Great place to stay in a newly renovated hotel. The hotel was very clean, rooms nicely appointed, comfortable, and everything worked great. Plenty of electric plugs to charge all your gear. The Cascades Grill on site has quite frankly the best tasting hotel food I have ever had. I highly recommend this hotel for business and pleasure.

The hotel location is very convenient to both Bellevue and Seattle activities. I liked the room layout, but the quality of the furnishings was just average. The bathroom was showing some signs of wear in the shower and the toilet. The mattress was very comfortable which was a big plus. Had an issue with out keys not working the second day but it was easily and politely resolved at the front desk.

Wonderful hotel. Staff was fast and efficient! Hotel was booked and full of families attending the Mariner game but there was still tons of food at breakfast and lots of seating. My kiddos were disapointed in tiny pool but that was the only lacking point of this place. Close to everything but not hard to get to or find. Will definitely come again. Loved the snacks in evening.

I had not stayed at this property in quite some while and I was pleasantly surprised when I booked here for a Saturday night stay. The property is relatively close to downtown Bellevue (10 minutes away), and has a very good rate compared to similar places in downtown Bellevue, and the décor has recently been upgraded. The free happy hour was very good, and the morning breakfast buffet was quite excellent, especially the made-to-order omelet station. The internet service was a bit spotty, perh... Read more

I huge hotel with excellent amenities. Treats HHonors members very well, even at the lowest tier. Excellent internet, excellent breakfast and reception, and the rooms are amazing. The pillows are mind blowing for those who care about such things. Lots of power outlets and table space, two nice sized flat screens, and an overall excellent experience.

We stayed here during a high school reunion. The facility was undergoing remodeling so it seemed a bit cavernous in the atrium part where the event began. The buffet dinner was good. Breakfast was also good even though you had to search for some of the food due to the remodeling.

The service was great! We had 6 adults sharing a double queen suite. The room was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. We were able to find a table where all 6 of us could sit together. I really liked that they brought back the local Sunday paper. For a while they had switched to the USA Today paper. There was also ample parking.

We have stayed at this hotel several times as it is confident for us while in Bellevue. It has always had fair pricing for the area and has been a good hotel. The staff is very good. However this time the price more than doubled for the same type of room so it was not a good deal, just a very expensive weekend trip.

We booked with Embassy Suites for the first night of a "Washington get-away" I attended an afternoon function close to the hotel and we had tickets for a play downtown. Not knowing the area, it took us a few tries to find the hotel, but once we did I was impressed how easy the access to the highway actually was. I recommend this hotel, It's very clean and the room is quite spacious. I only had trouble checking in because we arrived a bit too early and we had to wait for more than hour to get our room and when we finally did, we were given the wrong room. We eventually were given the right one. I also like their afternoon snacks and breakfast.

The Staff/Management were very welcoming and made me feel like a valued customer but I would like microwaves/refrigerators in the room even though there is a restaurant on premises. Location is off Interstate 90 in a business area so I did not hear the road noise from a major highway (+++)

Poor recognition. Poor room preparations This property appears to succeed in spite of its service provided management, and the disfunctioal awards program. We have spent approximately $3,000.00 for six years in a row and have never had a trouble free stay. I haven't been to this hotel since it was being renovated. I was nicely surprised. The decor is more updated. The shower is nice and the bed was very comfortable. Well designed, clean suites that make the sleeping quiet at a great weekend rate. Families found the deal too so MANY children in a walled room pool area (10-12pm is for adults only). I have not stayed at any Embassy Suites in some time but many colleagues always do. They tell me this one was quite nice in comparison. To me I was happy. Clean, fresh linens, comfy bed. Staff polite and helpful. Convenient parking. Breakfast buffet seemed fresh, and of course the made to order was fine. I'll stay again if back this way.

We really liked this hotel. The suite was so spacious and nicely appointed. The bed was great. The evening reception was welcome after a day of sightseeing and the breakfast with made-to-order omlets was one of the best we've had.

Staff was very welcoming. Rooms were clean. Snacks and water were supplied everyday on the 5th floor!! This was great for those long hours. Special shout out to Nikki who exchanged the sodas in my room for diet sodas (extra caffeine). Definitely made a long business trip more tolerable. Would stay there again in heartbeat.

Nikki was amazing she took the time which was all day to make sure I had a credit card on file so I could check in on time! Give the girl a raise! I appreciate this hotel and the workers everyone is so friendly thank you!

Stayed here because of a meeting being held the next day. Very expensive and not as nice as other cheaper hotels in the area. Construction still in progress and the rooms are falling apart (trim work, etc.) already. Disappointed.

We payed less than $200 USD for 1 night, 3 adults and 1 child. This hotel was really nice, nothing luxurious but it's not a 5 star hotel so that is irrelevant. The grounds were nice, pool, hot tub, rooms with comfy beds and living room as they are all suites. About 10 minutes away from Bellevue Square, but half the price of the hotels right near that mall. It was great. We knew about how Embassy offers a breakfast buffet which was really nice as you just walk downstairs and can eat how ever much... Read more

We were allowed early check in. We were checked in by Ian who was an amazing courteous gentleman. The hotel was clean, all staff were accommodating even with our endless demands. Complimentary breakfast and snack and drinks were awesome. I will her stay anytime.

I'll start by saying that it can be tricky to find a hotel room configuration that works for 2 adults & 4 kids. We got a suite- the bedroom had 2 queens and the living room had a sofa bed, it was perfect for us. It had a fresh and clean feel to it, so it didn't "ick" me out when the kids would play on the floor. Our kids liked the complimentary mini-snack bar in our room (soda, water & snacks). We appreciated the adult beverages in the evening.

I was visiting recently for business and flew from East coast same day that I arrived at the Bellevue Embassy Suites. I immediately felt comfortable upon arrival. All staff that I encountered were exceptionally friendly. The Manager's reception fresh vegetables and very tasty appetizers were just what I needed to help me unwind while enjoying the Monday Night Football game in my room.

There are plenty of other options in the area I come to find out. This hotel was just plain tired. My room was ok but not totally clean. I was most surprised by the wear and tear that clearly has not been addressed. The elevators were gross and full of graffiti carved into the metal??? For the price and reviews, not so much.

Pros: Upgraded room with snacks and Keurig machine, very clean, everything in good working order, exceptionally friendly front desk staff, convenient location with restaurants within walking distance, almost no outside noise despite proximity to freeway Cons: A lot of hallway noise from housecleaning staff allowing doors to slam against the security bolts when entering and exiting rooms, cook to order breakfast not available until an hour after breakfast started, some breakfast items nearly go... Probably the most well kept Embassy Suites I have been in. Nice, large commons area to have happy hour and work on your laptop. Room was in perfect order and quiet. Only drawback was location. Hard to walk to other restaurants or nearby bars or shopping.

Great location and very clean. I really loved how accommodating the hotel was...they provide breakfast and a happy hour. I was here for a Microsoft Convention and it was right across the street. Also, restaurants were very near by....especially how the freeway was right there. Only issue was the Internet at first, but it was handled via front desk.

After a long renovation the result is ver nice. Great rooms as you expect with Embassy. We upgraded to a premium suite on the 5th floor. Only noticeable difference was we got an assortment of snacks included, and being on the top floor. What is "short"...... 1) parking lot - most of the parking is in the back. Make sure you check in first so you have a key to get in the back door. And they striped the spaces much narrower to theoretically accommodate more cars. Great if you ... Read more
