So I checked in with one other person, and they made a mistake on our 2 bed room, so they gave us a discount AND gave us each our own queen sized bedroom. The entire hotel is smokefree and absolutely spotless. They have the comfiest beds, huge bath/shower, full sized kitchens and even a free breakfast. You can get any silverware/kitchen items brought to your room, with fast & free WiFi all day long. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. I have never met such friendly and acco... My daughter and I stayed here during our visit to University of Washington. The front desk person upon learning she got accepted gave her a high five and congratulated her! That was a nice gesture. This ESA is no different than all the others, you have a kitchenette, fridge and microwave. Room is well insulated from road noise even though we were closed to the highway.

I like to stay at extended stay s because i like to cook for myself and they send me great coupons. I sometimes get emails with 60 days booking coupons very nice for travelers like me. They are very nice and good for couples and very b=nice for families because if you have your meals in the room you may save a lot if you have a few kids. I highly recommend them.

The room was clean mostly, however the sheets and pillows smelled like another person. Though it seems like the pillow case was clean, the pillow itself smelled like a man.... a stinky man. The hotel was basic, room and bathroom. Though I have to say this place is not for light sleepers. The freeway next to the hotel is loud, and the refrigerator turns on every hour or so which tends to whir quite loudly as the motor turns on. My tip: turn on the fan on the AC on high but turn off the AC part so... Read more

Very close to central Bellevue locations. Stayed here while attending event at Meydenbauer Convention Center and it was about a 10 min walk from the hotel. Hotel itself is nothing special, finding it is kind of difficult, it is accessible from Main st which is not immediately noticeable or 2nd avenue, and 2nd avenue is basically a run down side street. You cannot get to the hotel from the main 116th Ave which is a little confusing. This hotel is mainly used by interns at Microsoft, so it is not... Read more

I moved to Seattle area from Texas 3 weeks ago and i am still staying here. Initially i had booked for 20 days and then i decided to extend my stay. Here is some of the impressive things: * I was in a dilemma whether to chose airbnb or extended stay, and i think i made a very good decision. * The prices become very much reasonable if you sign up in their program and use their weekly coupons. * Hotel is very clean * Rooms are spacious * Located at the heart of Bellevue and also at the center of... We enjoyed our stay and will be back. The staff is helpful and knowledgable. It has great access to both Bellevue and Seattle. The only downside would be the bed. The pillows could be nicer as could all the sheets and covers.

The hotel is good - a pretty standard set up. Had good clean rooms with nice staff. I was provided with utensils for cooking. The on-the-go breakfast occasionally lacked the nutri-bars and cakes. Wifi was very good. Overall a good experience.

From the minute I walked in the door to leaving it was not the hospitality I expected. We got there about 1PM and check-in at 3PM. We were told no rooms were available for us to check-in early and that we would have to come back at 3PM. I was not too happy with that but apparently they were fully booked and couldn't get rooms cleaned even though check-OUT time was 11AM. I attempted to ask if there was a way to change to a room with double beds rather than the one bed and was promptly told no. ... Read more

I have stayed at ESA earlier but this was disastrous from a service perspective. There was a lady at the reception who was rude and was just not help to a fellow colleague of mine with his check in. Although the online portal had messed up in updating last name, but she was just unwilling to stretch, look up her own system and help To make matters worse, we stayed for 5 nights and were not allowed a room cleaning as it is only allowed if you stay more than 7 days. What non sense!! To top it al... Read more

Good for access to Bellevue Malls and shopping. Complimentary coffee great but I guess this is an ESA trademark. Could have done with a few minimum utensils in the room to butter bread etc. - I didn't ask so they may have been available. I was alone on a business trip booked by the office. If they family had been in the room at would have made a lot more sense. Room was large, comfortable and clean through. Shower was a bit weak and there is a lot of noise from the highway. For me this is a nigh... Read more

where do i start!..advertised sufficient kitchen. i got there, nothing in kitchen, i called desk and they told me to come down and get it!! not sufficient. if you want clean towels you carry your dirty ones down to the desk and they count them and give you clean ones, gross! breakfast is a packaged cheap muffin or packaged oatmeal, and cereal...no juice nothing hot, no fruit. sure not worth the $200 a nite i paid...oh, and the sound of traffic all night. run from this place!

