondered why I would want such a pillow. He sent someone up with a thinner pillow and it was perfect.

This hotel went way above and beyond your typical customer service. Liz was extremely kind and helpful when I called to make my reservation, she went out of her way to make the process simple for me. I mentioned that I was a little flustered as I was having a family crisis, she was so thoughtful. The hotel even has a card and snack basket waiting for my arrival So very thoughtful!!!. Thank you!

We were delayed over 4 hours on an Amtrak trip from Vancouver, BC to Seattle. We arrived at the Fairfield Inn and Suites at 3:18 AM on a Sunday morning and the desk clerk was bright and cheerful as we checked in late. We stayed until the following Wednesday and really enjoyed the free breakfast and the other facilities.

Overall I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of my room and the property, service and overall attitude of the entire staff. The breakfast was always set-up earlier than scheduled, and they also keep food out beyond the advertised ending. This was greatly appreciated for the morning I had to go to work very early.

Nice area of homes up and around the back of the hotel but the hotel itself is not all that great. the rates were extremely high in my opinion, breakfast was ordinary, exercise room good size with minimal equipment, and some staff spoke zero english which made it hard to communicate with. I would not stay here again.

The rooms are clean and functional and the area quiet. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helped me find ice. Usually when I check-in to a Marriott property I am welcomed and thanked for choosing Marriott. No such special treatment here and did not feel valued in light that I have lifetime platinum status. I will choose a different Marriott property next time,

Room was clean, hotel staff was efficient and friendly, very comfortable amenities. Location was close enough to downtown for easy access for all of our sight-seeing while being far enough away that our traffic was not a problem and price was affordable. I would defiantly book this hotel again.

Good price, fair hotel, great breakfast buffet. It's an older property and it shows. The carpet is worn and outdated, and while the place is clean and well-maintained, it's seen better days. Worth it for the surprisingly complete free breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.

This hotel was a great choice for us. In a quiet area and easy to get to off the highway. Adjoining rooms at affordable rates meant we could have a bit more space and all get a good night's sleep. Free parking, a tasty free hot breakfast (there was lots too choose from and it was all delicious), and a pool and hot tub too. Stayed here with my family for one night during the July long weekend. Although we've stayed in Bellevue and Redmond plenty of times before, this was the first time we stayed at the Fairfield, as it was one of the most reasonably priced options for this summer. Typically, hotels in the Bellevue/Redmond area are outrageously priced, especially for last minute reservations. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the Fairfield Inn was, compared to similar properties in the area. Very comfortable room - very helpful staff, Breakfast was very good, the check-in and check-out were very smooth, and I enjoyed a very peaceful evening in this hotel. As a platinum Marriott member, we were leveraging points to stay. The hotel itself is very nice. Possibly the only suggestion I would have is on the breakfast setup. It was too chaotic, ended a little early, going up to 10 would have been good. Lastly, even before the ending time at 9:30 am, the eggs etc were completely cleaned out.

Found the bathtub in our room had a very large mold type stain on the top deck on the left side of the faucet that looked awful. It would appear that this has been there for some time, Tile on shower where it connects to the bathtub was heavy with stains, everything else appears okay. Have stayed in many Marriott hotels with excellent results and this room I believes falls below the Marriott standard.
