I picked this hotel using tripadvisor reviews and it was my mistake. Building is old, but if they would do another renovation since 1980s it might look much better. I found dirty sock from previous guest in my room. Wallpaper(from 50s or so) is falling apart. Carpet looks dusty. Bathroom didn't have hair conditioner and no hair blower. Doors need some paint. AC/Furnace looks outdated. Room is small, but has a lot of furniture: 3 chairs, bench, bed, 2 tables, tv stand. Breakfast is inside of the... Read more

This is an older property but fulfills all of its purposes. Nice that you can pull your car right to the door of your room. Room was clean. We had 4 bath towels. The breakfast was muffins, cereal, bread, donuts. Small eating area and if motel was full it could be crowded. Coffee was good. Made by a machine you just press the button. Maxwell House. Better than the coffee pot or thermos coffee alternatives. Food area was clean and neat. No eating places with in walking distance. Not fancy, but m... Read more

The building is older, but inside is clean, freshly painted, new bedspreads, fresh-looking carpet, wifi, & comfortable beds. Our room had 2 queen beds with lots of room. It included a micro/fridge, table, 3 chairs, & desk. The bath had the exterior sink and separate toilet & tub room - all spotless including the tile floor.

We got a great deal on this place through Priceline. Great place to stay, no frills, basic amenities, but best of all it was very clean and everything worked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels, Great night's sleep and a basic continental breakfast in the morning. We had the coffee and it was good. If you're looking for a good place to stay on a budget, we highly recommend this place. The staff was very friendly.

This motel actually looked nice in their pictures. However, it really was a no frills, very disappointing stay. My husband and I went for a couples weekend and just wanted a decent place to stay while visiting Williamsburg. We weren't expecting anything fancy. We booked 2 queen beds and definitely ended up with beds that seemed much smaller than doubles so we had to sleep in separate beds. Not to mention they we very uncomfortable... We both had a horrible nights sleep! Then, breakfast the next ... Read more

Room was clean and big enough for four. Quiet at night despite being right on a thoroughfare. Owner was friendly and accommodating. Bathroom was very small but sink and vanity were large. Iron and hair dryer provided. They both worked fine. Breakfast was simple and fresh.

Room was clean, very near downtown and Busch Gardens and all the restaurants. Love the exterior decor Well kept outside. Great place for a good nights sleep. Very nice older gentleman checked us in. I highly recommend staying here and plan to come back if in Williamsburg.

The rooms here and large and clean but the air conditioners sound like an airplane taking off (and that's being generous. May actually be louder). If I didn't have sleeping children I would have found anywhere else to sleep. I will not sleep tonight but at least they're passed out. A good deal but don't be swayed unless you're a very sound sleeper.

We were looking for an economical, multi-family hotel venue and received so much more! Very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, quiet environment, private pool, minutes to Busch Gardens, continental breakfast, friendly owner and family atmosphere. Who could ask for anything more? We will stay here again.

I reserved a 2 level 2 bedroom suite which was unusual for what the hotel look like from the outside. The room was very nice except for the musty smell when you walk in. The room met our needs and the beds were wonderful. We did not use the pool. The breakfast choices were basic.

This is a family owned business. The owners are very nice, friendly and pleasing to talk to. They are willing to help and assist you in any way to make your stay a pleasant one. The owners always remember us each time we stay. The rooms are clean and big, the area quiet and the ground floor entrances are suitable for disabled accessibility needs. Parking is good. We are Choice Rewards members and have AARP and have stayed several times while getting our daughter situated at The College of W&M. F... Read more

This is a typical motel style from the '50's or 60's. All units on the ground floor, with the building surrounding a central area with the parking and swimming pool in the center, and the office free-standing in front. The pool looked OK, but we did not have a chance to use it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, as were the beds. The bathroom was small, but the tub/shower was good with plenty of water pressure and hot water. Sinks and a vanity are outside the bathroom, so there is no crowdin... Read more

Our family was in search of an inexpensive and safe place to stay for the night and this motel was perfect. Our room was very clean and the entire property had a quaint feel about it. We really enjoyed our stay.
