We exchanged into this resort. The location of this property is perfect for Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown/Yorktown & Busch Gardens. The rooms were dated and so so. It is not a full kitchen so no stove/oven. The second bedroom only had two twins so that made it a challenge with 3 kids. Generally the people who work there were wonderful..the people who stayed there..not so much. We were out for most of the days so it worked for us. Also, wifi was very expensive.

Loved being a guest at this resort. We felt like guests in someone's nice home. The jacuzzi was sweet. The kithen was well equipped. We broiled steaks. Please of room for 4 adults. I would recommend the lower level for the patio. The indoor pool is very shallow but warm.Hot tub was a welcome site.

Location was great for what we wanted to do. Area is quiet. Family had both upstairs and downstairs unit so noise was only us. Other reviews were correct, you do hear everything. The unit however was not clean. From the moment we steeped on, cobwebs and insects were on the lights and door. Needs pressure washing. No big deal wiped it off, entered the unit. Opened door to unit and was a horrible musty smell in the hall and got even worse when we opened the first unit down stairs. When we... Read more

I have stayed here the last three years with a party of 12-16 golfers. The staff is always professional. The accommodations are well maintained. Plenty of room within the condo to hang out. Each side has a kitchen with the downstairs unit having the stove. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with the master paired with the Jacuzzi in that room. This resort is located in a prime location. We really enjoyed our stay! It wasn't quite warm enough for the outdoor pool, but we loved using the indoor. Our suite was wonderful- 2bed/2 bath. In suite sauna, large jacuzzi bath, two good sized rooms and beds with TV's in both. We were in an A unit, first floor and it was fine. Sometimes could hear people walking above us, but we have lived in apartments before so it's not really a bother. There was a nice covered patio on the back we could sit outside at and charcoal grills to use as well.... Read more

Honestly, Aloha - Lover literally wrote my review. First off we are guests of an owner. So for us this is a trial of the time share experience. Unfortunately, it will most likely be our last. The resort is exactly as A-L described. The resort is older and it definitely shows signs of its age. However, the unit is spacious and very clean. The staff is indeed courteous and their maintenance people are prompt. Let's begin with that. Whenever I check into a room, among other things, I always ch... Read more

Short notice we needed accommodation that slept at least 4 per unit and we picked this place, thinking it was a hotel. Well, it wasn't as we found out that they have no dining rooms or serve breakfast. However, the spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment # 115 on the ground floor had full kitchen facilities and the food store is just down the road and we could buy our breakfast supplies to offset our booking into this Resort. Our stay was 3 days/2 nights that we "won" signing up at a Richmond 10k earlier in the year. It required a 90-minute sales pitch that actually lasted over 3 1/2 hours. Nevertheless we stayed in a two bedroom two bath unit with full kitchen and a shared 2-unit laundry area. We got $200 on a visa card as well. It was a bit pushy like a used car salesman buy understandable for why they are giving away the stays and cash. Very nice facility with pool, basketball, activities, gym, and much more. Ever... The resort had a lot of potential but many things were in need of upgrading. The beds were not up to par as they were squeaky. The bathrooms were large but poor design with no separate shower and small vanity. The furniture needs replacing and the kitchen is too 80's and lacking a stove. The pools were nice but no outdoor hot tub.

This was our second time here. We had an upstairs unit by request. We did not want to take a chance on foot steps in the ceiling. Downstairs units have a full kitchen, while upstairs have a limited kitchen. Very clean, very comfortable. Quiet time for a weekend get away. We enjoyed the whirlpool tub, double sinks. We spread into the second bedroom because we could. The only negative is you have to pay for Internet. It's a resort property, not business travel so there you go.

We recently stayed at this resort. It is beautiful and well maintained. The room we stayed in was a spacious two bedroom suite. It was well appointed and nicely decorated. Each entrance services two units, one upstairs and one downstairs. Our downstairs neighbors were on extended vacation and were part of a larger group that was also staying on property. This resort is very clean. We stayed in a condo and it was very clean and well kept. This resort was a time share vacation that was given to us by fiends. We were around 15 minutes from historic Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown. The peanut shop and the cheese shop is a must.

WE were in town for a family wedding, so we rented a two bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It was very nice, plenty of room to sleep 4-5. I like having the full kitchen with utensils, dishes.... They even left some dishwasher soap for us. The dining room table is big enough to sit 8, and we did just that for lunch one day. It's very clean too! I'd definitely stay there again.

This was a good place for us, as most places like this only rent for the entire week. We only had 4 nights to spend here. Everything was in pretty good order and clean. Decor could use some updating but overall, a nice place to stay.

The luscious towels, in sufficient quantity, and comfortable beds were welcome after a day of touring. Liked the free shared laundry access. The... Read more
