I stay a week at this resort the week of Valentine??s Day (2/14/2016). The unit I was assigned was on the third floor, Building 2. Check in was easy and the lady who checked me in recommended the third floor near the end of that floor. The unit was a one bedroom with a long hallway. I thought I had been assigned a two bedroom unit because it was huge. There was a washer and dryer in the unit. The Resort is less than two miles from Wal-Mart, several fast food places, (Burger King, Sonic, Chic... Read more

Nice resort but the walls and ceilings were thin and noisy. Great location and has a wal mart less than a mile away. I did not care for the lady that gives out parking passes as she is pushy and rude since I said I wasn't interested in sitting thru a 2hr "presentation". The family really liked the selection of movies to borrow but not too happy with the charge to play mini golf. It is a Resort right?

The amenities at this resort are really wonderful. Easy access to the williamsburg attractions and to anything you might want in the area. Our two bedroom suite was meticulously clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and easy week.

Very comfy rooms, very nice staff. Since Holiday Inn just purchased this property in the last few years, they are in need of a true bar and a true restaurant what they have is sad. But they have big plans to expand and make this a top notch resort.

Looking for Southern Hospitality? Me too. It was not here even to this Spire Member at check in. Then the sales pitch. Was only here 4 nights to get a little history and enjoy Busch Gardens and Water Country. The positives. Nice clean large room, with full kitchen and washer dryer. They have a bowing alley and many activities like bingo, cooking classes and children's activities. Stating it is a resort is reaching.

They have a salespitch for you to go too. 1 hour is the time it is suppose to be at, but how about 4 hours instead? Yeah and the amenities arent totally impressing either. Nice deck and kitchen, however. Overall, they waste your time and are rather far from Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Water Country compared to hotels of same calibre and cost.

My extended family reunites in Williamsburg every now and then. We have a great time wish we could do it more. My wife and I wanted to learn about the HI vacation club. So we took advantage of one of those offers where you attend a presentation and in return for your time you get a great rate on a resort room. To avoid any surprises, we called the resort a few weeks before arrival. Thank goodness we did that! The Marketing Department does not do a good job of explaining some things when ... Read more

The condo unit was very clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The workout room was great, and the kids enjoyed one of the three pools. This was the nicest condo we've stayed in at Williamsburg, and would be our first choice on our next visit. It's very close to the updated Pottery ourlet, and just a few miles to Colonial Williamsburg. This visit was a timeshare exchange.

The suite we stayed in was beautiful, roomy and well-appointed. The grounds were nice and well groomed and they have what seem to be incredible amenities until you find out that all except the swimming pool cost extra. I had requested a top floor both when I made the reservation and when they called to confirm the week before we arrived. When we got there I was informed the only room they had available was on the first floor. This large property with multiple buildings and a mostly empty par... Read more

I have had nothing but issues since becoming a member. I am a preferred member and spent good money to join. Checked in today and was given an ADA room and was told it was because I booked so late online through the members website. I called owners support to complain and was basically told you are assigned rooms upon check in and go deal with it. They knew there was no regular rooms because the front desk lady told me that all regular rooms were fully booked several weeks out. This is how th... Read more

Our family had a great stay at Holiday Inn Club At Williamsburg. We appreciated the huge rooms that sleep at least 6. They honored our request for a ground level as we are somewhat older --- the check in clerk was just wonderful!. We did attend attend the one hour presentation that lasted about 75 minutes. We did not consider him pushy, but he merely offered our options which we appreciated. We loved the fitness center and the three pools. The rooms were quiet and we did not hear much from... Read more

The condo was excellent. I was shocked by how nice it was. The pools were very nice and all of the amenities are great for families. I liked the resort and pools better than anything else in Williamsburg, except maybe Ocean and Ales Restaurant.

The best resort stay in Williamsburg! ! If you're looking for a relaxing weekend, this it! The place is huge, with a large jacuzzi tub, fireplace and bedroom balcony. We had two tv, so there was no fighting for the remote :). Extra large kitchen with all utensils. The grounds were beautiful and there is a recreation room with a bowling alley too. I like the area with plenty of places to dine and shopping. It's a win win vacation spot. I will definitely be back again. Yassssss, it's ... Read more

We stayed as a family in one of the suites. Very spacious and easily accommodated four people. Very quiet (early July), and the property is nice because it sits back in off of the main road. Room was very clean and well stocked with dishes and everything you could need. We will definitely stay here again.

