The timeshare was comfortable and spacious. The staff very pleasant. However, when there were guests renting above every footstep and accompanying wood creaking was annoying especially when trying to get to sleep.

We were there staying as timeshare owners. The grounds are very nice and the rooms come with everything you need for an extended stay. Centrally located. Staff very helpful with dining recommendations. However, we experienced a few issues. We were roped into a timeshare "update" that lasted longer than the promised 1 hour....typical Wyndham. But at least we got our free Williamsburg and Busch Gardens tickets. The placement of the bed in the room is problematic. The light from the hallway shines ... Read more

Hotel is very nicely appointed. Rooms are neat and clean. The grounds are manicured. Some construction equipment was an eyesore, but wasn't a deal-breaker. Front desk personnel were friendly and extremely helpful. We initially had a 1st floor unit below noisy guests. The next morning we asked to move and were accommodated immediately! The customer service was very, very good. Only downer is the Wyndham sales. They pretend you need a "parking pass" to get your ear. It's an extremely dishonest t... Read more

We stayed in the downstairs unit. If the upstairs unit is occupied there can be some noise from their foot steps. We never really found the foot noise to be very disturbing. The rooms were clean and well cared for. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Nice view from our balcony. Kitchen was very adequate with every thing you would need. The staff was very professional, pleasant and helpful. There is an outdoor pool and a playground but not much else for children, however go to visit th... Read more

Patriots' Place provided almost everything we need for a wonderful week. We had a ground floor, one-bedroom unit--a well-appointed, furnished apartment, really. There was plenty of room for the two of us; and a very comfortable bed. The noise transference left a bit to be desired, but the creaking upstairs floor didn't bother us. Patriots' Place is very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg (CW); just minutes away from CW's Visitor Center. The bedroom door had been working its way off the to... Read more

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite but there are studios through 2-bedroom suites available. The property was well-located near the center of the Williamsburg-Jamestown-Yorktown historic triangle. Restaurants (both casual and fine dining), Groceries and shopping were readily accessible with a short commute. Th... Read more

Lovely and quiet vacation condominiums very close to the old colonial section. Full kitchen and laundry in condo. Queen bed in bedroom and queen sleeper in living area. Nice wooded setting. Accommodating staff.

I can't say it's the best because it's the only place I have stayed, but it was GREAT. Staff is really professional and are there to help you out and find things to do if you don't know already. We walked into the lobby and was greeted immediately. I was informed that my card was going to be charged temporarily for incidentals, which is understandable. I was then told to go to the concierge desk and receive my parking pass. At the concierge I was given a map of the location with ALOT of info... Read more

We have timeshare and used it to book here. We were able to get 2 units next to each other for our party of six. The pool was a bit of a hike from our unit but that typical for this kind of resort. Our units were very clean, well stocked and clean! The grounds are beautiful. Wyndham Patriot's Place is centrally located to shopping, parks, historic sites and nature trails, you will need a car to get around though. Some units are handicap accessible bit not all. This is a timeshare property. Very organized check-in. We were guests of my sister-in-law for a family reunion. We had a perfect little studio, free wi-fi, fully stocked mini kitchen, everything seemed new. Very close to historic Colonial Williamsburg. Had a washer and dryer for every 4 units which was so convenient. Bed was a little small since we are used to a king size but we managed. Would stay again for sure.

I was truly impressed with the Wyndham Patriots Place. The apartment was spacious and beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed. Lots of TV channels. I have read about people saying it was loud. We had no one above us (or we didn't hear them), so it was super quiet for us. Beds very comfortable, lots of extra bedding if you use the pull-out sofa. This is built to look like an older colonial era house. The resort is nicely nestled off the road and seems very private. it has all the usual amenities and is adding more. The rooms where nicely sized and the beds were comfortable. The only downside is that the walls were paper thin so you can hear everyone above or below you. The location was perfect. While the site is under construction (expanding the number of units), this did not detract from the resort. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating. First, want to say the accommodations were wonderful. We had a 2 bedroom lock-out and loved it. There's a lot of construction going on at the property. WiFI is very weak. There were a few things I was disappointed about. 1. I wasn't notified when I received a surprise package. We had one full kitchen and one kitchenette, two pull out sofas, two full baths, and two large bedrooms. Each "hotel" room could either be joined together or separated by doors. Patriots Place feels new, it's super-clean. Nice staff (a bit heavy on the timeshare salespitch). We were close to Colonial Williamsburg and the two parks - Busch Gardens and Water Country. Studio is nicely outfitted with mini-fridge (but bigger than a dorm fridge and it makes ice cubes), stove, oven, microwave and toaster. Also dishes, glasses, utensils. Comfy beds, nice chairs and love seat. Attractive grounds. Reasonable price.