I was not pleased with this hotel in the least - the room seemed as though it hadn't been cleaned since the last guest (i.e. hair on the blanket and bathroom counters). The layout seemed thrown together - TV was too low for proper viewing and the chair provided for the dining table was an office chair of which another was already at the desk. Parts of the hotel have been refurbished - floors, maybe some carpeting but not the beds, linens/towels, bathrooms, kitchenettes. I would have changed ho... Read more

When I arrived to check in I was promptly greeted. The lady that helped me was very nice and checked me in promptly. The only problems and it was very small was they had no coffee pot available, it is on a first come first serve basis. They do have fresh coffee however in the lobby 24/7. I stayed at the same hotel chain in Las Vegas and the Bellevue WA location was far better. I would highly recommend this hotel and when I return I will be staying at the same location.

I booked this hotel because according to the amenities it had a pool, continental breakfast and it appeared to have what we were looking for. This hotel does not have a pool, they put out some fruit and muffins in the very small lobby that is meant to accommodate everyone at the hotel. No coffee in the rooms, no pot, nothing. There was no one at the front desk while the workers could be heard talking and laughing on the other side of the wall but no way to signal anyone that customers were wait... Read more

Stayed here one night in two rooms with my family as we passed through Bellevue. Perhaps Bellevue was busy that night, but we paid almost two hundred per room. Way above the odds for what we received. Very basic accommodation, hard beds with thin linen. Clean enough, but the bathroom was feeling tired and some fittings were rusting. As it is just beside the highway, it is also quite noisy. Very disappointed.

I've stayed at 5-7 extended stay properties in my business travels and it seems like they have been getting worse and worse over the years. First and foremost, I scheduled rooms for my colleague and I, and when they were both put under my name, I called in to get one of the rooms switched to her name, when I went to check in there was no record of me on the reservation at all, even though both rooms were being paid on my credit card. The next issue is that the first room I was given had a horr... Read more

We booked this hotel through Priceline.com, not realizing that when I booked it, we accidentally chose a room with one queen bed. We were traveling with our two teen children, so this was not going to work well! We didn't realize our error until we opened the door to our room and saw the solo queen bed. I immediately contacted Priceline.com but was told that no changes could be made to our reservation. We were also told that the hotel was completely booked for the weekend with no available rooms... This hotel was about a 20 minute drive to Safeco Field (which is why we were there). The hotel was average. It was fine for a place to sleep. We were only there to sleep. Didn't eat breakfast there as we went out. (that being said, it was a continental breakfast only ... muffins, coffee, etc.) It was about $150 per night and it was clean.

We went down to watch the Jays vs Mariners. What an unreal experience. As for the hotel , it's a nice spot only 20 min away from the stadium. The service was good , at first they didn't have our room ready but after jumping from one room to the next everything was good. I would have liked them to clean the room at least once or maybe given us some clean towels , but I didn't ask . We were there for 3 nights and would def stay again.

The room itself was spacious and looked clean but it smelled terrible - sort of a combination between industrial cleaner and wet paint smell. The bed was comfortable but the sheets stunk too, making it hard to sleep! They advertise they have a "free to-go breakfast" but what they provide isn't really breakfast. They have coffee and granola bars.

This hotel is fine. And a cheaper option than staying in downtown Seattle and you can get a bus from the transit centre about 15 mins walk away. Breakfast was very poor, so bring your own!! Did run out of towels and toiletries a few times and the hotel struggled to replace.

We booked a 3rd party room at this property for a short one night stay. All we needed was a clean, quiet room and our expectations were exceeded. It would have been great for several days with the in-room amenities.

This hotel was an OK place to stay. It is fairly cheap, and the location is pretty good. it is within walking distance of downtown Bellevue, but it is over the the bridge, so its not all that pleasant a walk. We used this hotel as my husband was changing jobs, and we stayed for a while. Rooms overlooking the highway are very loud with traffic noise - these are to be avoided. As well, at times there appeared to be a lot of young people in the hotel - interns? They were a little loud at ti... Read more
