Currently being renovated. HBO, standard TV. Small refrigerator and microwave. Hopefully the remodel will fix the numerous problems and can keep it that way with the new owners. Well it's Aberdeen, that may be asking for too much.

When I arrived it was being remodeled, stuff everywhere...it didn't look open. I went to check in and was told my one bed reservation wasn't available but I could get a 2 bed room but I would have to pay more....after driving 8 hours to get there I just agreed. The bath tub didn't work, it also had a ton of mold, it may be nice when the remodel is done but my stay sucked.

I understand the motel is under construction but it sure is noise during the day. I was given a room that had no knobs on the heater. I didn't notice this until it was late and the room was cold. The motel had no spare room for me to change to. When I told the front desk all the lady could say was I'm sorry. I froze all night cause there's only a sheet and a very thin blanket.

I used a booking app, which they did not know anything about, I was not informed of the $300 reserve on my card, I had a knock at the door at 11 o'clock telling me it was time to check out, when it clearly stated on the back of the door checkout time is at 12 noon. The house cleaning staff that inform me of this told me that they had changed it to 11 nowhere did it indicate

This was the first motel we used in a month long trip down the West Coast. When we got there, I have to say I had my doubts- it looked like something out of Breaking Bad! However, my first impressions were wrong. This was fine and a great jumping off point for a few day visits to Olympic National Park.

This hotel is going through a major renovation construction. They have building materials piled up in front of the rooms in the parking lot. It was very dangerous to walk to the reception and to the room jumping over pieces of trash. The room also was terrible with beat-up furniture. I called this hotel the morning of my stay to tell them I would be arriving late. The person at the reception did not even bother telling me about the construction. Said they were expecting me. The room was clean. New bed. Bathroom redone and clean. Microwave and fridge average. No problems with neighbors, local foot traffic. Staff was friendly and helpful. They are obviously remodeling all the rooms and facility. It should be decent when they are finished.

We checked in at a rate slightly below comparable lodging in the area and were not told of two serious flaws in the room: no curtains and no water in the shower. Our room had translucent plastic on the windows. Others had opaque plastic, so we asked for one of these from an unoccupied room to be put on our window but the workmen refused the host's request for the change. The internet was sketchy. The am host gave us a $10 refund and we asked for more but have not received a response.

I have to say the front desk clerk Rachel took care of us, she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She was very polite and everything we asked for she took care of it quickly. My stay was good, I like the renovated rooms can't wait until the curtails arrive and coffee makers, irons/iron boards, hair dryers and the room will be complete. I look forward to coming back and seeing Rachel, there needs to be more people like her in the hospitality business.

I stayed here before and after the renovations took place. The rooms before weren't in the best shape we had issues in one of our rooms with hot water but the GM was nice and able to get us to a different room. Now that they are under new ownership the place is undergoing renovations. The new rooms look great ! When me and my family first stayed it was a bit of a sketchy looking area, as other reviews said druggies and such. But since new ownership, renovations, prices going up and them no long... Read more

Hotel was under construction. Booked it online by accident, thinking was a different hotel I had stayed at previously. Price was high for quality of stay. Rooms were newly remodeled, but still tiny and walls were paper thin. Heard everything from people next door and above us....crying children, footsteps on floor, creaking floorboards, snoring... One shining star was the desk clerk was very courteous, helpful and friendly.

The rooms at this motel were ok. The lobby was being renovated during my stay but my check in was swift and painless. The gal was very charming and upbeat, even during the hours of our late arrival. Check out was also quick and easy. The quality of the rooms I would say are average and recommended for those who are stopping in for a night's rest and a quick shower!

I was told that the rooms now cost more because they had been refurbished. It looked like no one checked on this bathroom. First, there were six screws sticking out of the door where there use to be a full length mirror. Over the course of the evening there, I managed to scratch my hand and rip my shirt. No offer of compensation was made by the clerk at check out. Additionally, there was a sticky substance on the floor in the bathroom that got on my socks. and for good measure, there was no bat... The lodging options in Aberdeen are limited and the economy is depressed which also contributes to an overall decline. We waited too long and three attempts to stay at other locations were already booked solid. So, we headed down the food chain of hotels. We booked a king room and the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean but there were dozens of details that dulled the experience. The access to the stairs was covered in cigarette butts. Our room was right next to an "employees only" d... Read more

I stay at the Aberdeen Travelodge regularly, and they recently underwent a significant renovation. The rooms are MUCH nicer than they used to be, and I think the remodel was a success overall. However, there are thin blankets on the bed and comforter to speak of. Also, as I have written in previous reviews, they provide coffee, cream and sugar in the room, but nothing to stir the coffee with. Other than that, though, I really cannot complain. This motel is definitely a good value for the pr... Read more

Stayed one night in August after a flight into Portland. The hotel definitely appeared remodeled. Got a good deal on hotel and it was within driving distance of quinault rain forest in olympic national park. The breakfast was pretty adequate and actually better than some days inn we stayed at on trip. I would say a good budget hotel in a typically expensive area to get close to olympic national park.

I had an extended stay and the staff watched out for me, showed caring and concern for me while I stayed there. The room was inviting and the bed was very good to sleep on. The location is on the main road in and out of Aberdeen. It's within a couple blocks of a Safeway, Denny's restaurant, and a very good laundromat. It's a true jewel for the price you pay.

This Wyndham property is the worst Nationally recognized brand name hotel I have ever encountered in nearly a half a century of travel in this country. Wall switches had no plates, the lamp cord continually fell out of the duplex receptacle, and the bathtub was a death trap. Absolutely nothing to grip, and it did not have traction strips on the bottom. There was a hole in the bathroom door, the walls had chipped paint everywhere you looked. I could go on, but it is enough to say, avoid if pos... Read more

We were pleasantly surprised to find this accommodation close to some fast food locations. A friendly, professional attendant made our check-in pleasant; the room was clean and the continental breakfast a welcomed start to the day. Our stay was horrible. We checked in and were given our room keys, which weren't activated, so I had to make a trip to the front desk. When we walked in to check our room out, we noticed that the smoke detector had been tampered with and it was hanging down, exposing the wires, when I called the front desk, he replied that the person before us, took a hot shower that set off the detector. Staff very good, helped with luggage, friendly, informative. Clean room, wifi worked fine in my ground floor room. 18 wheelers park in the alley at night with their engines running---not great. Non smoking room but could smell cigarette smoke from other rooms all night. Not sure what that was all about. Winter rates were reasonable. Continental Breakfast offered.