My parents own a timeshare with Holiday Inn, so we came out here this past week for our first stay in their timeshare. The facility was nice and our villa was very nice and modern. The walls were very thin and the twin beds in the second room were the most uncomfortable things I've ever slept on. For how much they are paying, I don't expect to be in a bed that creaks with every move and I can feel box springs through the mattress. My parents were also extremely unhappy that from the moment they... Read more

We are here on our biannual family vacation. Our young family members are not only interested in Williamsburg attractions, but also enjoying the activities on the grounds of the resort. The location being so close to Colonial Williamsburg makes it great for our movement with kids and the activities. The rooms are nice and well decorated. One little problem of ants was taken care of. The living environment is great and worth the trip.

Had a wonderful trip to Williamsburg and stayed at the Holiday Inn vacations club. Very nice 2 bedroom condo, well maintained. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and complimentary soaps, dish detergent, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent. Included pool towels as well. Late check in time but we checked in around 10am anyway and requested they call when ready as usually check in is 4pm. Condo ready around noon. Very quiet property with nice pools, gym, and amenities. Smooth express checkout. G... Read more

Our stay in the Holiday Inn Club Vacation Williamsburg is what we have came to expect from a timeshare: Clean new facilities well stocked with plenty of activities. Although we were unable to participate in the activities offered hourly on site, many of them seemed attractive and appropriate for the younger family members. For the adults, there were wine, champagne and beer tastings along with daily happy hours at the fully stocked bar. The choice of 3 pools insured that none were ever packed w... Read more

We stayed in a 2 room suite (I called ahead and asked that the twin beds be pushed together which was done). We were genuinely impressed with the facility. The rooms were nice and clean and well appointed. We had a room just behind the main building (with a pool in between). The pool was nice and the kids had a blast there. We only stayed 2 nights, so I can't say much about the other amenities, but we did have to call maintenance (our tub was draining very very slow). A maintenance worker was... Read more

As a preferred owner, I can honestly say that I have never been dissatisfied over the quality of the resorts that my family and I stay at two or three times each year. The Williamsburg Resort is no different. Of course there is always the ongoing marketing program where those who stay are asked to attend a program update, no different here. To avoid, one just has to smile and say no, three or four times. If you would like to buy more time or hear the story, take the tour. The sales people are co... Read more

After walking miles per day seeing all the sights, this resort is exactly what we needed! Beautiful, quiet and peaceful! We loved listening to the frogs at night by the little pond. We did not use any of the amenities because we were on the go so much seeing Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown but it all looked well kept. Our two bedroom unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed. I liked the fact that the resort was a few miles away from all the hubbub. We would definitely stay... Read more

We typical do not stay at Holiday Inn properties when we travel, so we were a bit skeptical when we arrived. To our surprise, this was a VERY nice, clean and well-kept resort. We stayed here for a week's vacation, and it was so comfortable. I would highly recommend it for weekend or week-long stay!

One Va best kept secrets. I stayed here 2 yrs ago and there wasn't much to do here. But since then they've built 2 more pools, a bowling alley, mini golf course, a basketball court, and a small market that serves finger food beverages and clothing. If this is an indication of things to come-good job Holiday Inn Club Vacations. I would've given it a 5 but you pay for every thing on the resort. A nice touch would've been free mini golf and bowling for club members. We pay enough in maintena... Read more

Now the land is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous, the pools are refreshing and the activities are awesome. The front desk staff are sweet and kind, and the people at "concierge desk" we're amazing. The International Hotels Group (IHG) has spent 1+ billion setting up timeshare resorts since 2008. Some are brand-new and built to IHG specifications from the ground up. Others are collections of buildings at different locations throughout the United States bought by IHG for upgrading into this program. The IHG timeshare program features partnerships with other vendors like RCI to offer time-shares worldwide. We stopped here with family for a 4-day stay and a timeshare pitch by contract IHG ...
